I love nothing bundt cakes because of how soft and moist the actual cake is and how delicious each individual flavor is. My personal favorite is white chocolate raspberry, and I came here for a free white chocolate raspberry bundtlet, which is their medium-sized bundt cake, for my birthday gift. Service was super fast. I literally came in, got my cake within 30 seconds, and was on my way. I also like how cutesie the branding is and how adorable it is inside. Webster location has TERRIBLE SERVICE: Pretty store, but some staff members are rude and they mess up on orders. For example, they don't spell your name correctly or check for spelling, and then you cannot find your order. Some staff members have a bad attitude. They are passive aggressive. One time they sold me a ton of Bundt Cakes and they did not have any bags. They told me that I could place the boxes in my car without a bag! Needless to say, no one assisted me in getting all 4 boxes in my car. They are not motivated to do an excellent job and don't listen or care about customer complaints. I'm new to Texas so I keep hearing about this place. I decided to google a location close to my home. I found one relatively close. I walked into this very cute decorated cake shop. They had 1 case of cakes and some different sizes. I bought 2 smaller ones to try one lemon and one chocolate chip. They were pretty pricey $4.50 for 1 small cake. When I dug in and I was surprised to see that there was no filling just some strands on icing on top. The cake was moist and the flavors where good. I love this chain. I come from California but this location is the most generous with their amount of creme. In CA, the locations do not give us as much. I saw their grand opening sign on Nov 9 and just had to walk in. Everyone was friendly and greeted me as I entered. I immediately went straight to their small samples table on the left-hand side of the store. Pumpkin spice bundt cake and white-chocolate-raspberry (?-can't remember) popcorn were the only two available. Both were delish. They have 8 regular flavors of bundt cakes. Those were listed on the board to the left. They also feature a flavor of the month. For November it's the pumpkin spice. I think they also have different flavors of popcorn. Mini bundtinis are sold only by the dozen for $16.50. You can pick your own flavors. Those were the size of small cupcakes. Bundtlets are $3.99 each. Those were mini bundt cakes, but larger than the bundtinis. Larger bundt cakes (8", 10", and tiered) are also available and prices start around $22 and up. I bought two bundtlets (red velvet and carrot cake). The red velvet had chocolate chips throughout. The carrot cake had pieces of pineapple and carrots. Both cakes were light, fluffy, and not too sweet (which is the way I like it). The cream cheese icing was very tasty and not too sweet either. The store had other little knick-knacks for sale, like little holiday decorations, cupcake holders, flowers, etc. If you give them your email, they'll send coupons. They also have coupons in those Space City magazines (I think that's what they're called) and you can pick those up in the grocery store (or at least that's what one of the customers told me). read more

The first time I had a bundtini was from a Co-worker who had received them for a birthday gift. At that moment, I knew I was in love! I later requested them as my birthday gift and then bought a cake with bundtinis for my son's graduation. These little cakes from heaven are moist, full of flavor and just plain de-li-cious! The scrumptious bundts deserve 5 stars! So....why 4 stars? Customer service. I placed a phone in order for my son's graduation bundt cake and a dozen bundtinis for June 4 to have at his graduation dinner that evening. The lady who answered the phone and took my order kept putting me on hold and seemed like she really didn't have time for me. I politely asked if I should make my order online since they seemed to be busy. She said no, and finally stayed on the line with me to complete my order. When I went to the store to pick up my order they couldn't find the bundt I ordered and the bundtinis were missing. They had to frost new bundts. Lost my order! I still had to drop the bundts off at the restaurant and get downtown to the graduation. If you're a parent, you know how it is to run late....and I was already running late. Waiting a little longer, meant traffic! Nevertheless, I was offered nothing to make up for the time inconvenience and obvious mistake. I didn't ask for anything because it's my belief that a nice place, whose desserts aren't cheap, would go out of their way to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. All their cakes are stored in a refrigerator type thingy. So they are served chilled. That's probably the only thing I don't like. It wasn't a big deal because I just heated them up at home. Everyone loves when you show up with Nothing Bundt Cake, so when the Bride To Be asked for Lemon cake for her shower, I already knew where I was going. I custom ordered the cake online to select the flower & frosting without going with a particular bridal package. Wanted something simple and they delivered. They didn't get the frosting quite right - asked for drizzle to be a little more elegant and ended up with their standard glaze.
