Absolutely Terrible Experience - Dishonest and Disorganized If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership completely wasted our time and proved to be both untrustworthy and disorganized from start to finish. We dealt primarily with a sales rep named Alex, who gave us misleading information about a car we were seriously interested in. Over the course of several phone calls leading up to our appointment, we were assured the vehicle was available and in good condition -- not once were we told that it wasn't even drivable. To make matters worse, the dealership routes calls through a call center staffed by people who have no clue what's going on. Every time we called with questions, we were met with inaccurate answers and promises someone would follow up -- which rarely happened. We made a specific appointment to see and test drive the vehicle, only to arrive and be told that it wasn't ready and needed three more hours of repairs. We waited four hours without a single update or call, only to return and find the car still not ready. The staff was unapologetic and downright argumentative when we expressed frustration -- acting as though we were the problem for expecting basic transparency and professionalism. This was a total waste of time and energy. We walked away and did not buy the car. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. Bait and switch. The car was advertised on line and I called to confirm I was told it was available. When I drove one hour plus and got there the vehicle wasn't available. The car I did purchase there was pre inspected and clear of any codes. When I got home the dashboard was lit up like a christmas tree. Needles to say, a few thousand dollars later I was able to clear all the codes and replace the missing parts. Not upfront but quick to show you a Car Max. Dealhunters are not honest dealers. AVOID!!!! This place costed me credit, money, and time! They had a 2014 Mazda 3 on the lot that I was approved for. I had took a half day off work and drove an hour and 15 minutes on my bike to process all of the paperwork. Once completed, I went back home because at the time I didn't have a ride, so I figured I can come back later and get the car. At about 6pm, I get a ride and drive all the way back. I texted a few times telling him I was on the way and he (Rodney) didn't have to wait for me. He could just leave the key in the car, but he was adamant he wanted to wait. I get there and he immediately tells me to come in the office. Not only had the car failed inspection, but it failed for suspension issues AND FRAME DAMAGE!! It was also involved in an accident! I'm legit pissed that I made TWO drives to the dealership! When I ask him why didn't he tell me this before, he said he didn't know. I told him I can't drive a car with no sticker. This dude literally responded saying, "You can drive it in Virginia with a rejection sticker" as if I wouldn't have a problem driving it that way!!! He even admitted most of his cars are from the auction! Needless to say I canceled the sale. I had my credit run and wasted a lot of time. The other available cars were NOT what I wanted. I drive back home and the next day he tells me about another car that HE said, "He could make a deal for". I was under the impression he was just gonna swap out the car, but this MOFO literally ran my credit AGAIN dropping my score even more!! He can respond and lie if he wants and say he didn't, but I got the credit notification when he did! I was denied for it and he sends a text saying, "sorry, he can't approve me". DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!! Who knows how bad a shape the other cars are in, especially if he's just pulling it from the auction. I can't believe he legit put a car on the website that was in an accident that couldn't pass inspection!!!!! I've had my credit ran twice, time wasted, and was lied to because I refuse to believe he didn't know the car didn't pass inspection. I deleted my initial review because of the experience I had today. Those people acted like they didn't even know me today Hey Beyza, no integrity...huh sis LOL! I bought a MB a week ago and the check engine light came on 5 days later and today they treated me horribly so I called the police. I was simply looking for maintenance records and because I had the audacity to ask questions, I was labeled rude, angry and arrogant was accused of yelling. I called my husband after the GM became combative with me. No matter what I said or how I spoke, he was just nasty. You know the type...just a man that doesn't know how to engage with a woman, it was likely because I was black. He told me that it is his dealership and they don't have to keep records and if I didn't buy a warranty then my business with them was done. I wasn't even asking for service, just records of the "so called service." Everyone claims service was done but nobody can produce any documentation and that's because they don't do anything to those vehicles. He towered over me and other men gathered around in an effort to intimidate me. He told me to get out, I called him a jerk and he agreed he was a jerk and he even admitted to selling me a lemon. Another tough guy, followed me outside and another came from around the aside for little ole me and I never once raised my voice. Folks are intimidated when you know the law, have your facts and expose them. I'm kicking myself for canceling that PPI!!! I paid several thousand dollars in cash and ensuring that the car has fluids is basic maintenance. I already reached out to a lawyer. It is my understanding that they are problematic and refuse to keep proper records although they are required to do so. I'm not stopping until there are some results. I'm going to start a petition and I'm going straight to Instagram to make them viral!!! read more

This place is a total scam. I purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37 convertible from Deal Hunters. When I test-drove the vehicle the top opened and closed fine. I paid for the car in full and scheduled a pick-up a few days later. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up the top would not open. They tried for an hour to get the top to open, but it wouldn't open. They stated they would fix the top and deliver the car to my house. Two weeks later they called and said the vehicle was ready and would deliver the car to my house. When they arrived at my house, I tried to open the roof and it would not open. They stated the car worked fine when it left the dealership. I brought the car back to the dealership and they stated it's a problem that no one can solve or fix, but the vehicle worked fine when it left the dealership. Deal Hunters stated that if I took it to an Infiniti dealership, they would help me with the repair cost (not pay for the repairs). The Infiniti dealership stated it would cost $5000 to repair the roof. The Infiniti dealership also stated the car had major body work which was not done improperly. DealHunters said the car had no major accidents. I traded the car in at the dealership for another 2011 Infiniti that is great in every way. I gladly take the loss on the Deal Hunters Infiniti to separate myself from the Dealership. Stay far away from DealHunters Auto of Stafford, their cars are scams. read more

Do not be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. I was a disabled and homeless Veteran getting back on my feet with very limited income(under $1,500.00 a month). I let the staff at Deal Hunters know this up front. I had $6,000.00 to spend and selected a vehicle. I spoke to Frank and let him know that I had purchased a vehicle on line in the past and had a very bad experience. Where I was living at the time I did not have the means to go to a brick and mortar dealership and wanted to find a dealership I could trust. He assured me that I had found one. I asked if there were any issues I needed to be aware of and he assured me that the vehicle was in perfect working order. We completed the transaction and I had a delivery date. That delivery date came and went. It finally arrived but in the middle of the night. When it came off the roll back I parked it but was not able to get the ignition key out of the ignition. I asked the driver if he knew how to get it out and he said no and that the dealership was working on it when he picked it up. The next morning in the daylight, I tried to get the key out and in the backseat I seen parts of the ignition switch. I still couldn't get the key out of the switch so I called Frank and he said it worked fine when it left the lot. The part alone for me to fix the problem was $1,500.00. I also asked Frank why the online pictures showed the vehicle with hubcaps but it didn't arrive with any. Frank mailed hubcaps that did not fit. It was cooler months when it arrived and the heat and defrost did not work and I ended up using tea light candles, empty potted meat cans and velcro to be able to defrost my windshield. Warmer weather arrived and yeah you guessed it the Air Conditioning did not work. In addition to these issues the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The 90 day temporary tags expired and it was an additional 2 months before the permanent tags arrived. During the selling process Frank and the rest of the staff were helpful but as soon as I received the vehicle and I started calling about all the issues, they became rude and most of the time they never returned telephone calls. Unless you have plenty of money to burn and want to waste it on a poor quality car and horrible customer service......DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! read more

Please, run in the other direction! Total scam! Dealhunters is a horrible establishment! They are absolute con-artists and scammers! I purchased a used vehicle for almost $7,000 from out of state. I was promised it had been inspected and was assured it did not have any mechanical issues. However, upon delivery to me in my home state of Ohio, I did not even make it to the gas station and back which is less than 2 miles from my home before it seized up and would not drive anymore! I had to push it up my driveway the very first time I ever drove it! I had a licensed mobile technician inspect the vehicle at my home and he told me it had a blown transmission! I called the manager "Laura" who could care less! She said that they had someone test drive the vehicle a few weeks earlier and that there is no way that the transmission could be blown! I told her that I bought a RUNNING vehicle and was sold a vehicle that did not run. I had just gotten the vehicle hours earlier and she expressed zero empathy. This happened over a weekend, and Laura promised me that she would have the owner call me on Monday by 11:00 a.m. and I never heard back from them. I still have yet to receive a callback from anyone at Dealhunters. I tried calling, emailing and texting - they will not answer or return my calls. Please, save yourself thousands of dollars. They literally steal your hard-earned money! This is not a reputable facility. Once they sell you a non-working vehicle, you are no longer their problem. They are only looking to turn a quick fraudulent buck - not sell reliable transportation. If I could have read my own review in advance, it would have saved me losing my entire savings! I hope someone reads this and picks another dealership. Do not trust Dealhunters - and especially do not hand your money over to "Laura" as she could care less about the human on the other end of the phone. She is there to protect the owner who must be aware of this scam. She doesn't care that I now have no way to get around and a non-working car sitting in my driveway that I do not have the money to replace the transmission on. If zero stars was an option that's what I would choose. Be careful! This dealership is not trustworthy! We had an appointment and drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car that was pristine in the photos. When I called to inquire about it the salesman said it was a beautiful car and said the convertible top was in good condition. When we arrived they weren't ready for us despite being scheduled. The salesman I had been speaking with was nowhere to be found. The car was not up front. We waited while another salesperson went to get the car. When they returned, a guy got out of it with a jump pack which probably indicates it wouldn't start. The car was dirty, had so many scratches, paint chips, and dents. The convertible top was in horrible condition. The interior was filthy and ragged. If you have to travel to see one of their vehicles save time and just stay home. Dealhunter Autos is a dishonest deceitful fraudulent business. They delivered the car that didnt start and once it did had a check engine light on it and never once said it was being sold as is which was f..ed up lied about the condition of the car purposely excluded obvious damages to the car including accidents and major interior and exterior damage to the car. Sent them the diagnosis report from my mechanic showing 14 different codes and refused to take cake of all the issues to get the check engine light off. Told me it had a warranty and come find out the warranty covers nothing its pure BS. Hazan gave me 500 to fix 3k$ worth of problems this dealership is a SLUMLORD dealerships lie cheat and deceive at every opportunity and left me in a totally F..ked up situation i can't work without a car i can't even get to a store where i live now the car is shutting off and i can't get a new warranty contract from anywhere with the check engine light on. And there's no way in hell this car would pass inspection yet it had a recent inspection sticker on it not to mention was listed to have no accidents and there's clear signs that it was including a cheap ass amateur paint job that has dripping paint marks and if there's anyone out there that can help me with this fraudulent dealer i would greatly appreciate it because it also left me in a seriously depressed state and left me contemplating driving this car off a bridge with me in it !
