The Business Owner said that both shoes needed the soles glued and also pointed out the shoe are actually worn out but they would glue both soles for $30.00 total cost and I seen a new pair at Macy's for $79.00 so I decided to buy a new pair. Randall the owner said it would take 2 weeks . He called me a week and half later and when I went to pick it up- OMG! I was so impressed by Randall's work. The heels were replaced nicely and on top of that he shined my leather boots! I was satisfied with my work especially when you love your shoes and don't want to get rid of it bc it still has some life to go. Also, I had a really bad scuff on the tip of my mauve color boots and he said he tried to polish with a similar color but boy! It doesn't look noticeable at all. He was able to cover it. Randall was amazing, it took a couple of weeks, price was not bad, very affordable. You need to pay up front and he gives you a ticket and to come back and pick it up. I came back and my boots are all fixed up and I am happy with the service. I will definitely come back for other shoe repairs and try the cleaning service for the shoes.

When I walked in, the chinese man at the register just straight up looked at me and didn't even greet with a hello or anything(like good customer service is supposed to do).
