They were quick to get us in door and friendly, but when there was a problem, it took days to get any answers. When I received numerous calls from Brenda, I was skeptical. Even after assuring me that my approval with no money down regardless of my challenged credit was valid, I now know I should have listened to my gut instinct. I traveled an hour on a Saturday morning after being assured that I was approved, and that all I needed was to bring in my ss card, pay stub, proof of residency and valid drivers license and I'd be driving off of their lot that same day in a new car. Wrong. Miguel pulled up my info and saw that Brenda had already "entered everything". He's asking me questions to "verify" my already entered information, when in all actuality he was filling out the actual application to be submitted for final approval. This was verified when my credit karma app notified me that my credit had just had a hard inquiry as I was sitting at the desk. I was told over the phone that my offer letter to my part time job would suffice in conjunction with my pay stub of my full time job. When I arrived, my offer letter wasn't accepted. I was then told my income wasn't sufficient enough to qualify for no money down, and asked if I could add my husband to the loan "only for income purposes". After submitting his information (they needed his social to run his credit even though only his income was needed?) I was then given another offer of paying $2500 cash up front, which wasn't said during the initial approval conversation. When asked who was offering to finance, I was told "us". So when I make my payments I'm paying to "us"?! Although everyone was very nice and their customer service was definitely not horrible, his tone changed and his friendliness subsided when he was no longer speaking with a seeming to be naive young lady and was now facing her 6'7" husband who knows bs when he hears it. I would definitely rather save my $2500 and put it down on a car from a more well known and accredited dealership in the future. Buyers beware! We saw a truck on cars.com at this dealership. The add raved about what a great truck it was. It had everything my teenage son wanted and was in the price range we were looking for. My son called and asked if the truck was available, they said yes so my son said his dad would come the next day to see it. My husband went to the dealership and was told by Miguel it was in the shop for minor repairs and inspection. No truck...no pictures, but was promised it was as great as the ad stated and we would have 1st dibs on it. The following week Miguel said it still wasn't ready and it would take another week. The 3rd week he called, Miguel said there was an exhaust problem and it would be one more week. The 4th week, my husband called back and now Miguel says the truck is awful and they are not selling it. Miguel then tried to switch and bait him into a more expensive truck and when he said we couldn't afford it, Miguel hung up on him. Number 1... Miguel promised pictures, never got them. Number 2 ... Miguel promised calls back... never happened. Even when they decided they couldn't sell the truck. Number 3.... we passed up several other vehicles while waiting because we were promised this vehicle was great. And it was the only one we found that was exactly what we wanted. This place has vehicles in their website and other advertising apps, such as Carfax, that are not even available... Just with the pure purpose of getting people to come to them. Then, they tell people that the cars have been sold and try to get people to buy other cars. They made my wife and I drive for about an hour and half.. all of this happened during the same day. They called and texted us promising that the truck was available and convinced us to come look at the truck but as soon as my wife and I stepped foot on their place, the car magically had been sold days before... Yet, it's still showing in their website as available... and it will probably stay there for a while longer.. just to trick people to come to them.... This was a terrible experience.
