I'm not sure what their staff of 2 (who was nice) was doing back there but 20 minutes to get my order seemed a bit long. I wasn't in a rush but it just felt way longer than you should have wait for something like this. I enjoyed it just fine...but for the time it took, it didn't come off as anything special. It was pretty runny rather than a thicker milkshake that I was expecting. If you're looking for a dessert that tastes like it came straight from a family cookout or Sunday…read moredinner, this banana pudding is it. From the very first bite, you can tell it was made with care. The pudding is rich, smooth, and creamy without being overly sweet, allowing the fresh banana flavor to shine through. The bananas were perfectly ripe--not too firm and not mushy--which gave every bite a naturally sweet, fresh taste. The vanilla wafers had softened just enough to absorb the creamy pudding while still maintaining a little texture, creating that classic homemade banana pudding consistency. Every layer was balanced, so you got pudding, bananas, and cookies in each spoonful instead of one ingredient overpowering the others. What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted. Nothing had that artificial or overly processed flavor. It was comforting, nostalgic, and reminded me of the kind of banana pudding served at family gatherings. The portion size was generous and easily shareable, though you'll probably want it all to yourself. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a few extra vanilla wafers on top for a little crunch, but that's simply personal preference. Overall, this was an excellent dessert that finished the meal on a high note. Creamy, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and absolutely worth ordering again. Highly recommend if you're a fan of classic Southern-style banana pudding.

I've stopped in a few times, and my family has been in several times to grab ice cream and churros -- figured it was finally time to do the review. On our most recent trip, my wife and I stopped in for a little treat after dinner. She had a single scoop of café au lait, and we shared a cinnamon sugar churro. Café au lait ice cream -- really good. If you like Vietnamese coffee, this is basically Vietnamese coffee condensed into ice cream. Highly recommended. After lunch nearby for Father's Day with the fam, we decided to come here for some dessert. This is a locally owned business located in a strip center in West Pearland. Since we had a larger party with us, we called ahead to make sure they had indoor seating. Majority of the restaurant is work space with small area for customers. The seating consisted of a few benches inside. There was some outside benches a little further down from the Rollie's, but I'm not sure if it's shared with them or not. We were the only people inside when it was our turn to order. There were two employees working that looked less than enthused to be there. Any questions we had were directed to the menu. Customer service goes a long way in my book, and it was lacking that day. We ordered a variety of different things and they all came out staggered which was to be expected. I ordered the hot fudge brownie sundae for myself with chocolate custard. It looked promising at first glance. I went in on the brownie first and it was on the dry side and way to crumbly, but tasted fine. The custard at first was nice and smooth as expected, but then I would get random bites of ice. It kind of threw off the velvety consistency that I love with custard. I also noticed the absence of chopped peanuts that was listed as a topping. I was half way in already so I let it slide. No other complaints on the other items ordered. Overall, my sweet tooth was satisfied, but between the service and not getting my full order, I'm not sure I would rush back anytime soon. I'm guessing it was just an off day and they have alot more to offer.
