They even came running back to ask me where I got these cupcakes from! So these were clearly a huge hit! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There was no line so we were in and out pretty quickly. They had about a dozen different flavors to choose from. Overall the cupcakes were okay. They were moist, everything seemed very fresh. Flavor-wise, nothing really stood out and it could've easily been from Kroger or Target. The fudge sundae tasted a lot like the red velvet. There wasn't a wow factor. For the price, I wouldn't be back. A half dozen was over $30, and these are standard cupcakes, not a the larger variety you might find at crave or Dessert Bar.

My daughter's favorite dessert is brownies, so she was especially excited to find them there. I'm a sucker for sugar cookies, so I grabbed several to try. They all had the same flavor, but there were over 20 fun designs to choose from. I picked out an Xbox controller for my son, a taco kitty for my daughter, and one with a funny saying for myself. I even got one for my sister, and she loved it too. The saying was a little edgy, definitely not safe for work but it gave us both a good laugh. I liked them so much that I went back and picked up a box of cookies for the 4th of July. There were tons of holiday-themed options. The flavor was just as good as my first visit, although these were a little softer and broke easily. Still, they were delicious. I also grabbed a slice of red velvet cake, and it was amazing. I can't wait for the next family event so I have a reason to order more cookies and cake. The shop itself is just counter service, no tables or anything to sit at, but it's not that kind of store.

The top tier was red velvet and bottom was strawberry. I love that the icing wasn't overly sweet. Make sure to keep your cake chilled in this hot weather, because it did start to bleed...cookies were also great and withstood the heat with no problems. Enter freely, they've been approved

They had two different lines--one for pick up and pne for placing orders. They told me to come in and stand on a white "X". Otherwise, you wait outside in the heat. As I stood there, they started serving other people who came in after. When I pointed this out, the cashier rolled her eyes and ignored me. I asked why implement a process that you do not follow, but got no response. The manager appeared to be stationed in the back kitchens and did not come out the whole time I was there. I would have left immediately if I had not already paid for it online. Then, the person boxing my order ripped the sticker and put it on anyway. I asked for another one which she obliged after searching for one. It was a disorderly and chaotic scene. I'm only giving 2 stars because the actual product tastes okay. The cake is moist and the buttercreme frosting is a good texture, although a little too sweet.

I paid in full over the phone (they require you to pay in full or pay half over the phone before pick up). The cake itself was delicious and everyone of my guests loved it. It was so moist and also matched the image I gave them. I deducted two stars is because the night before my pickup they gave me a call at about 4:15pm and did not leave a message. I gave them a call back at 4:30pm and left a message myself. The store closes at 5pm so I assumed I would get a call back on the same day but did not. My agreed pick up time for the cake was at 10 am the following morning and when I got there they told me they tried giving me a call the day before to let me know that the cake would be ready at noon instead. This was a little bit annoying seeing as there was no actual communication with me and I now had to return 2 hours later to pick up my cake on the day that I am hosting my event and have several other errands to run. I only received an apology over the miscommunication. Either way, I was able to pick up my cake at noon and it all turned out fine, but I wish they had just left me a message the day before instead of just never giving me a call back and having me come in twice.
