I brought a dress in for granddaughters wedding to be taken in. She quoted me $28 . I asked her why it was so high and she stated it was for her experience and work. I have been going here throughout many years and have noticed that the customer service and work (or lack of it) has decreased tremendously. There have been times when skirts were way too tight after the fitting and the tailor just laughed it off and told me to not eat at the event! Earlier this year, I called and spoke to a gentleman and he confirmed that they also fix shoes. I went in and was informed BY THE SAME MAN that they do NOT fix shoes, I was so confused especially since they confirmed that they did indeed speak with me earlier. Not sure if it was a language issue or just mis-communication. Yesterday, went in with 3 dresses that needed to be taken in. She promptly started putting in pins and it was only after she was finished that she told me the cost, which was basically 3 times what I paid for the dress itself. When I told her that I would only get 1 dress done she turned really sour and told me to take the pins out myself since it took her so long to put them in. Awful customer service! I almost walked out then and there but I needed the dress done. I started taking out the pins and asked her to do one side at the same time since I had another appointment to go to. When I went to pay for the 50% deposit, she told me that there was a 5% charge for cards so I gave her cash instead. She then threw my card back at me like it was disgusting. I understand that she is basically a one person shop, but friendly services goes a long way, especially when there are other alterations nearby with better service and better times. read more

Le is amazing. My son waited until the last minute to order his tux and it just arrived today (prom is in 3 days)! We pulled up and she was closed, unfortunately. I called just to see if she was inside and she let me know she had already gone home for the evening. Then she said she would meet me back at the shop in 30 minutes! I couldn't believe it. She said that Saturday is no problem and we are here now getting it fitted. She's done work for me in the past and it's always been great, so I'm looking forward to getting it back on Saturday! read more

Excellent Service, I loved the owner, she was super sweet and ready to help me. I had a wedding dress that I needed Altered and she did an excellent job. I had the shoulders tightened and they were loaded with beads and stones, you can not tell one stone was moved. Also I needed a lot taken off of the bottom and train and again, excellent job.
