I initially contacted them 2 weeks before my event via email with a picture of a cake design that I liked and they responded fairly quickly but did require me to call them to confirm the order. I paid in full over the phone (they require you to pay in full or pay half over the phone before pick up). The cake itself was delicious and everyone of my guests loved it. It was so moist and also matched the image I gave them. I deducted two stars is because the night before my pickup they gave me a call at about 4:15pm and did not leave a message. I gave them a call back at 4:30pm and left a message myself. The store closes at 5pm so I assumed I would get a call back on the same day but did not. My agreed pick up time for the cake was at 10 am the following morning and when I got there they told me they tried giving me a call the day before to let me know that the cake would be ready at noon instead. This was a little bit annoying seeing as there was no actual communication with me and I now had to return 2 hours later to pick up my cake on the day that I am hosting my event and have several other errands to run. I only received an apology over the miscommunication. Either way, I was able to pick up my cake at noon and it all turned out fine, but I wish they had just left me a message the day before instead of just never giving me a call back and having me come in twice.

She didn't do a great job (all we wanted was "Happy Birthday" and my brother's name) but it was better than nothing, and my sister and I truly appreciated those that tried to assist us. My rating is based upon the horrible service by the person who was supposed to do the writing, and the fact that we paid $35 for a chocolate cake that was dry and not very good. The seemingly all women team was cheerful, helpful, and delightful! The reviews were accurate. I asked first about their gf options and was offered at least a half dozen options. I settled on the buckeyes and petit fours. My gluten ingesting travel mates selected cinnamon roll cookies and the pecan cinnamon roll. The petit fours were my personal favorite, they were simply MARVELOUS! The cake was dense and moist and the frosting literally made me wish I had a whole cake! The buckeyes, the cinnamon roll and cookies also received honorable mention. All three were superb with a mug of black coffee! Do recommend that you heat the cinnamon roll if able prior to eating. Considering going back tomorrow for more petit fours!!

This is NOT the type of bakery where you can set down, and have a cup of coffee with your favorite treat. They don't serve warm beverages here anyway. Craved Creations is pick up only. You can order special cakes and other sweets, of course. Since this is a small bakery, stock is limited. You'll never know what desserts are available until you walk in or call them. There's cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, cookie sandwiches and macarons. Everything is homemade, fresh from the kitchen. They don't sell whole cakes or cake slices. You can sample cake flavors, but only for parties and events. I've seen some photos of their customized cakes and designer cookies. The staff do excellent work!
