We have used them on many occasions, from very simple small hauls, to larger hauls that we could have never done on our own. Initially, we called them when we just needed to get rid of a few things but didn't have a truck or vehicle that they could easily fit in. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we had to do a much larger clean out at my mothers house and they were able to bring yet a different vehicle that was large enough to accommodate everything. The owner, Mark, is very friendly and professional, and all of their staff is as well. We have been very please every time we have used them and have recommend them on multiple occasions. Whether you need a little or a lot hauled, this company can help you out at a very fair price and you will not be disappointed.

Although not original scheduled to re-assemble the unit, the guys expressed interest and enthusiasm about putting it together and did so in 2 hours - half the time and cost of what the "professionals" had quoted me. These are young, local guys trying to build a business; I encourage you to give Steven/Hans a call to move anything and everything.

To their credit, they called when they were en route to let me know they were on the way. Unfortunately, they were about two and a half hours early. I was not home ready and waiting at that time and couldn't get there. I had only planned on being there at roughly the time of the appointment. So we setup for the following day. They showed up promptly and on time on the rescheduled appointment. However, the price had more than doubled. They insisting on charging for the fact that my apartment is a third floor walk up, which requires climbing stairs even though I had specifically asked on the phone whether there was a charge for stairs and been told no. The bait-and-switch ended up making them among the most expensive estimates I had received. I declined to let them do the job. As a result of this bait-and-switch, I am now having to find someone else to do the job. Definitely disappointing, to say the least, and this company is simply disqualified from working for me again. Don't do business with them if you like straightforward arrangements.

When I called back to find out why the $100 more, I was told it was because I was not having them come back so he charged me the full standard cancelation rate per their "contract" which by the way, is referring to their email, I signed no contract with them. The guy on the line was very helpful, asked all the necessary questions, and had someone booked to come to my place in two days. Easy. My only complaint is that I was told they would get there between noon and 4. Pretty broad window; sure, it's no cable company who only gives you the date and you're expected to wait around in your pajamas, but still I was hoping for more specificity. Then...they showed up at 5. That's the complaint. But they actually managed to build the whole thing in 2 hours, which means I essentially paid the minimal hourly rate. They unpacked everything, brought their own tools, put the bookshelf nicely against the wall, then disposed of all the packaging. All of this was done with no supervision and while I continued to watch a marathon of Law and Order. I will absolutely use them again for all my assembly needs. I just might have to be prepared to wait around a bit longer.
