I initially contacted them 2 weeks before my event via email with a picture of a cake design that I liked and they responded fairly quickly but did require me to call them to confirm the order. I paid in full over the phone (they require you to pay in full or pay half over the phone before pick up). The cake itself was delicious and everyone of my guests loved it. It was so moist and also matched the image I gave them. I deducted two stars is because the night before my pickup they gave me a call at about 4:15pm and did not leave a message. I gave them a call back at 4:30pm and left a message myself. The store closes at 5pm so I assumed I would get a call back on the same day but did not. My agreed pick up time for the cake was at 10 am the following morning and when I got there they told me they tried giving me a call the day before to let me know that the cake would be ready at noon instead. This was a little bit annoying seeing as there was no actual communication with me and I now had to return 2 hours later to pick up my cake on the day that I am hosting my event and have several other errands to run. I only received an apology over the miscommunication. Either way, I was able to pick up my cake at noon and it all turned out fine, but I wish they had just left me a message the day before instead of just never giving me a call back and having me come in twice.

Christina makes it easy to order, and for some reason I give her a hard time drooling over flavors I cant decide. You can honestly taste every flavor blend without being to overwhelming. I have only tasted Cookies and cream, peach cobble, tres leches and strawberry cheesecake. I have a lot more to try. She is worth every bite, every minute in traffic and every penny.
