Food and service are lacking food had no bananas for banana split so basically got a sundae; had no idea of current meal from commercials, staff same girls are rude and do not care about their job. Manager needs to step in and revamp and handle or this place will be closed soon. read more

The location on Highway 6 in Manvel is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever visited. The staff is unprofessional and the manager actually put the phone down hoping I would hang up when she realized I had an issue with my to-go order. I would give less than 1-Star if possible. They close at 11:00. We arrived at 10:40...20 mins before they close. We sat at the drive thru for a few mins with no greeting. I pull up and they have already shut down and cleaned up and we're just standing there looking at us leave. Worst service ever! Drive through states 10:30 i got there 3 minutes before 11 and the "workers" just stood and looked at me. When i asked if they open at 10:30 Joy stated "it will be ok". So I sat in the drive thru for nearly 20m to only get to window and see tells me she accidentally gave my burgers to car in front. Ok so I park and wait another 10m and my burgers come out with everything on them and I ordered meat and cheese only. So I have yo go inside and wait once again. After all that I get home and my burger is burnt as burnt can be. Not acceptable, will be thinking twice before going back to this location. That was a pretty crappy service to be honest, their hours say they close at 11:00pm. We showed up at 9:47 and their ice cream machine was "broken", they were out of gravy by the time we got our food at 10:07 because they apparently were "technically closed" their employee told us, and no blizzards or anything because they had already shut down everything. If I could put zero stars- absolutely would. Waited 45 minutes in line- all good. Ordered my food- waited and waited. Cool. Finally get it- the guy said- it's all good it's all in there. I checked in the parking lot and it was all wrong. Still cool. Went to the door with food and receipt and they wouldn't open it and said I had to wait In the drive through again. Basically paid 30 plus dollars for an order that wasn't complete nor correct. I just found it ridiculous to have to wait another 45 minutes to get my order I already paid for. I basically feel like I got robbed and I couldn't do anything about it. I know it means absolutely nothing to them- but they lost a customer forever and I would advise you to not waste your time and stay with literally any other place but here. We decided on DQ for dinner last night. Very disappointed. The fries were old and hard. I ordered tacos. There was hardly any meat and cheese in them. It was more like lettuce and tomato tacos. Worst Dairy Queen ever. Very slow, we waited more than half an hour after we ordered for the food to be ready. When it arrived I noticed he fries were not chili cheese, as I had ordered. I took the receipt and the basket to the counter to ask for chili and cheese fries. I was told they would be brought to me, they never came. We finished eating and left. This place used to be good. I will NEVER go to this place again. If you want good service and good food go to the one in Alvin because this one has horrible service. My order was 4 meals chilli cheese fries , mozzarella sticks and 2 blizzards . They gave me 2 bags , one with 4 burgers and the other bag had 1 fry and mozzarella sticks . And they said that was everything . I stated that they forgot my drinks , then they gave them to me and expected me to drive off , then I mentioned I'm missing 3 fries , and 2 blizzards .
