Tried a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. They have many different options. Pizza, salads, burgers, and so much more. I went inside to order, friendly service and a short wait. We ordered two pizzas for delivery. The delivery was prompt and smooth. I also love that they are open later than most in the area. Yay! The toppings were good, but the pizza dough was forgettable; at least, I'd like to forget it. Reminiscent of cardboard. Truly! My goodness, to say I'm impressed with Paisano's Pizza is an understatement. This place is the greatest hot spot in all of Northern Va in my opinion. I'm so glad I found this place. This place is spotless clean. The staff very friendly and welcoming. It's small but very cozy. Great place for family and friends to get together for a great meal. The food was outstanding!! There are not many places you can go to get a Chicken Philly and actually enjoy it. I know I know, the name says pizza but the offer hot and cold sandwiches. Undecided? Go on a Monday take advantage of the combo, which gives you a sandwich, fries and a fountain drink for $10. Not a bad combo, if I do say so myself. The bread created the perfect playground, thick but not overbearing. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The cheese was generously placed on top. If you don't want all the topping, like lettuce, you can customize the sandwich to your liking. Fries weren't greasy which is always a plus. I like that they give you a huge pickle spear minus the pickle juice. Inside was clean with seating inside and a free tables outside as well. Deciding to eat outside because the weather allowed. I do think someone needs to monitor the tables outside for cleanliness. One table had the post meal from a bird on one of the seats and well as the side one of the table. Nevertheless, after a round of musical chairs all was well. Special kudos to Samantha for not only making sure we had everting we needed, she checked on us periodically. She even took it upon herself to come retrieve the empty plates from the table, eliminating the responsibility to take the plate inside. She has customer service down pat! This place has gone way downhill. I ordered a salad and a sub. It took almost an hour for the food to arrive at my house with a $4 delivery fee. After the expected delivery time, I called the store for an update. They didn't seem too concerned. My salad was very small for a $12 salad, and everything was pushed to one side as if it had been tipped over. I will not order from this place again. read more

Paisano's has grown into a sizable regional chain over the years and I can safely say they rank higher than some of the national pizza chains, on my list of pizza joints to order from. Went to try it for the first time today. I was going to try a slice but unfortunately they did not offer it after 2pm. Which was absolutely fine because I wouldn't have enjoyed a large pizza otherwise! This place is great and I highly encourage anybody from the area to try it at least once. I ordered a Greek salad from Ashburn. And had several problems. 1. i called after 45 minutes 5 minutes more than I was told the delivery would occur. I was told the driver was late wait for another 10 minutes .15 minutes later there was no delivery yet. I called back then the guy arrives a minute later. He reached out to get my food. i noticed my food was seated on top of dirty items next to Babby toys and baby car seat. I asked him what happened you are extremely late. he was rude and kept saying don't ask me anything call the store. I don't work for them. 2.the chicken didn't look fresh and it had no moisture and was not even warm.it looked like it was made days ago. 3.The bread was hard and bitter like it was stale.it was not fresh at all. 4. i notified the store clerk on phone about point 1 & 2 above. My go-to place for delivery, I've been trying a pasta with the 10"pizza whenever I order, just to have leftovers. Tried a couple of desserts, too. Very impressed with the pizza! Great crust and flavor in a 10" pizza. 4 good slices that i bend'em like a New Yorker. Actually ordered Hawaiian, which is like flavored coffee, but they made it Mmm-mmm-mmmm good! I've ordered it 3 times now. Love the gyro!! They have such a great mix, and the delivery has been awesome. I call, they bring it, leave it outside and text me. No contact! I make sure to tip them well! They lay a piece of paper on the ground and set my order right on top. It's like getting a present!!! According to urban dictionary, "paisano" means countryman/brother in Italian. While this may not be authentic Italian from your so-called Italian colleague, it's pretty damn good food from the pizza to the wings. Their specialty pizzas such as the buffalo chicken and supreme pizza are straight up loaded with toppings. The cheese is unique and doesn't fall apart from the pizza like some places. The wings have great flavor and are crisp yet tender. I also enjoy their fries as well. I don't recommend the burger though. The one I ordered was a bit tough but this is a pizza place so I can't fault them too much for that. Price wise, it's very comparable to the local mom & pop shops around here. It's slightly higher than those national chain places like papa johns or pizza hut but still worth the small difference. Delivery is also quick and friendly as well. read more

The hype is real! I had the opportunity to try Paisano's on several different occasions. Being born and raised in Chicago, I tend to be extremely picky when it comes to choosing where i'm going to devour my next choice for Pizza. First, I have to applaud them for their menu, It definitely packs a punch if you are looking for something other than pizza! And if Pizza is what you are looking for, take a look at their menu, place your order, and prepare yourselves to be wowed. On to the food: It's incredible every time . I placed a phone order and was pleasantly greed by a young lady. She patiently waited as I scoured through their ample menu which accommodates every taste bud. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, buffalo wings and a salad. It arrived before quoted time and was steaming hot. After I let the pizza cool down a little, I immediately dug in. I appreciate the quality ingredients they use and the taste really says it all. From the high quality Grande cheese that melts just so perfect- you can't help but want to gorge onto the next slice without finishing the one in your hand. I can also say the same for the Steak and Cheese, and delicious huge Buffalo Wings. I can't forget there Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The wife opted out on the pizza and decided to go with Greek Chicken Salad, which was also great. The service: Service has never failed us, the girl on the phone and employees in person are always accommodating. Delivery has never been a problem and we are so thankful they deliver to us, there are so many pizza places around us but never are tested to try anything else or find ourselves always going back to Paisano's. They get it right every time! Plus the delivery driver are by far some of the nicest I've ever personally dealt with. Paisano's Pizza is your average pizza place with a few exceptions. Their Chicken Parmesan subs are fantastic!! Really tasty. However, their Sausage Parmesan subs are very sub-par. It was really dry and bland. Their pizza is tasty but nothing special. The staff are helpful and very friendly. They always seem to be smiling. The bathrooms do need to be cleaned more often because they were filthy. Also, the floors were dirty as well. As a side note, not that it affects my rating but there were two guys who were coughing so loud that it vibrated the booth and they weren't covering their mouths! Come on people, have some courtesy. Came to Reston from Vegas visiting my daughter and ordered from Paisanos. On the El Presidente pizza scale I give them a 5.9. Ordered wings, boneless and bone in and they were ok. Both probably could have been just a little more crispy but flavor was good. They did deliver in the snow though so if you're stuck in your house they'll get your your food. read more

I am a frequent customer who for the second time received the delivery of my pizzas with the toppings shifted to one side. I paid for delivery and as usual provided a 25% tip to the delivery driver. The first time this happened I let it slide but not this time. I called the manager and he apologized and said he would remake the order. Fearing any type of shenanigans from the the delivery driver I chose to pick up the replacement. I walk in where I return the damaged pizzas and was immediately provided the replacements. First, I do appreciate the quick replacement however I do not appreciate that the manager did not even attempt to try and make things right passed offering his apology. Personally, I feel he should have refunded the order but at minimum refund the delivery charge and the tip. All I can say is that it is shame that management isn't more willing to keep their customers because this will be the last time I order from here. I am knows as the Pizza Queen amongst friends and family, seeing as how I can eat it for breakfast, lunch AND dinner; but sadly NOT from this place. Being the Jersey girl I am, I think of myself as a real connoiseur of the pizza pie. I always go into an establishment with high hopes, looking for that taste I seem to only find when I make the trek back to NJ/NY. Paisano's was a huge disappointment for me. Not a fan at all. We ordered delivery and all of the packaging came crushed so clearly they were stacking a ton of other orders on top of ours. Sad thing is we tipped online beforehand and I wish I hadn't. The food is disgusting. Their pizza sauce is something funky. The sub was soggy mush even after trying to salvage it in the oven to try and recrisp the bread. Biting into it was like crunchy outside with a mushy center where you couldn't tell if that was the meat or toppings. The cheese fries were also gross. It was as if they cooked the fries in month old oil or the fries have been sitting out for days. I'll pass on soggy and crushed food with a funky after taste. Never again! read more
