Despite the job being completed, I received no phone call or text notification. I called ahead to confirm it was ready before heading in, only to be met with an aggressive line of questioning at the counter asking if I had actually called first. A much more professional approach to customer updates and front-desk service is expected. I left with the strong impression that my business was not welcome there.
