My vehicle was there for almost three weeks and they never got to it, told me I needed unneeded repairs, and not once called me to let me know the status. The truck bed and frame were not assembled properly by the person (Brandywine) that last owned the truck and this contributed to the instability of the truck when the load was being dumped. Luckily another mechanic that works at my company was closer to Freightliner than I was, so he just made a purchase. I had planned to return them the next day but once the tractor was back on road I soon forgot. On 1/22/2024, I decided to finally return the brake shoes. I had the pleasure of being assisted my an employee named Hollice #442. He was extremely patient while we called my company (bc I didn't have the credit card, we had to verify over the phone).
