I stopped into Auto Zone to see if I could get a new battery and see if I could have it installed…read moreas well. As I walked into the store I was greeted by "Josiah" who assisted me with my questions. He asked me the make, model and year of my vehicle. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time, customer service and attention to detail as I was in a bit of a panic since I went over to Advanced Auto Parts to have the same thing done and was not treated well. After my experience with Advanced Auto Parts, I will NEVER go back and deal with that type of treatment especially when Auto Zone is right across the street and providing EXCELLENT customer service to their customers. (Stay far away from Advanced Auto Parts Store#7773) I highly recommend Auto Zone on Eagleview Bouledvard in Exton, PA. Stop in and ask for "Josiah" and trust me you won't be disappointed. Thank You Auto Zone for training your staff properly to provide excellent customer service to all your customers. You have gained a customer for life because of my experience with your store today.

It's going to sound like I'm complaining, but just hear me out first…read more I came into this location for oil and an oil filter for a vehicle my partner and I just recently purchased. Since I've yet to change the oil on this vehicle, I thought it would be a good idea to just have them look it up for me. Since I'm sure their system is much more reliable than some bozo's knowledge on the internet. The store associate helping, looked up the oil filter and told me to grab the oil while they grab the filter. At this point, seems pretty cut and dried. WRONG! While I was in my driveway doing my oil change like the AMERICAN I am. I attempted to screw on the filter and it seemed to be on there fairly tight. (The car sits low to the ground, so I can't see what's going on. I relied on my innate ability to navigate any situation just by touch.) Pleased with my work, I turned on my vehicle to let it run with the new oil. After looking up how to reset my maintenance light on YouTube, I peered at my dash and noticed my oil light was on. Struck with fear that my extensive YouTube knowledge degree has failed me. I turned my vehicle off and hurried to see what was going on. There it was, puddled all over my driveway as if a heinous crime was committed. The oil shot out from under my vehicle like it went out for Taco Tuesday and it was Wednesday morning. I felt defeated! How could I show my face at my family ruins as a failed American? Dedicated to taking this to my grave, I had to scrub the crime scene to ensure my partner would never find out what happened. But I never accounted for them noticing I used all the cat liter to clean up the oil. Embarrassed and ashamed, I confided in my partner about what happened. With years of Karen bred into my partner, they told me to write an angry email. But my partner didn't factor in how inpatient I am. So I called the store I bought everything at. After explaining to them what happened, they told me to come in with the receipt and they'll take care of it. Upon arrival, it was determined that I was given the wrong oil filter. Happy that the American in me could be restored. I still felt slighted. 4 quarts of brand new oil was wasted and my driveway was the only thing able to enjoy it. The associate at the store gave me four 1 quart bottles of oil at a 20% discount, which totaled to the amount of what it would cost for 5 quarts of the same oil. But they were all out of the 5 quart bottles. I decided to call the customer service line instead. After arm wrestling the customer service reps via phone. They finally sent an email out to the General Manager, District Manager, and some VP. Needlessly to say, they called me the next morning waking me up from my hibernation. Groggy and irritated from being woken up, they offered to make things right and asked me to come in when I got the chance. We lived happily ever after. The End! P.S. This review is extremely exaggerated! (OBVIOUSLY!) This is a situation I dealt with. It has been resolved by management. Employees make mistakes and so does anyone who's reads this. Stay calm, relax, and inform the proper channels of a bad experience you had. Touch grass and laugh a little. Things will be okay.

I wish I had paid attention to these reviews. I got screwed out of $1100 by this shop on my RV. I…read morehad my RV into a towing company who tried to straighten out my electrics. I had the RV in storage for 10 yrs and then I repl batteries but no start. Towing Co go it started. However there was a drain because the starting batteries would go dead in 2 days. Drove it to Freightliner and Duh they said the batteries had no charge (they reported 16% ) so they did a load test without recharging batteries. They charged me $300 for the diagnostic and then $200 for a pair of batteries and $200 to install ($700). Then they began to do what I asked them to do, but wait, the towing company had put some of the house wiring on the starting batteries so they said they were not allowed to deal with that. So they put everything back together and said they could not trace down the drain. And charged me $300 for that diagnostic even though doing the first diagnostic they knew exactly what wires were on the different batteries. $1100 down the drain and all I have for it is a pair of batteries that I do not need. I took the original batteries to the selling dealer and he did a real load test and gave me written reports on how the batteries were testing out at better than new. Now with the coach at a Newmar dealer they have informed me that the battery drain is from chassis related equipment and I need to take it to a chassis repair shop.
