Lots of really unique art and designs. I came at 10:30pm when they close at 11. I got their signature Dolly Llama blue cookie shake. There was one couple ahead of me. I'm not sure what their staff of 2 (who was nice) was doing back there but 20 minutes to get my order seemed a bit long. I wasn't in a rush but it just felt way longer than you should have wait for something like this. I enjoyed it just fine...but for the time it took, it didn't come off as anything special. It was pretty runny rather than a thicker milkshake that I was expecting. Maybe that is their style but you could get a more traditional McFlurry at McDonald's that tastes better in about 3-4 minutes for a fraction of the price.

Service here is nothing to write home about, it's younger employees who don't really want to be there. We were literally the only ones in there and they did not greet us or ever really acknowledge us. Just kind of rude but they're young. Now for the desserts here they're amazing. We went with the mini waffle sandwich and the og liege. The desserts here are massive and worth every penny I'm still dreaming about my of liege with horchata ice cream.

It's a bit of a hard place to find, at the end of a small plaza next to a school. The store is small, the waiting area no bigger than a walk-in closet. Service is minimal but friendly and fast. You order yourself on an iPad. The hype has mostly died down, so there was no line, but they still have a pretty steady stream of customers coming in. I got the strawberry banana pudding and the chocolate berry me cup. Both were about $8 each. I'll be honest, I thought most banana puddings were the same, but I was wrong. This banana pudding was light, whipped, smooth, and creamy. It had a good amount of layers with the vanilla wafers, intermixed with cuts of strawberry. And while it looks like a small portion, it was really filling, a good size for one person. The chocolate strawberry cups are made to order. Again, while you probably could get it cheaper doing it yourself, the strawberries were perfectly juicy and sweet. The chocolate sauce was smooth and tempered, truly making it a delicious bite. Definitely will need to be back to try their other options!

You order and pay on the tablet. They had a painting on the wall of Keith Lee on their wall and he even has his own flavor item. It was actually a pretty spacious spot for pudding and waffles. I tried the Keith Lee croffle. It was delicious. Sweet and crunchy. The toppings actually paired well with the waffle. The syrup was like melted on there with the pudding?

French bakeries, in general, make me throw all diet caution into air and go crazy with food-  but, not this particular Paris Baguette- not my favorite Variety is great, no doubt. Staff is super sweet and friendly. No problem there either.  The food itself:   For example- I bought the garlic croissant excited that it would be savory and interesting, but it came with a sugar coating ! No... Then the simple bread and butter, soft and all, but that also has a sweet tinge...I got the NY cheese cake, found it too hard.., a cake, I forgot which one , it was dry....So... I love to go here, because I can avoid going crazy..... ha ha..... I am fond of their soufflé cheesecake and the rainbow cake- haven't had any trouble with those yet.  Today I tried their berry croffle, melt in the mouth, light sweet, just right !Also, would like to try their baguettes, I reallyy hope those don't have sugar tinge in them.  Keep savory as savory and sweet and sweet, separate, why make all savory sweet too !  The color of the chairs sets the French tone. They have a vast selection and there is so much I am yet to try.  Its pretty popular in the area so am sure I will be brought back by others,  like a place to meet for coffee or something....

After lunch nearby for Father's Day with the fam, we decided to come here for some dessert. This is a locally owned business located in a strip center in West Pearland. Since we had a larger party with us, we called ahead to make sure they had indoor seating. Majority of the restaurant is work space with small area for customers. The seating consisted of a few benches inside. There was some outside benches a little further down from the Rollie's, but I'm not sure if it's shared with them or not. We were the only people inside when it was our turn to order. There were two employees working that looked less than enthused to be there. Any questions we had were directed to the menu. Customer service goes a long way in my book, and it was lacking that day. We ordered a variety of different things and they all came out staggered which was to be expected. I ordered the hot fudge brownie sundae for myself with chocolate custard. It looked promising at first glance. I went in on the brownie first and it was on the dry side and way to crumbly, but tasted fine. The custard at first was nice and smooth as expected, but then I would get random bites of ice. It kind of threw off the velvety consistency that I love with custard. I also noticed the absence of chopped peanuts that was listed as a topping. I was half way in already so I let it slide. No other complaints on the other items ordered. Overall, my sweet tooth was satisfied, but between the service and not getting my full order, I'm not sure I would rush back anytime soon. I'm guessing it was just an off day and they have alot more to offer.
