We bought a frame and the matching storage drawers that roll underneath. We grabbed a cover but we already have a mattress being shipped, but it looked like he had a good selection of those also. When assembling the frame two of the barrel nuts were defective. The owner gladly replaced them for free and gave me some spares in case any of the existing ones developed issues. The futons come with warranties, but the owner said to come see him first if there are ever any problems.

When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed the word "outlet" on the building. This had escaped me initially as furniture outlets just aren't our thing because they typically don't offer the quality we are interested in seeing. We went into the store anyway to inquire about specific brands and check out their selection. Although the salesmen were nice and helpful, the store just didn't have a quality selection of furniture. They actually showed us one sofa that they described as leather but this was not our idea of leather. It just seemed like a shiny plastic instead of a rich top-grain leather that you could smell and experience before you actually see it. If you have a very small budget and are looking for something to simply fill a space, this store might be an option. However, if you are looking for better brands and furniture that will last a lifetime, you will want to keep looking. *** It was okay, just not what we wanted.
