I did all the due diligence from price comparison and shopping the big box stores, requesting samples etc. When I just couldn't get excited about anything out there, I visited Alpha Rug. They are a local business, which I like a lot. I was not pressured to buy, they directed me to the areas which displayed SO MANY large format samples. With the help of Lauren, I narrowed down my options, took home the samples to see them in my home and lighting. She scheduled Gary to come measure the following week. The vanity came with 1 dead bulb and I couldn't match it with an Amazon bulb without buying an entire set. It took her over 2 months to finally get the bulb from her!!!! I had to ask her several times over the two months. She would say she would check on the issue then days later not hear anything and that just repeated itself. I asked for the manager, Jean, to call me over this 2 month period to help but never heard from her. The sum for this total purchase was over $10k.
