The poor service I received today reminds me of why I stopped coming to this establishment. I ordered a dozen bundtinis in advance. They had two different lines--one for pick up and pne for placing orders. They told me to come in and stand on a white "X". Otherwise, you wait outside in the heat. As I stood there, they started serving other people who came in after. When I pointed this out, the cashier rolled her eyes and ignored me. I asked why implement a process that you do not follow, but got no response. The manager appeared to be stationed in the back kitchens and did not come out the whole time I was there. I would have left immediately if I had not already paid for it online. Then, the person boxing my order ripped the sticker and put it on anyway. I asked for another one which she obliged after searching for one. It was a disorderly and chaotic scene. I'm only giving 2 stars because the actual product tastes okay. It been awhile since I have gone here and picked up one Mini Carrot Cake on the way home. It's one of my favorites here along with the Chocolate and Marble (no longer available). Tis the season for it too. I have only ever had 5 carrot cakes I really liked and this one is certainly one of them. It was nicely juicy, proportioned well in cake to icing ratio, very delicious, contained a warm spiced cake vibe in flavor more than carrot and really soft, but not too fluffy either. It was a bit more dense in feel as I prefer. More richness often equals more taste. I love how this treat had no nuts, bc I don't like any nut except for pistachios usually in solid form. I do prefer buttercream over cream cheese icing, but when it softened up some it was better than too solid and seemed a little sweeter too. I wasn't pleased with the lemon or bluberry to name a couple here bc they weren't strong enough in their supposed flavors, but the ones I like here are really good imo. I still need to try the seasonal Mini Pumpkin Cake next time. Great service again. read more

Lack of Acountability and Poor Customer Service I recently placed an order about 2 weeks ( placed Aug 23 for September 8th) in advance for my daughter's first birthday party. On the 28th I got a call asking why I hadn't picked up my August 25th order, which did not exist. I explained that my order wasn't supposed to be ready until September 8th. They tried to place the blame on me and repeatedly told me I had set my pick up date as August 25th. I forwarded them my confirmation order, and I didn't get a response. I called today to see if my order would be ready on September 8th. They told me they could not confirm if my order would be ready on Sept 8th because they had already used their product to make my order on August 25th. It is unprofessional and poor service to blame a customer for a mistake on the company's part. It is also poor service to tell a customer that has done nothing incorrect on their part that they may or may not be getting the product they ordered and paid for in adavnce. It is truly upsetting that not a single apology has been uttered nor any responsibility taken on their part. This is third pre-order this location has messed up, but the other two fixes were quick and hassle free. This one was not. Update: I was expecting a call from a manger, but I never got the call. I called them, and sat on hold for 20 minutes to be told they didn't know what the issue was. I finally got an apology, but it was after I mentioned that in the 4-5 phone calls no apology had been made. On the original phone call, I told them I couldn't talk at that moments because I was at work( with an entire class of kids under my care) and had to hang up. I called back a bit later. It seems valuing the life of children under your supervision is a reason why you shouldn't recieve a product you pre-order and prepaid for. Had a very unnerving experience today in my quest to buy dessert for a Birthday party today. To illustrate, my little cousin is having a sleepover today with 3friends and told me her favorite cake was "Sock It To Me." I immediately thought, okay I will get the Maple Pecan cake and a few Bundtinis to suffice. Ran in the store in the pouring rain today and was quickly greeted. I initially ordered 2 Maple Pecan Bundtlets and when I proceeded to specify the flavors I wanted for the bundtinis, it was halted. The cashier stated, the are sold only by the dozen and the flavors are pre-picked. I inquired about these pre-determined flavors and asked if I could substitute one, as it is not a popular flavor in my household. I was told no. For this reason, I thought I would just "86" the Bundtinis and Bundtlets and buy the 8in Maple Pecan Cake. I was then told those flavors are also predetermined and that flavor is not offered in that size. I was offered any options to help and felt like I was the only one attempting to come up with creative ways to still spend money with them. Completely understand the need to pre-package with COVID-19. Yet, you should offer a better variety of mix and matches to satisfy your customers. I think it made me mad because I was literally looking at the Bundtini flavors I wanted in the glass and she was telling me no. Needless to say, I left and went to HEB, as I believe it shouldn't be that hard to spend my money. Nor am I willing to buy something I don't like. So my family and I ordered an assortment of cakes for my Easter basket. The cakes, as always, were fresh and super Yummy. I appreciate the recipes that go into making such succulent cakes. I visited the store yesterday to get a cake for my co-worker's birthday. I had called the day before thinking I had to place an order for the bundlet tower, but the employee told me that I can just come to the store and place the order in person. That was helpful since it was a last minute decision to get the cake here. The store itself is nice. I noticed there was a constant stream of customers coming in and out of the store, so it seems like this is a very popular place. They had samples of the strawberries and creme cake up front. I tried a piece and it was pretty good, but the icing (buttercream) was very very sweet. They also have an assortment of gifts, cards, etc. They have 10 flavors to choose from, various sizes of bundt cakes, and I believe 40 different types of decorations. The bundlet cakes are a nice size to share with 2-3 people. I ordered the bundlet tower with two cakes: chocolate chocolate chip, and pecan praline. I was able to choose ribbon and a flower (extra $1) for the wrapping. One of the employees also put a little Happy Birthday flag inside the ribbon for a nice added touch. It costs about $10 which seems pretty reasonable. It only took about 5 minutes from the time I ordered to when the tower was ready. It looks really nice and I'm hoping to be able to try the cake at work tomorrow. The lady in the store told me the cake will last a few days if I leave it in the fridge. Cakes are so so delicious and moist, the cream cheese frosting is not overly heavy and compliments the cakes wonderfully. My personal favorite is the white chocolate rasI come from a family that isn't very into sweets, but when I introduced them into nbc they were so surprised by how delicious it was. I love Nothing Bundt Cake and this review is difficult to write. I bought a gender reveal cake for my family so they can celebrate. I live in GA and I bought the same cake for my immediate family and we thought it was a going to be great for my family in TX. The one in GA placed the baby rattle in the middle of the cake hiding the gender in frosting, building the suspense when the decoration is taken off. This location in Pearland, placed the rattle right on top of the frosting revealing the gender immediately without the suspense when removing the decoration. It was quick and over. read more

Went by yesterday to pick up a cake for a friend's birthday. I was very impressed. Lizzie was extremely friendly and personable. She was beyond helpful. We stopped in and purchased (3) mini bundt cakes on 12/31/16 around 1:00pm and they all tasted off. Almost lacking flavor (they all tasted the same) and had a wet taste like there was extra water on top? I know it is frequent practice to freeze the cakes and then defrost them for sale but these tasted very off. I had my little sample and decided to get the white chocolate raspberry.....and 3 more cakes. Can't leave their with just one! So free turned into paying for 3 additional bundlets....for the family of course. The three other cakes I got were 2 chocolate chocolate chip and one red velvet. My favorite is the red velvet here. There's a location near my job - that's how I got introduced to these little bundts of sweet goodness. I was oh so glad I couldn't easily get there so I wouldn't be tempted.... but the confectionery Gods saw fit to put one in reasonable driving distance of my house ~le sigh~ diets will now never survive in my house...... This location is just a cute as the others, very clean and they always have some sample available which I ALWAYS get. I go for the mini bundts - flavor leaders for me are the Double Chocolate chip and Lemon, I tried the new peanut choc chip but wasn't wowed. The cakes are delicious. The prices are not. Get the red velvet. It's not just a hype. It truly is as good as everyone claims. I also enjoyed the confetti. I'd skip the Pecan praline and even though people rave about the white chocolate raspberry, I didn't care for it. It had an odd aftertaste. I definitely like these cakes, I am not a fan of their customer service. The cakes taste allows me to get over the last of customer service on more than on occasion. However, today may have drawn the line for me. Customer service may lack. Okay. But hair in food is a different story. My husband was attempting to get a 'just because' cake and tend to my pregnancy cravings. I've had their bundt cake about 10 times, and every time was as amazing as the first! The cake is moist, and the frosting is the perfect texture and sweetness. For October and November, they have a seasonal pumpkin spice flavor. Free samples at the door! I love everything pumpkin, so this was easily one of my favorites. I had the signs "Our Family and Friends are Nothing Bundt the Best" posted on the table. The flavors that we selected were: lemon, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, lemon raspberry, praline, and vanilla. I love that the cake is so moist and the bundtinis are so cute!! Of all the flavors we selected I think that lemon was my favorite!! The Cakes were decorated simply but beautiful with flowers that I selected. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was the message that I requested to be added.
