    I had a great time purchasing my first car here. The setting was very laid back and the girl who…read morehelped us throughout the process was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. The only issue I had was that at first, the owner was not interested in allowing me to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection, however after being adamant that I was not going to be interested in buying unless I could get that done, he agreed and even allowed me to take it to my mechanic that was a county away. The car was in great condition for a car of its age and only needs incredibly minor work done. The price of the car was reasonable and all of the staff were very kind. They were also very honest with me about the financing part of the deal and in the end actually talked me out of doing a loan through the company they finance with since I would save money in the long run using other options. I saw another review online with someone complaining about their car title being mailed to them and having issues with that - I was able to have my title in hand when the car was paid in full, all I had to do was ask. Overall I highly recommend them :)

They attempted to replace battery for us before they arrived so they say. In doing so they broke a factory part that attaches to the positive terminal. The vehicle ran fine but certain features in the car won't work. They promised to send us that part as we live an hour and a half away. They said it was a $5 part but it had to be ordered. My wife and daughter arrived home with the car. I am helping my daughter detail the car and I notice ALL 4 TIRES ARE DRY ROTTED. I contact the dealership and they act like they have no clue what I was talking about but offer to send us a check for $350 to purchase tires. The manager Shawn tells me that he is also filing a complaint with the State Police about the inspection station Who passed the car. Weeks pass and nothing. I reach out to the manager Shawn who says he knew nothing of a promise by "Mr Zee" to send a check. He tells us We were supposed to go the inspection station that was apparently right across the street for them to fix the tire problem They want to send us to their seedy side of the road inspection station that they collude with on these vehicles to replace the tires that the said they would pay for weeks prior. We replace the tires on our own. BUT we went to Kia and the "$5" part they were supposed to have sent us is actually a $400 part. They said they would send us an aftermarket part in its place which is perfectly fine with us. But we are 6 weeks out and they have sent us NOTHING. Now they won't respond to us. It was excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. Contacted the Virginia State Police. they were supposed to be paying a visit to the inspection station that conveniently works with the dealership and is right across the street. Lesson learned. If anyone would like more of the story feel free to reach out. This review doesn't cover the whole awful experience but hopefully it makes someone think before purchasing a vehicle there. It had a valid inspection so they didn't get down and look at the tires closely. This so called dealership should be ashamed.

    This is my 9-month review after purchasing my car, so this is a real, long-term experience; not a…read moresame-day review. I found this dealership through a Google search while looking for a new vehicle. The pricing looked fair, so I decided to make the drive. One thing people should know upfront: the online pricing for Teslas already includes the EV rebate, which isn't always clearly explained elsewhere. When I arrived, their inventory was pretty solid, especially if you're looking for a Tesla; they seem to get a lot of them. With Teslas, you can verify battery health and Carfax before purchasing, which gave me peace of mind. I was greeted when I walked in and asked what brought me in. At first, things felt a bit unorganized, or maybe they were just understaffed that day, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. They still allowed me to test drive two vehicles I was interested in. The sales manager, Roy, was a straight shooter. If he felt a deal could be done, he worked it. If not, he was honest about it; no games. I will say this: you get the same energy you give. You can't walk into someone's business demanding things, cursing, or yelling and expect professionalism in return. While I didn't personally experience any unprofessional behavior, there was a situation while I was there, and in my opinion, the dealership was not in the wrong. So I can't really relate to the "rude" or "unprofessional" reviews. The dealership itself was clean, had a waiting area, and offered light refreshments. Approval didn't take long at all; the finance team was able to get me approved given my situation with only a small deposit. Fast forward to now: I LOVE my car. I've had zero issues. I purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance for less money, lower mileage, and a clean Carfax, compared to another dealership that wanted nearly $40,000 for a damaged 2022 model. The vehicle was well taken care of and came from Florida. Would I shop here again? Yes. Just make sure you do your research on the vehicle beforehand; as you should anywhere. Not everyone has the same experience, but mine was solid from start to finish.

I purchased a vehicle on May 1st, and within less than a week the car stopped charging completely. Before purchasing, I was told the vehicle had a Tesla warranty, but after taking the car to Tesla, I was informed the vehicle was not under warranty and was actually marked as salvage. This information was never clearly disclosed to me during the sale. I feel completely misled by the dealership and the sales process. I trusted the information I was given and now I'm left dealing with serious repair and financial issues almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle. The experience has been stressful and disappointing.
