Days later on pickup day I've been calling for hours and I wasn't able to reach anybody. I arrived at the store and my pants haven't been tailored or tampered. My suit needed to be pressed and tags wasn't removed. On top of that my son suit wasn't delivered to the store, one of the guys lied to my face and said the tracking showed the suit out for delivery. I took my suit to a nearby place and they serviced it. I went home and they sent me a message saying that ups can't find my son's suit but they know it'll be here by Monday. Straight liars. Don't recommend. Make your own suit by hand w some needle and thread before you come here.

They didn't have anything in stock that I wanted, so I ordered something from the book. Less than a week later when I went to try it on because it arrived, we realized they sent the wrong pant size for the suit, so the employee told us we should be able to just take out the material in the pant leg and it would work, but me knowing how small they were and the size of my thighs, I knew they weren't and we said to call the company and have them send me the right pants. A few days later, my mom called the store (because they said they would call but the employee never did so my mom had to be the one to consistently check) to check and make sure they were ordered and the employee said yes and they would be overnighted. Another few days later, my mom called again, but this time the employee said "Oh well the warehouse didn't have them, so we decided to just take out the pants like we talked about", which confused my mom and I because we knew that wouldn't work. And just like I thought, when we came in and tried it on, they still didn't work. So, on Monday (with my prom the following Friday), the employee said he would call again and get the right pants overnighted. My mom checked in every day, and no pants...idk how he "overnighted them" but they didn't come. So Friday, the day of prom arrives, and we show up to the store, still no correct pants, and I decided that I would just take the small pants for now because there wasn't really another option, except black pants (but they didn't look good with my suit). This whole time I had been keeping my cool, but when my mom started asking questions to the employee, he proceeded to keep cutting her off, lying in our faces, and be plain up rude. So I opened my mouth to ask a question, and he proceeded to cut me off, not let me talk, and scream over me. So I had to raise my voice so that he would finally hear me out. My blood was BOILING. We asked if we could speak to a manager or owner, and his response was no. That is not how you run a business. That is terrible customer service. After we left with the pants that were too small, we got the call 10 minutes later that the right pants arrived so we turned around, swapped it out, and ran out of there VERY fast before anything else went badly because of the lies we were told. In the end, we did get the right pants, but they were unhemmed still and it was overall not a good experience with TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT recommend. He could have easily fixed the issue and made it right, and instead he yelled at us and continued to lie to our faces. Absolutely upset.

The kurta set, shirt and pants, was $125. $132.50 after 6% sales tax. I thought this was a reasonable price for the design and quality of the kurta I got. I just wore it at an Indian baraat (groom's procession), wedding ceremony, and dinner (I wore a tux at the following day's cocktail hour, reception, and dinner). The brand of my kurta is "Sanskrit" (at least, that's what the neck tag looks like it says) and it's made in India. It's dark blue with a nice pastel floral pattern down the chest, surrounding the buttons. The ends of the sleeves have buttons too. The kurta is long and slim-fitting, and it has an inner lining. The pants are white, made of light fabric, have pockets, and stretch in the waist. I'm only 5-7 and Ladlee had plenty of styles in my short and small size. Turns out I'm a size 38 in kurtas. I opted to get my kurta pants hemmed (personal preference) by my tailor in town instead of at Ladlee because I didn't want to drive back up to Gwinnett just to pick up pants. That said, a little bunching is normal for kurta pants. My wife and I shopped at two other stores at Global Mall before choosing the kurta at Ladlee. We went into this kurta shopping experience blind. Aside from browsing websites like Kalki beforehand, we had no idea which stores were good nor exactly what kind of kurta I wanted. The other stores we visited were Rahul's Clothing and Radhika Collection. Rahul's and Radhika are on the first floor. Ladlee is on the second floor. I tried on kurtas at all three stores. The customer service at Rahul's was good, but the kurta I liked was cheap in quality, especially compared to the kurta I got at Ladlee. However, the price was cheap too ($75) so I can't knock Rahul's for that. If you're looking for the lowest price, check out Rahul's. The customer service at Radhika Collection wasn't great. All kurtas were folded, packed in plastic bags, and stacked on shelves behind the counter. This made it hard to browse. I didn't see anything I liked at Radhika. Ladlee is big and occupies two separate spaces: one for women and one for men and kids. I think Ladlee had the best selection of kurtas in my size. I tried on a couple and my wife and I quickly found the one I eventually purchased. The men and kids side was so busy that an employee offered for me to try on the kurtas on the women's side. That's where I made my purchase too. The customer service at Ladlee was great. We never felt pressured to buy. Also, while I was trying on kurtas, an employee offered to show my wife Ladlee's blouse selection, which they normally only show on weekdays because they're so busy on weekends. I have been coming to this mall for 15+ years, and I have definitely seen it grow from what it used to be. It tends to be the most busiest on the weekends, so keep that in mind. Most of the stores are also closed on Monday as well, so just be aware of that. The mall has a massive parking lot attached too, so you'll be able to find parking. There is a food court as well that has 5 different restaurants you can choose from, and then there is another restaurant downstairs where you can have lunch/dinner. As you would probably guess, the food court options are all Indian as well as the restaurant downstairs. I definitely recommend visiting Global Mall if you ever find yourself wanting to be transported to India without having to take that long flight. The mall is located in Norcross, right off the Jimmy Carter exit.

For those with disabilities, this store has a long ramp up to the front doors and an elevator in the back of the store. Next up, unlike most thrift stores I've been in, the store smells clean. The merchandise is organized but, as with many thrifts, it takes a bit to figure out the layout. If you are mourning the loss of Goodwill merchandise to the Goodwill ecommerce store, swing by this place and check it out. The selection is insanely good. The persons working the registers were fast and friendly. The prices were a mixed bag. I picked up 3 books each for $2-3 but I suspect that they were priced so low because they came in a long time ago. There were other books I saw prices around 4-5. And still others were $30... but I'm not into those genres and couldn't say what their value was. Everything I looked at was reasonably price but I'm also usually looking for art supplies, books, and music instruments.
