Went in off hours and ordered a pizza to go. Staff was friendly and it took 15 minutes to get the pizza which was great. The veggie pizza roping were good, really liked the mushrooms and diced red onions on it. Never having had the pizza before I though it would have a thicker crust, closer to Detroit style pizza but it really reminds me of Chicago bar pizza, thin crust and cut in squares. Would have liked the crust more cooked and crispy but it was still decent.

After having a bad experience years last at the falls church Ledos, i wanted to give this place a try because it offered contactless pick up. this location is amazing! I ordered online, parked in my spot, and a nice gentleman put the pizza in my trunk! My favorites are still the meat lovers basically and the supreme. I tried the buffalo chicken and it was okay, but after a little reheat in my oven, it was a little on the dry side. Either way the pizza is delicious and I will be back many many times!

    Interior - clean, quiet, calming

Dug right in when the food came out! Ordered the Chorizo Sliders, which I recommend. The Chicken Noodle soup was great to warm me up on a chilly day. Piano music was playing as I ate, allowing for a peaceful lunch alone. Great service.

Sausage and pre cooked bacon! Glorious!

Hummmm so not the best Ledos experience I had had unfortunately........ So decided to drop in in a Friday night to enjoy som yummy ledo's pizza....... not sure if it was a mistake or not. The place is clean and tucked away in a small pocket of businesses in Vienna on a side street near Chipotle and Coldstones creamery, if you didn't make a turn down the side street you wouldn't even know it was there . So came in and place only had maybe 3 tables occupied and come to find out later one table was actually the manager and his staff. So sat down and looked at the menu with one of the wait staff hovering over us expecting us to order as soon as we sat down... was kinda like wtf dude , can we sit down and look over the menu before you come here and take our order ??? Once food and drinks were ordered the place started to get loud and rowdy and it wasn't the customers , it was the stay playing around and the manager just letting it go while he stood there, atmosphere could be a little bit more professional and not filled with the staff horsing around , the place could use some music since it was dead quiet which was awkward. Ok food was ehhhh ok , ordered a pizza with pepperoni and wild boar sausage and an order of old bay wings and Dr Pepper..... the pizza was ehhh ok the old bay wings were overly cooked and dry and Dr Pepper was not mixed well, it tasted more of carbonation than Dr Pepper So overall experience wasn't a good one ..... ;-(

Great service in a laid back atmosphere. We had salad and a pizza. The pizza came out nice and hot with a thin crust and flavorful toppings. We were really pleased with the freshness of the salad and great house dressing! Would highly reccomend.

Well I placed an order online for a bacon and jalapeño pizza to be picked up at 6:10. I arrived 5 min early and my pizza was already ready. I noticed that the bottom of the box was not hot at all. I got home to find out the pizza was not even warm. I believe that when I asked for a latter pickup time for a 6:10 pickup that this restaurant and I assume that they did not realize the pickup was an hour after my initial order I made online. I called to complain about the order and the owner offered to make me a new one after he said that my pizza was fresh (indicating that I was wrong). It's too little too late since I drove back home and was not willing to come back. I keep giving this place second and third chances, will be ordering from the falls church location from now on, it's 5 min further out but I know I am going to get a fresh pizza.

It was much appreciated. As for the food it was hit and miss. Our husbands had the short rib raviolis and-although it was flavorful, there was not enough meat inside the raviolis nor were there enough raviolis to justify the price tag. Since the sauce was extremely flavorful I forced my husband to share some of the skimpy sauce to dip my pizza crust on it. Luckily the guys had enough of the wonderful fried mozzarella and bread to not be grumpy. One tip that our whole party agreed on was that the sauce was better suited if it was paired with chunks of lobsters instead of of the stuffed short rib raviolis. I was happy with size of my thin crust pizza and it was way more than I could eat. However, I am not sure if I was actually ok with how the ingredients were divided jn the quarter a fourth of the pizza contained olives ,another fourth was the mushrooms, ,another fourth was the prosciutto and for the life of me I could not remember the fourth ingredient. I'm still ponedering whether I am a fan of this. My friend had the Marguerite pizza and she was extremely satisfied with it. As to the place itself, it's nothing fancy, it's just your typical pizza place in a strip mall. It's just ok. One thing I noticed about it is the dim lighting, but to be fair it's a normal complaint for most eating establishments. We all had to break out our IPhone flashlights to read the menu. I wish most eateries would have a dimmer switch by your table so that when you are ordering, there is sufficient lighting as you read the menu and when done can be adjusted to mood lighting. I noticed most of the upper forties and up patrons did the same thing as us when ordering.

With about 30 seconds of chewing per bite, my entire meal was gone in about two and a half minutes. The waiter seemed to be doing his best, but he was clearly stretched too thin with too many tables. The service felt disorganized--we were first asked for drinks (which is standard), then only appetizers. After finishing those, we had to flag him down just to place our dinner order. The most disappointing part was the ravioli di carne. The portion was not only inadequate but honestly felt insulting--both to me as a customer and to the restaurant itself.

The dim lighting, cozy tables, and classic décor make you feel like you've stepped into a timeless Roman trattoria. For dinner, I went with the veal osso buco, which was unbelievably tender and rich, and my partner had the veal marsala, equally flavorful. We started with the beef carpaccio and octopus appetizer, both of which were perfectly executed and set the tone for the evening. The seafood pasta specials were calling my name too--fresh, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. And the bread basket? Legendary. Soft, airy, with just the right crunch on the outside, served with olive oil, butter, and balsamic--it's basically a meal on its own! What really makes this place stand out is the service. The owner, Sergio, checks in personally at every table, making you feel like family, and the staff are attentive without being overbearing. They clearly care about the dining experience, which makes the evening feel special. For travelers or anyone in a rush, a huge plus is that you can also order from Pressure Deliveries to enjoy Bonaroti's classic Italian dishes at home or in your hotel. It's the perfect way to experience authentic Italian cuisine even if you can't sit down in the restaurant. All in all, Ristorante Bonaroti is a must-visit for anyone craving traditional Italian cuisine with impeccable service and an old-school, welcoming vibe. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and I can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu. This is exactly the kind of restaurant that reminds you why Italian food is so beloved!

He seemed to know a lot of the customers which makes it feel homey. They gave complimentary bread which came with butter, olive oil, balsamic, and other fixings. The bread was super soft on the inside and had a nice crunch from the exterior. My boyfriend and I ordered the calamari, scaloppini mare terra, fettuccini con funghi, and fettuccini al frutti di mare. In simple terms: calamari, a seafood vodka pasta, fettuccini alfredo w mushroom, and veal with lobster bits served with green beans and scalloped potatoes. Surprisingly, I didn't love the calamari. It had a good size but lacked flavor. It also could have been cooked a tad bit more for better color and texture. The fettuccini alfredo was super creamy and had such a strong mushroom taste! The veal was nice but a bit chewy for my liking. The scalloped potatoes were good but nothing special. However the star of the show was the seafood vodka pasta! It had such an amazing vodka flavor with loads of seafood! I have to admit, they put way too many calamari pieces and not enough of the other items mentioned in the dish. Another thing was that I found a strand of hair on my plate. When I notified the server, he said it was just from the green beans but would exchange it for me. Later, he explained that the "hair" was green bean skin.. which was odd to me considering the hair was turning black to white. I didn't appreciate him trying to make an excuse. I decided to look past it even though the server didn't apologize. Good first experience (other than the piece of hair). The seafood vodka pasta is def a must-have. The vibes are great and the owner makes you feel like family.

Even when he got punished on Iron Chef, I thought only that Italian cuisine is not about throwing protein into oil with some spice. The dinner exceeded my high expectations. The bread basket had warm herbed bread, crispy bread sticks, and popover type muffins that were crisp and airy. The lobster and crab salad and mushroom tart were delicious. They had a bottle of Barbaresco that was under $100 and quite good, no wine punishment. The entrees were served hot (one of my Italian mother's requirements) and they were all excellent, especially the Branzino that is filleted on request and done masterfully. We had an early seating next to another birthday party so it was fun to listen in to an alternate dining experience. The sommelier let them try multiple wines and patiently recommended wines that they enjoyed. I told my server I had a great Barbaresco that I bought in a gas station in Italy, I'm not a wine snob. The service and food are impeccable. I read the reviews, positive and negative, I don't think the staff at this restaurant would let you leave with a bad experience. An anecdote, a banker friend of mine asked me in the 1980's for a restaurant recommendation. I recommended the Galileo Ill Laboratorio. He took an international group of bankers to dinner. He was on the train back to NYC and overheard his guests discussing the meal. They said it was the best Italian food they had ever had out of Italy. This is what you should expect!

Overall, we were happy with our dishes, though we avoided the trend of having pasta tossed in the parm wheel and went for a twist on the pappardelle instead. The roasted veal loin chop was solid, but some dishes felt unnecessarily deconstructed--like the tiramisu, which caught us off guard since the staff didn't explain the twist. I made a New Years Eve dinner reservation for our group of 8 over Open Table on Dec. 2 (almost a month in advance). With numerous half-hour interval times to choose from, I selected 7:30pm. My reservation was accepted and confirmed. I am sure the restaurant was notified within no time. On Dec. 30 (4 weeks later), Sayeed, the owner, phoned me and in what sounded like accusatory tone asked me why I made the reservation for 7:30, because he said I was supposed to have known he was only doing seatings 4pm, 6:30pm and 9 pm and that the times and the menu were posted on his Facebook page. Who checks Facebook? There was nothing on the restaurant's website. I told him I couldn't have known that because Open Table offered times all night long and it had accepted my reservation. He admitted that "maybe I should have changed Open Table sooner." Really? He repeatedly tried very hard to push me to change to the 9pm seating, but I told him that was too late for us 70+ year old folks to begin eating. Then, he told me "it is obvious (I) you are unwilling to work with (him) me. So, come in at 7:30, and we'll seat you when we can." Yeah, right! So, the fully booked dining room starts dinner at 6:30, and when was he likely to have a table for the 8 of us? Guessing we'd have had to stand around til very close to 9pm! He closed the conversation by telling me "I don't have time for this." And he hung up on me. I called him back to cancel our reservation. It took under 2 minutes for me to receive an email from Open Table confirming the restaurant cancelled my reservation. This is why I am confident he was notified on Dec. 2 that my reservation had been booked and confirmed. #VIennarestaurant #Caferenaissance #Frenchfood

Service throughout the meal was excellent. Our waitress was attentive without hovering, kept drinks topped off, checked in at all the right times, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The dining room itself left me with mixed feelings. It was incredibly humid inside, to the point where it became distracting during the meal. The booth seating also wasn't my favorite. The pleather-style upholstery made it surprisingly difficult to slide in and out, especially if you're sitting toward the wall. It's a small detail, but one that stood out. We ordered family-style so everyone could sample a little of everything, which I always think is the best way to experience a menu. The Caesar salad was the undeniable star of the table. Absolute banger. The dressing tasted unmistakably house-made with the perfect balance of richness, garlic, lemon, and anchovy. It's one of those deceptively simple dishes that can be hard to execute well, and they absolutely nailed it. The carbonara was enjoyable overall with a silky sauce and great flavor, but the pancetta was cut into pieces that were much larger than necessary. Smaller pieces would have distributed the flavor more evenly and made each bite feel better balanced. The table bread with the red sauce was another pleasant surprise. Fresh, comforting, and exactly the kind of thing that keeps everyone reaching for "just one more piece." The chicken parm sandwich had plenty of potential, but it was noticeably dry. It really needed a more generous helping of marinara to bring everything together and add the moisture you'd expect from a chicken parm. One area that could definitely use some attention is the restrooms. They were functional, but they felt tired compared to the rest of the restaurant and would really benefit from a refresh or remodel. Overall, this was a solid first visit with far more positives than negatives. While I'd probably skip the carbonara and chicken parm sandwich next time in favor of trying other menu items, that Caesar salad is something I'd order again in a heartbeat. It's rare for a salad to completely steal the show, but this one absolutely did. I'll definitely be back to see what else the kitchen has to offer.
