I have to admit, I had reservations about even visiting this place. They had the best deal in the area for the car I was searching for, so I had no choice but to call and discuss it. My 86-year-old father was tricked into buying a wrecked car online. When he received the paperwork that the car had been wrecked and would never pass inspection he wanted his money back. Manuel emailed my father he would get his $15,000 back over a week ago. My father has not signed anything. Everything... this place is garbage. The only thing good I can say is, I was able to get a car and it did pass inspection in the state of Maryland. The downside is that in Virginia once you drive off the lot, the car is yours. I didn't inspect the car as sharply as I should have, finishing the deal at night. I didn't notice that my doors were a darker color on the front than the back on one side and the lighter in the front and darker in the back on the other. The staff has horrible customer service after you buy the car and the manager of the dealership is even worse. I bought a 2019 TLX Aspec SH-AWD in which I thought was a good purchase being that the car has 50,000 miles on it. I got the car 8/15 and they kept the car to do "repairs" when in fact they didn't do anything. They kept the car for TWO WEEKS and told me they'll schedule an appointment to fix the non functional driver seat and to replace the trunk liner. An Acura with 50k miles on it should be in mint condition. I took the car to get inspected a week after having it and 3 weeks after buying it and the motor had a light tick since I had it and my certified mechanic informed me that this vehicle has damage representing it had been crashed but the car has a clean carfax report. I purchased a 2014 Lexus LS 460 online, which was advertised as "Carfax Certified". The salesman, Manuel said it needed nothing, had new brakes, tires were at 80%, etc. it turned into a total nightmare, no communication after I sent the check, they couldn't get organized to even arrange shipping. Finally I had it shipped on my own. When it showed up, the brake warning light was on, it needed over $10,000 worth of work. When I got it back from the mechanic, I took it to a trusted body shop, as I noticed some paint issues. They informed me that the car shouldn't be on the road, it shouldve been totalled because of a previous accident and the entire back end was ready to fall off. I took it to the dealership where I had just sold our previous car and was able to trade it in as salvage to get my car back. My total out of pocket on this nightmare: $16,000. Where to even begin. ONE- liars... they told me the car I bought was all good and would "send a video" because they were avoiding answering my questions. When the car arrived (a week late,) after they tried to tell me I had to pay for the shipping despite their own website saying it was free, the driver said "Oh you aren't home, we will leave the keys with it and leave, sorry. TWO - I said NO, i live in downtown San Diego, the car won't still be there if you do that. After they lied to me and said, "oh no don't worry we will work with you on a delivery time." But they had NO IDEA what was going on and lied through that, then exactly what I told them I could not do happened anyway, because of a complete lack of care and oversight. THREE- check engine light, flat back tire, missing tie sensor, missing back up sensor, both the front and rear bumper are not even aligned. The liner on the roof is peeling off, the cup holder is ripped apart, the center console is ripped apart, the dash is missing buttons and others are damaged beyond being able to read... and NONE OF THIS was disclosed EVER. I was told my new state tags will come in the mail. FOUR - There is no hood latch mechanism, and the backup features do not work correctly. Again, NEVER disclosed despite me asking SEVERAL times about ANYTHING wrong with the car. FIVE - No updated tags ever arrived "Oh yeah they are in the mail don't worry." Total lie. Also, the blacked out 5.0 badge was now silver color. We were told on the phone no test drive because it was raining, but when we arrive and saw the cars condition, I told him no test drive because the car had a flat tire. They are also upbadging cars. Are these vehicles inspected really before they are sold to you as a consumer? Let me tell you the story of how this dealer royally screwed my brother and let this be a warning to others before vehicle purchases here. My brother was looking for a new vehicle and wanted something he could enjoy for himself, typically I would go with him to look at vehicle but this particular time our schedules didn't coincide to do so. So he went with our other brother, they looked at the vehicle and test drove it initially did not purchase the vehicle and came home. My brother's contacted me and said the car felt weird at speed in the rear. When they returned home or right before the dealer sales rep Ryan calls my brother and tells him he can get him in the car for a lower price...I didn't have a good feeling about the car and I suggested that he left the car there and keep looking. Despite my opinion my brother bought the car. Ok...... NOT 24 HOURS LATER!!! My brother is on the side of the road because his mustang shut off and would not start at all! I then have to leave where I am to come and see/check on this vehicle and it would be my first time seeing it. Upon review I see there is a low fuel pressure issue and misc other codes but we will just talk about the fuel pressure one for now. I tell him to call the dealer since he literally just purchased the car. They offer to tow the vehicle back to the dealership ( respectable right?) Let me go on... I also notice the vehicle has been painted FULLY. I checked the vin and the car has been in 3 accidents and 1 major! When I asked my brother did he get any history on the car or a carfax check he says he did not....ok... The next day he is contacting the dealer throughout the day because they are supposed to be towing it back but that never happened so we drove my vehicle all the way back to triangle VA, to be met with his Sales Manager Ryan who was relaxed in his chair.. this is my first time at the dealer or meeting Ryan personally when I say this sales manager could care less was a face! Explaining he gave my brothers number to the mechanic who was suppose to call him. His car is ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD! WAS PURCHASED LESS THAN 24 HOURS! HOW DID THIS CAR PASS ANY INSPECTION? HOW WHERE YOU ALL ABLE TO SELL THIS TO MY BROTHER?!?! I have questions that need answers and the TOP NEEDS to contact him to make this right because if that control arm would have backed out on the highway while he was driving this dealer would have way more issues than just this one star review. This place was great! It's a no-haggle car dealership, so I walked in and said, let me see this car. They brought it out, handed me the keys and let me test drive it. I came back and bought it in about 15 minutes. To be fair, I paid the full amount so we didn't have to do loan paperwork. There were some scratches on the car, but Maurice set me up to get a touch up pen without me even asking. He also discounted the price by the amount necessary to get a duplicate key made (the car only came with one). I bought a used q5 as I was looking for an SUV for my dogs with no accidents on the carfax and a full maintenance history. There was damage noted and the sales rep specifically said there were no accidents and carfax reports damage vs accident. He made sure to continuously reaffirm that no accidents were on file since I was debating between this and a Kia seltos with a minor accident reported. I got a used car inspection and that was a lie. There was obvious evidence of an accident as soon as the car was inspected to which I have a video, and multiple state inspection violations meaning I will not pass 2025 inspection. The dealership got aggressive and argumentative when I asked if there were any procedures in place for these situations rather than simply saying no. Now I have 10k in repairs on a 6 year old vehicle that I have no choice in paying or trading in to go upside down on my loan. Trash company with extremely poor customer care. The cars are parked so tightly that it's difficult to find if you are looking for a specific vehicle. Since you aren't greeted, you do have to find someone to help. They only had 2 people so you just have to wait. Not too bad, just notable. Finance/titling. They lie. This is NOT a veteran/military friendly car lot. I was extremely disappointed with the entire finance interaction. First, they add "2-3 thousand" extra dollars to the price if you aren't paying cash. No set amount, those were the exact words. Of course they originally added $3k to mine until I was about to back out. I said I did not want gap, he put it on there anyway and he insinuated it was mandatory with financing. I pressed it and he made a big deal bc he would have to reprint paperwork and "already gave me a $500 discount on the warranty" which was not a discount at all, he altered the term length and it reduced the rate. The entire conversation was annoying and pretty condescending, assumably bc I am a woman. I had a large down payment and was advised not to make a down payment, but to instead make a large payment after purchase as the benefits were greater. I confined in office if that were possible and if I'd be able to adjust my payments if done and he said yes, and to do so through the app. That is in fact not possible, and I can make a large payment however it will not affect what I owe and I will incur fees if I do not pay the monthly amount stated. I receive tax exemption and free tags due to my veteran status, they didn't believe that to be true. I had to pay $80 for title and tags though they paid less than $40 due to my status. He refused to mail in my paperwork though that is how the process works and instead made me wait and hunt them down 2 weeks later to meet me at the dmv for registration where they repeated I was exempt. I was told they would mail me a check which never happened. Delivery. When in the finance office, I asked about delivery as o was not trading anything in. I was told I would have my vehicle that day, and he confirmed with his manager. I bought before noon. I sat all day with no update. I called in about 10 minutes before they closed and was told I would not be receiving the vehicle until the next day. Not a huge delay or big deal however, do not state something that is not true. A simple call would have been great considering I was home waiting under the impression I needed to be home to receive the vehicle. All that to say I will never buy from here again or recommend it as I prefer military friendly businesses and to not be lied to. TLDR: don't buy here unless you want to screw yourself over. In August 2022, we bought a 2018 Audi A3 from here. We knew there were some repairs needed that the dealership was responsible for which they said they fixed. There were some red flags like the airbag being visible and a leak. They convinced us they fixed both and everything seemed fine. It was not. We couldn't even use the car the first 30 days due to said leak. We were so tired of the back and forth that we asked to cancel the contract or get a different car. They said no. Ryan told us they do their own safety inspections so we figured we were good to go once they "fixed" everything. Fast forward to yesterday when we took the car to Audi in Tyson's Corner due to what we assume is that same leak the dealership supposedly fixed. The Audi tech took a recording of what he saw. The radiator is being held up by the front bumper, the engine block is broken and needs to be replaced, it looks like the transmission was rebuilt, and the sensor is just hanging out not attached to anything. The tech mentioned that he suspects the car had been in an accident. When Ryan sold us the car, he actually showed us a clean car fax so imagine our surprise when Audi actually printed it out and we saw the car had been in a previous accident where the airbags were deployed. Additionally, Ryan had a mechanic "fix" the leak. He FaceTimed with my husband to show him that the mechanic was working on fixing the car. Knowing what we know now, they knew the vehicle was more damaged when they took it apart to "fix it" and they didn't inform us. Audi refused to touch it so we took it to a mechanic. The mechanic said it should've been totaled out and he wouldn't touch it either. He also informed us that it is likely that no mechanic would be willing to touch if because it is a liability. So now we are sitting with a hunk of junk, making payments on a car we can't get anyone to fix, let alone use. Livid does not even begin to describe what we are feeling. Don't buy from here especially, if you are a Servicemember or Veteran. The people at this dealership care only about themselves and unloading these hunks of junk on unsuspecting people. I called this place to speak to Ryan about purchasing a car that i saw on their website, as Ryan seems to have great reviews. When i spoke to Maurice, he let me know Ryan had left for the day and was extremely rude about it and told me that i was not able to speak to Ryan anyways as the vehicle was "his to sell." Clearly Maurice has a problem sharing sales and maybe i would have gone with him if he didn't speak in such a degrading and rude manner. 100% do not recommend this place - Go somewhere else. read more
