We had placed an order for pickup on Friday evening, November 7th, and realized on the way to the restaurant that traffic heading back home was backed up. Upon arrival, I requested that we eat the food at the restaurant so our food wasn't cold when we got home. The woman behind the counter said there was only one table available and it was not clean and she had no one to clean it. Upon receiving our order, I noticed there were 2 tables open with a third table being cleaned. At this point we did not want to stay at the restaurant . We didn't tip the woman at the counter because of her attitude and our food was cold when we got home. Last trip to Ledos for a while. Don't appreciate the attitude. Ledo's pizza in Severna Park is an absolutely outstanding location. It is a very cozy and clean restaurant with a chill vibe that makes for a nice setting to eat with family and friends. The servers are very attentive and kind, and they will get your food out very quick. I must admit, I personally enjoy the unique flavor of their pizza, but I have learned it is not for everyone. The sauce is very sweet compared to most pizzas, a flavor I find extravagant. One other thing to note about Ledo's is that they have some of the best croutons in the world. I can only speak to pick up. I placed an order and the person on the phone was kind and patient. I only waited a couple of minutes indoors for my order to be ready so their time frame for pick up was accurate. The people that rang me up were kind and working hard. It was my family's first time to have Ledo's and we loved it. The pizzas were massive. I ordered two large pizzas not sure what to expect and it was way too much food for the three of us. The unique square pizza is always cooked to order, from half baked, to lightly cooked, to browned on top, and is always covered in generous amounts of toppings. It is served on two separate trays,( which allows you to keep the other half warm until you are ready ). We always start with the Italian salad which is a generous amount of greens, meat, cheese, ripe olives and tomatoes and served with Ledos famous house Italian dressing, we also never miss getting the wings, which are not too hot but have just enough tang to please your taste buds and are crispy and not soggy or bready.. extremely delish! I don't understand how Ledos pizza can vary so much between these two locations. The Ledos in Millersville has always served us perfect pizza and the servers are outstanding. I am so disappointed. My plain cheese pizza was awful. Picked it up and it was raw. Then when they put it back in the oven they burned it. Disgusting. Ledo's Pizza is probably the one place I can always count on for good pizza. I have never not been happy with what I ordered. Everyone likes a certain pizza but this is pizza to perfection. The thinner crust compared to other pizza companies allows to eat a lot of pizza without feeling bloated and overly full. The cheese they use is delicious (along with other toppings, even though I always get the same mushroom and onion). The sauce is fantastic!!! I have also had the wings which are pretty good as well if you like the meaty wings, the itailan salad is perfect with the dressing already mixed in. The service is also great- fast and friendly.... I was in Severna Park on bidness when I just happened to see this Ledo's. So, I stopped in for a late lunch. I had what I always have at Ledo's - a steak and cheese sub with fries and a Pepsi. The food was good. It was hot. It was served fairly quickly. I was a happy camper. The dining area is plenty big enough with both tables and booths. The staff was friendly and efficient when I was there. I couldn't ask for more. I used to live in Adelphi a stones throw from the original Ledo's which was legendary. People would RAVE about the crust pastry dough flaky and slightly Crisp. There was at least an hour wait Friday and sat night to get a table The pizza here is disappointing especially for take out.
