He explained he would stop the zipper on one and there wouldn't be full usage there. The level of repair...I could have done at home with a bottle of glue. The other zipper was repaired but he dropped glue on the bag told me it would go away. He was rude and uninterested in customer satisfaction. Told me to fix the next one at home. Will do, Sir. I will never bring any business to this place, again. There's a better place on Satellite Blvd. Should have taken my business there. Lesson learned! Good service is on life support these days...Oh, and you pay in advance! Paying in advance for a service like this is tricky and puts the customer in a weird space.

Lee has been here for 32 years, so I brought in another pair of dress shoes to get a polish since wearing them on the plane gets them dinged up. Picked them up today, they looked really nice. The soles were sturdy and I will bring them on my business trip next week to see how it goes. But I think this is a good spot for shoe repair and other items that need fixing. NOT FEELIN IT! The…read moremall really needs a nice "old school" leather store, but this is not it. I really need to have a leather store that sells only leather products including leather desks sets. I do not want to see Vera Bradley, nylon products, toys and games. Other stores in the mall carry these items so I would just want Mori to be true to what it once was- all about quality leather products. I appreciated the smell of leather and the nice leather bags and wallets but the cooler, (I mean like an Igloo ice cooler), is just too much!

BACK UP PLEASE, I AM AN EXPERIENCED SHOPPER!…read more This is a new store that is now located in Sugarloaf Mills next to Off Broadway Shoes. Even though it is a brick and mortar store, it seems to have no on-line presence, (No specific listing or phone number). I am not sure what that means but I did want to post this review anyway. If you have issues with people following you around while you are shopping, avoid this store. It is wide open and just one huge space. The salesperson is very aggressive and bored so she will follow you around encouraging you to "Just buy it, buy two". Really annoying but I didn't feel that it was racially motivated You will be tempted to walk into this store because they have some really nicely crafted bags. They are uniquely designed and very creative but ARE NOT made of leather. Although I enjoyed looking at them, I only purchase quality leather bags. As I was pointing this out to the employee she insisted that the bags are made of leather and of course I said "No they're not" and then after touching them she said "Well, they are almost leather". Girl bye!! Much of what you see here is not leather. Yes, they have some leather bags but they are rather boring. Also, they are not prominently displayed but are tucked away on shelves and you will have to go in and look for them. They do have some great leather jackets for men with great details, (deep inside pockets), bold colors like bright blue. The women's collection contained cute moto jackets in bright red and other colors. They will cost you $400. The prices for the jackets start at $99 but be careful because this store does not allow returns, only exchanges. Good luck dodging the walking bullet! *** You will find a selection of leather accessories like leather wallets, small clutch bags, luggage and card holders also available.
