Initially, I was very hopeful after speaking directly with the owner. I brought in two dresses, both with lining, and we discussed in detail the alterations needed. One dress required more work, including taking in the sides and shoulders, raising the hook closure, and stitching the top closed at the bust area. We also discussed pricing. While I initially felt the total of $160 for both dresses was a bit expensive, the owner explained the amount of work involved, and I agreed to move forward. We also discussed the timeline, and I intentionally gave her a full week to complete the work since I would be leaving the country shortly afterward. Unfortunately, when I arrived today on Mother's Day to pick up my dresses, only one dress had been completed. The dress requiring the side alterations, shoulder adjustments, hook closure change, and stitching...had not been touched at all. In fact, the pins from my original fitting were still in the dress exactly as they were placed during our first meeting. That immediately showed me that no work had even been started or attempted on the dress despite the agreed-upon timeline. I was then told that she wanted to speak with me first regarding the hook placement and stitching because those would be an additional cost. But she never called during that week to discuss. This was extremely disappointing because those exact alterations had already been discussed and agreed upon upfront as part of the original price. To be fair, the dress that was completed was done well, and I can acknowledge quality work where it exists. However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through, communication, and consistency regarding what was originally agreed upon. And I gave her additional time...1 week to complete both dresses. She stated that was good. As a customer, I value transparency and professionalism, and I do not appreciate when terms change after an agreement has already been made. At that point, I simply asked for my unfinished dress back, and now I am left scrambling to find someone else to complete the work before my trip. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I do wish them the best moving forward, and I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service for future clients. My advice to others would simply be to proceed with caution and ensure every detail is clearly confirmed before moving forward.

A lot of styles seem to have a southern flare and are for suitable for middle age (30's-40's) women. If you're looking for a nice blouse, some weekend jeans, or maybe an oversized jersey dress, this is the place. You won't find any club clothes here, only good wholesome pieces, lol. Honestly, I found the prices to be typical "boutique" prices. Dresses $38, jeans $39, and tops $28+. Not cheap when compared to Marshall's, but ideal for some quality pieces. The jewelry is just over priced for costume pieces...$8 rings,$14 earrings. It wiped the floor, so I started looking up alteration places that were close by and I couldn't find one lol so I drove past Tina's and ended up walking in. I don't know it just looked like the type of shopping center that would have an alterations situation. AND I WAS RIGHT. But I walked into Tina's. I was greeted immediately. The whole process took less than five minutes. I told her I had this really nice jacket that I just bought and it drug the floor. She asked how much I wanted to be taken up and I told her 1 inch so she had me put the jacket on stand in the mirror and she showed me 1 inch lol it was not enough so we went up 2 inches. I asked her if she was just going to fold it under and stitch it and she told me no she's going to cut everything, cut the fabric and sew it how the jacket is originally stitched. I will not be able to tell the difference. That is exactly what they did and now the cut is the perfect length and it looks seamless. Definitely better than me just going to buy a piece of double-sided fabric tape and trying to fold it in on itself and hope it holds. The service was $60 which is about normal and I didn't know what to expect on the timeframe, but they told me to come back in a week which I thought might've been a little long for 2 inches but I have never had anything altered. And also they did look like they had quite a bit of business in there waiting to be altered. But it definitely was ready by the day she told me to come back. I asked her if I need to call her they call me she said no you could walk in on Wednesday and pick it up. It definitely was ready and I lost my ticket and I described my item to her and she went to get it for me no problem. If I need anything, I'll be back. They did a great job.

I had to put half down I was in shock and actually shaking, as I paid that for my daughter's wedding dress to be altered and hemmed. I should've in my right mind told them no way, but I felt guilt as they already pinned it. Then when I picked it up, I did not know there was a 3% charge for using a credit card. Another wasteful expense. If you have all the money in the world go for it, just remember you still are being ripped off and the quality is no different than any other alteration shop! I brought her my dress and explained in detail the alteration I wanted. It needed to be hemmed and taken in. I returned a few weeks later and tried on the dress and was completely heartbroken by how different the dress was. The lines and structure of the dress had completely changed and I could hardly get into the dress. It was so uncomfortable and I felt horrible in it. At this point though we were stuck as other seamstresses I called wouldn't touch a dress someone else had worked on. I tried to trust the process but ultimately it ended up costing over a thousand dollars and I ended up with a dress I hated. I felt horrible having my parents pay for a dress alteration that turned out so bad. Ultimately Bella didn't listen to what I wanted in a dress and just did what she wanted and what she felt would look good but that wasn't how I wanted to look on my wedding day. If you want to be heard and understood and feel good in your dress don't go here. I just wish we could get our money back. Oh and she says she'll give you a discount if you pay cash, but what she charges is robbery.
