I can see why N'Tara is the store manager. Great service, super helpful, and very welcoming. I was in search for a pair of shoes and called in advance for a specific size. Came in to try them on and purchase but needed a size bigger which a lot of the stores were all sold out. I thought I would leave purchasing the sandals but N'Tara too the rescue. She asked if she wanted me to check the other stores and she quickly found me a store that had one. Due to the quick and easy transaction and great service I received from them both I ended up walking out with two additional shirts that I've been eyeing. The only thing I wish is they would close later than 7 pm on weeknights. Definitely shop this Dress Up location. Everything is pretty reasonably priced and they have all the latest styles on deck. They got regular weekly shipments of new clothes. This boutique has everything from accessories such as hats and jewelry to tops, dresses, and pants as well as seasonal shoes/sandals. I love this store…read more There were so many unique and interesting items. I could see having a great time gifts shopping and possibly finding a treat for me. Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. They have clothing places for many styles- LOFT, Banaa Republic, LuluLemon, Versona, Belk, DSW, etc. There's a Pottery Barn and big HomeGoods for home deco fans, and even a Trader Joe's at the far end. It's also set up very friendly to be able to walk around, with wide sidewalks all around so even with a lot of traffic in and out you don't feel caught in the middle of it. We came around Christmas which was crazy busy but once we were able to find a parking spot (which was a little rough) it felt totally fine walking here and there. They also have a few niche businesses here too, like an Asian toy store, a botox store and eye clinic. Tons of options, plus all the restaurants and a small food hall to sit in.

I spotted a dress on the website that I needed rather quickly and decided to come into the store. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and she knew the exact location of the dress I described. She set me up in a fitting room and came in to check on me. She also made great sizing recommendations and when I realized I was between sizes she even suggested how I could get it in the larger size and shrink it slightly in the dryer based on the material. On a Saturday morning, I didn't have any trouble finding parking in the plaza.
