When told details she said to call back, my sells lady had stepped out for a few minutes, then told me she had gone to bank, call back in an hour. Then, the manager of the store started yelling and told us to leave when voices were raised. If anything she should be terminated immediately, that is not how you run a business. She has a LOT to learn about retail, and she doesn't even know a tenth of any of it, I know 100 times more about it than she does because I was in retail for a long time. He came alone, and my 26 year old son had to help him get the mattress up to my apartment, to the third floor. I mentioned that I lived on the third floor, when purchasing the mattress, but EJ never told the child this information. He showed up two and half hours later, almost 9 pm with my mattress!!
