We bought new leather furniture 4 years ago and have loved the quality of the pieces. Customer service is great too. One of the zippers had an issue and the service people were able to fix it at my house. They were also able to show me how to add stuffing to the pillows. We bought our top-grain leather home theater seats in 2005. 19 years later, they still look great - absolutely no cracks, and they still look new after each annual cleaning & conditioning All the seats are still very comfortable. I still remember that Leather Creations gave us a great buying experience. We picked up some framed art too. I've had friends who bought home theater seating for less money, but I doubt that they'll survive decades of heavy use like ours did. I bought a very big sectional in 2008 with a lifetime warrant. I was assured that zippers, etc. were covered for LIFETIME. I have had them come out a couple of times on my zippers with no problems. now again my zipper that was fixed the last time has messed up again.i called and they want to charge me $600.00 for gas. They are in the surrounding area all the time, I never try to rush them, but in these times how can you even afford $600.00 in gas. I'm 79 years old and they are just being greedy. We purchased a sofa from the Mall of Georgia store in 2002. The following year bought an oversize chair (chair 1/2) and oversize ottoman from the same store in 2003. Fast forward to 2023; although all pieces are still in very good shape, wife wants something new. Don't raise your prices on discount sales by $400 over what a new purchase of the exact same product is new and say its 50 to 90 percent off. Also when a customer decides to pick up their purchase and no one is there to help load it into their vehicle. Also improve the sales staff attitude towards the customer. On entering the store, we were pleasantly greeted by Lee Guidry, Sales Representative. We were able to look at the many style options with zero pressure and when we decided to inquire about a particular model, Lee's extensive knowledge and patience in educating us about the difference between Full Grain and Top Grain leather, as well as the functionality of the chair, enabled us to make an informed decision that we were very comfortable with.  She was very professional and helpful and even offered us store samples so that we could go home and match the colour to our wall paint and existing furniture.  We made our purchase based on the excellent customer service we received from Lee. THE DIRTY SOUTH My daughter and I happened to drop by this store while in the area looking for leather furniture. Although they had a nice selection of leather and offer custom services, they were not a viable option. I really have a problem with a company just doesn't care enough to hire a cleaning crew to take care of housekeeping issues. If I am distracted by your filthy floors to the point that I never want to return, well guess what? You have absolutely lost a potential customer. Also, instead of mood lighting, it would be more appropriate to have lighting that allows the customer to fully see and inspect the furniture. And no, the low lights did not hide the dirt. There is probably a reason that we were the only customers in the store and no matter how nice your selections are, they will always be upstaged by your dirty floor.
