My son loves Ledo Pizza so we visited this location in Sterling, VA on 4/17/26 around 5pm since we were in the area and hungry! Location was clean, service was quick. We were seated and waitress was very attentive and food came out fast and was great. We ordered a 14 inch cheese pizza, Italian salad, and chocolate cheesecake cupcake for dessert. The restaurant side was not so busy when we visited but pickup was very busy as I noticed. It didn't impact our dine in experience though. Everything was great! read more

Four of us got there at 2.00 PM today and were very hungry. We ordered a large veggie pizza. It took about 25 minutes to get it. We VERY SPECIFICALLY said to make the crust crispy and to serve it hot. NO SUCH THING!! The crust was soggy and NOT crispy and it was barely luke warm We were so hungry that we went ahead and ate it, But I am never going back to that shop for pizza. There are many, many options in that area and we will be sure to go elsewhere. We told the server of the terrible issues with our pizza. There was NO compensation!! The worst ledos pizza I've had in 30 years! This location appears to be using less ingredients to increase profits at the same of quality and taste. The team members here stretched and rolled the dough as thin as possible, used as little of sauce as possible, didn't use enough cheese to cover the pizza. I'm not sure if it was the lack of ingredients or incorrect settings of the oven but this made for an overcooked pizza. When you want Ledo's pizza, you know that taste that you want. I've had takeout pizza from here and have always been happy with it. Yesterday I ordered 3 pizzas for a family gathering. When we got them home, all three were undercooked even though I had requested well done on the order. I called and they told me to return them and they'd prepare 3 more. I returned the pizzas and waited while they prepared three more. Although I looked at the pizzas before leaving the store, only one of them was well done. I had people at the house waiting to eat so I took them anyway. The one that was well done was fine. The other two were awful. They stuck to the paper and everything fell off the slices when you tried to pick them up. While I was in the store I requested a discount for having to return to the store. The person said she wasn't authorized to do that and texted her boss. I had to leave so I requested that her boss call me to discuss. He never did. Oh man, hot and cheesy. Just the way I like it. I don't understand the mediocre ratings. The service here has always been good and very friendly. I like the sauce at Ledo. It's not acidic and they don't add hot pepper to it either (which I prefer). People can add heat if they want it. I can't eat it. Dominos started adding heat to their sauce so now I don't order from them any longer. BTW, plenty of parking! read more

I just ordered the Pop Pie pizza based on the menu photo. As soon as I opened the box, it was obvious it barely resembled the menu photo. Instead of loaded with spinach, it had a few pieces here and there. I tasted a piece of the pizza, and there was no perceptible aioli sauce. It tastes like a gluey cheese on thin cardboard. It has absolutely no flavor and is completely inedible. If I lived closer, I would return it, but it's not worth the effort. The regular cheese pizza we ordered was as expected. read more

About 8 months ago I walked in and ordered a pizza to go. Before I walked out of the restaurant, I took a look at it and noticed it was messed up. I wanted pepperoni and mushroom, and my pizza had mushrooms on one side, pepperoni on the other. Were they fighting? Were they waging war with each other and waging sides? What was going on in that field of cheese? Leave it to Mike to make it right. Who's Mike, you ask? How the hell should I know, but he said the next pizza was on him. Yeah. Ok. Just recently I happened to crave a pizza, so I went to Ledo and low and behold Mike was there. I relayed the pizza mishap to him and his offer to get my next pizza. No problem, he said, "Whaddya want?" Wow. Eight months later and I still got a freebie. I brought the pizza home and have to admit: it was pretty good. It doesn't compare to my other lovah, the Italian Store, but in a pinch, this place is literally around the corner. I'm holding back on adding more stars until I have a little more experience with them, but fixing an order that wasn't right is certainly a step in the right direction. It may be somewhat difficult to find, but it's right behind Taste of Vietnam, closer to Triple Seven Road rather than Route 7. read more

Great pizza! I got the Ledo Deluxe sans bacon. Everyone else got Tuscan Stromboli and cheese pizza. The toasted ravioli is also delicious. Elizabeth was a great server and steered me toward the right pizza when I told her what I wanted. It was *fast* and hot. read more

The pizza here is pretty decent. Love the thin crust and whatever sauce they use--it's crack. That's probably why you can't just have one little square but like 5 (guilty!). Ah, look at that. They re-opened Jan 14th, under new management. Same food, the franchise didn't change. I think the peeps who own the one in Leesburg now own this one. 1) phone number changed. 2) no liquor license yet -- they are working on it. 3) no American Express yet . Visa/MC only. The guy manning the front desk is very personable and is happy to talk about the change over. I guess the original owners really screwed the pooch, and didn't even pay the old phone bill, which is why they have a new number. Hope it lasts a while. I took my family here for dinner Wednesday night and got the worse service I have ever had. The waitress was disrespectful and had a nasty attitude, Our. Food came out 1 dish at a time and when I asked the waitress about the delay her response was "you'll get it when they cook it". I found this response both disrespectful and strange because others came in and got their food after we ordered, but before we were served. I spoke with manager about the delay and his response was that the cook was behind and the pizza and the pasta is prepared on the same grill. As for the waitress behavior, I was told that she was a little stressed out that's why she behaved that way. Bottom line, the food is ok but the service is awful read more

Simply amazing. The pizza at Ledos is by far one of the most delicious in all of Northern Virginia. The small slices makes it easy to share and much more appetizing then thick cut slices. The service is superior, the employes don't leave your side whenever you need refills,sauce, etc they are there in seconds. I strongly recommend Ledos to all! read more

I have been there a couple times before and loved the pizza. However, this time it was just awful. Got a lg. with pepperoni and the med. chicken sausage/OO. Both were so over cooked the edges were almost black. The edges of the pepperoni was black. Like biting into a thick, very hard saltine cracker tht was toasted for 20 minutes. All the cheese was dark, dark brown and didn't taste like cheese. How is this possible? I did not know they cooked on a stupid conveyor belt like domino's. That is a star off right there. But you would think the oven would be set at a temp and left there for all the same consistency. Right? Unless they change it for other dishes. Never going back. Waste of $30. It's not real pizza. Everything is warmed up from frozen, even the pizza crust. Didn't care for such a thin crust- and it tasted like frozen grocery store pizza. First negative post ever. The management at this ledos is unprofessional and untrained. They had about two people in the back working and about 5 teenagers by the registers hanging out. It's a Friday expect to be semi busy. A line of frustrated customers and I over heard two female employees talking saying "I don't care about anyone but my self so they can wait till we close" while they drank soda. Not only the unwelcoming atmosphere my order was messed up twice. I got half cheese and buffalo chicken. I drove back home and the whole pizza had buffalo sauce, no pizza sauce. I called told them the situation. Asked for half pizza sauce etc. I drove back and double checked with the manager. She said yes it's the right order. I just got home and they made it exactly the same way! Horrible. I really hope a district manager reads this. I love ledos and this place is ruining it for me. So I decided to go to Ledos. I have been to the many of the other pizza joints in the area and did not like them. The best pizza in the area is still Domino's. Its sad that an actual pizzeria cant compete with fast food pizza. I walked into Ledos and the place was empty. Its not surprising that a restaurant is slow at 3:45, but not a single other customer was there. I immediately had reservations about ordering a pizza... but I was already there. I ordered a small meat lovers pizza and sat down. The staff was pleasant enough when I ordered, but from the moment I sat down, they didnt say a word to me or even look at me. My pizza came out in a box, I assume they thought I wanted it to go. They didnt ask. I opened up the box and saw my meat lovers thin crust pizza. It smelled good. However, the cardboard box was coated with grease, as was the pizza. The 8 inch square pizza was cut into 3x3 squares. Now, the outer edges of the crust were slightly crispy(ish), but 98% of the pizza was a soggy mess. Every piece was so saturated with grease that it disintegrated when I picked them up. The meats fell off, the cheese dripped off into a gooey puddle, and the crust was like a soggy napkin. This pizza was impossible to eat by hand. I eventually gave up and asked for a knife and fork. The pizza tasted OK... It wasnt bad. The flavors were not consistent. Some bites tasted better than others, which really puzzles me. It was so greasy, I just couldnt finish the tiny pizza. Simply put, you can get a better tasting, structurally sound, bigger pizza, from Domino's at a lower cost. read more
