My wife and I found a 2002 Jeep Wrangler online that was listed near us in Huntington Beach, CA. After messaging Caspian, Omar informed me that the vehicle was at their dealership in Stafford, VA. We were disappointed, but after a few weeks, the vehicle was really growing on us and so we asked Omar for some more info on the Jeep. He was very prompt and replied quickly, even with the whole coronavirus pandemic going on. We started thinking how it would be possible to get the vehicle from VA to CA, and got several quotes from 3rd party shipping companies. While we were still thinking about the vehicle (and being unsure about buying sight unseen) Omar was able to set me up with a "virtual test-drive". I have never experienced a test drive via video chat, so I hooked up with my local mechanic and Beyali facetime'd us for the test drive. Omar was fantastic, but Beyali knocked it out of the park. He did a full and thorough walk-around of the Jeep, answered all of our questions and even climbed under the vehicle to give us a better look at the undercarriage. He was very polite and patient with us, and was very descriptive of how the vehicle felt while driving. We were able to see how it handled, how the engine sounded at idle & while driving, and were able to even hear how it shifted. Very impressive. After getting the green light from my mechanic, my wife and I decided to pull the trigger and purchase our new adventure-mobile. While the shipping quote from Caspian was initially higher than the 3rd party companies I had previously spoke to, they were able to match the pricing for me (I felt safer going with their shipping since they have worked with these drivers before and I wouldn't be gambling on the quality) which was fantastic. Beyali then worked with my wife regarding all the paperwork and steps to have the purchase finalized. Again, he was very quick to respond and whenever we called with questions, he was always polite, patient, and very helpful. Once the purchase was complete, he even called me to give me updates on when the vehicle was being picked up and gave an accurate timeline of when we could expect delivery of the Jeep. He was even kind enough to give me the cell number of the driver so I could be in constant contact and get progress reports on the delivery it's self. They even delivered it right to our front door (well the entrance of our complex because the semi truck couldn't fit down our narrow street) and it was unloaded and I had the keys in my hand in less than 5 minutes. Also a huge shout out to the full tank of gas they provided as well. Very cool. The vehicle is in immaculate condition, with no surprises what so ever. This was surprisingly the easiest car buying experience we've had, and it was with a vehicle we bought from the other side of the country... holy crap. I HIGHLY recommend Caspian Auto Motors. The car had some type of issue where water got into the car. This caused the entire electrical panel to shut down within a year and the car is totaled. I'm very sad at this. The auto shop said an inspection by the dealer would have revealed the issue. Go somewhere else. read more

I deleted my initial review because of the experience I had today. Those people acted like they didn't even know me today Hey Beyza, no integrity...huh sis LOL! I bought a MB a week ago and the check engine light came on 5 days later and today they treated me horribly so I called the police. I was simply looking for maintenance records and because I had the audacity to ask questions, I was labeled rude, angry and arrogant was accused of yelling. I called my husband after the GM became combative with me. No matter what I said or how I spoke, he was just nasty. You know the type...just a man that doesn't know how to engage with a woman, it was likely because I was black. He told me that it is his dealership and they don't have to keep records and if I didn't buy a warranty then my business with them was done. I wasn't even asking for service, just records of the "so called service." Everyone claims service was done but nobody can produce any documentation and that's because they don't do anything to those vehicles. He towered over me and other men gathered around in an effort to intimidate me. He told me to get out, I called him a jerk and he agreed he was a jerk and he even admitted to selling me a lemon. Another tough guy, followed me outside and another came from around the aside for little ole me and I never once raised my voice. Folks are intimidated when you know the law, have your facts and expose them. I'm kicking myself for canceling that PPI!!! I paid several thousand dollars in cash and ensuring that the car has fluids is basic maintenance. I already reached out to a lawyer. It is my understanding that they are problematic and refuse to keep proper records although they are required to do so. I'm not stopping until there are some results. Go elsewhere. They will definitely get you into a vehicle alright. My husband went to them with $1000. I refused to work with them because they seemed shady. I was right. The first issue was the axle. We didn't have our vehicle for 2 days due to confusion on their end about us needing our vehicle back as soon as that part was repaired. I can definitely attest to them paying folks for 5-star reviews with a free tank of gas. They offered the same to my husband because they know how shady and dishonest they are. We have 5 children and for this crap to happen is unacceptable!!!! They also switched finance companies without letting my husband know just to get a better deal and more money. We ended up paying $1500 instead of the $1000. We were told that they own the finance company, have a partnership with the inspection company and also service their own vehicles. We will be speaking with a lawyer to see how we can make sure they don't do this to anymore families. Period. You don't sell lemon cars and tell someone what they signed. They signed paperwork for a vehicle that works and drives for more than 2 weeks! A few days later, now our engine light came on and a fuel leak issue. We haven't gotten our permanent plates yet but paid this dealership $1500 down payment for a lemon. They even sent multiple emails about the remaining balance. We haven't even made our first payment yet! We will definitely be taking legal action if this issue is resolved asap! OnStar did a full diagnostic so we have full records and codes of the issue that clearly were there before they sold us this lemon. One thing I can't stand is a dealership who sells lemons and knows it but tries to blame the customer after the sale so they don't have to take responsibility for their actions and crappy service. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!!!!! In may 2021, I bought a 2006 Jeep Rubicon from these clowns. Long story short, , I have not been able to use the car. When I bought it, I noticed that the car would shaked a bit after 50mph. The salesperson told me that I only had to do was to balance the tires and that it would solve the issues. I took the car home and a few weeks after went to a shop to get the tires balanced. The shop I took it to referred me to a body shop because there was no issue with the balancing of the tires. The Body shop checked the car and discovered that the whole undercarriage was completely corroded and "not drivable". The car is still at the body shop. They did not let me take the car home as they say the car is NOT safe to drive. Evidently, the dealership had hidden the rust with some layers of plastic paint they applied before they sold it to me. I am having the car inspected by the VA state Police (Car safety division), and I am filing charges against the dealership, and a civil suit for car fraud. This is a stereotypical side of the road put a bandaid on lemon cars auto sale hut. With the times we are living in please invest your money into a reliable vehicle from an honest dealership. No body deserves to be stuck with the vehicles they try to sell you. My sister was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle as a single mother and they sold her the most foul lemon car they probably had on the lot. It was an "as is" vehicle that they were not completely honest about that they knew would not pass inspection or emissions. They did not tell her how much of a safety hazard it also is. Only one seatbelt in the car works now, back door doesn't unlatch, the car doors no longer lock, parts are going bad left and right and that's only a few hazards to mention. They also somehow got ahold of our mother's bank account and helped themselves to process a car payment that was a week late. They practice extremely illegally and seem like they need to be inspected by the state police. Save yourself and your money. There are many places that operate SO much better. read more

This place is ran and operated by unprofessional scam artists. Ive recently been searching for a particular vehicle, there are only a few for sale in the entire country and this place had one. I could tell by the photos that the car had seen better days but i couldn't really see how bad because their online photos sucked. I called and got this kid named Roby on the phone. Total airhead. Kid kept telling me that the car was mechanically perfect, paint looked great, interior was good. Basically portraying the vehicle as a well maintained car. I asked the kid for clearer photos and a video of it running. Took 2 days, received no additional photos and only got a 20-30 second video which basically showed me nothing. I live almost 300 miles away from this place. A train ride there was $100 one way and 5 hours long. Since i was told the car was in good shape and the price was reasonable, i took a ride down. I get there and the car is a total mess, bumper hanging off, scratches, dings dents, clearcoat is sunburned. Missing pieces of interior trim, convertible top dosent work. Terrible. I understand that theyre salesman and need to make a living but this was a straight up con job. I was blatantly lied to by this kid. I figured since i was there, ill atleast drive it. Car had a horrendous engine knock. I took it back to the dealer immediately because i was afraid it was going to break down on us. Needless to say, these idiots wasted my time. Especially the kid Roby i dealt with. Then after the test drive, the owner or manager whoever comes out and tries to get me to buy the car and take a warranty from him but only make a claim in a month from now. The car wasnt making it to the highway let alone the 300 miles back to my house. When i told him i wasn't interested, he says to me with a snotty attitude, "enjoy your trip home". I dont conduct shady business. This company needs to learn how to conduct business properly. Please learn from our mistake!! My son, Luke, purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at Caspian Auto Motors on March 20, 2022. The car was purchased for $10093.60 and was purchased "as is". When purchasing the car, my husband and son specifically spoke to the sales person of their concern of possible issues with the car after purchase (my husband specifically asked about the battery life) to which the sales person reassured them that the third party warranty was provided to help manage any major problems with the car after purchase. He exclaimed, "it is in our best interest to make sure that you are happy with your purchase". He also shared letters from previous customers praising Caspian Auto Motors for fixing problems with purchased vehicles (all with the purpose of reassuring my son that major repairs would be taken care of). It was with this reassurance that my son made the largest purchase of his life. We brought the car home to our local dealership where we incurred over $2500 for new tires and shocks - frustrating, but we paid the bill. Exactly six weeks after purchase - the battery died. Rendering the car COMPLETELY USELESS. Now with a $5000 bill in hand for a new battery, we went back to the dealer where we were told by the third party warranty and a member of the service department at Caspian Auto, that the warranty will not cover the battery or any of the other problems we have had in the six weeks we owned it. The dealer refused to answer our multiple messages. When I finally got through to a living person, I was told that I was not allowed to to speak to the manager or the owner. (I recorded the phone call where I was refused the opportunity to speak to the company leadership). I was given the number of the head of the service department and left multiple messages. No answer. It has been almost a week and we have not heard from Caspian Auto. To have the Sales person assure us that any major repairs would be taken care of and then find ourselves with a useless car six weeks later with no response from the dealer is shameful. If I had a ton of money I would rent a billboard in the area warning people to stay away Caspian Auto - but I don't and we will suffer because they don't stand behind their cars and, apparently the law doesn't side with the consumers in these cases. Dealer agreed on a price. After I made an inspection appointment and drove 45 minuets they claimed there was a "miscommunication" and reneged on the price they agreed to. This is a completely dishonest practice and I do not advise anyone go buy from this dealer. Additionally, when I tried to show the manager the text communication where they had agreed to the price, he told his co-manager to hand me the phone so I could leave. SEVERE structural defect!! I WOULD NEVER recommend this dealership! I purchased the vehicle at the end of March 2020 and last week my gas tank nearly fell off of the truck. When the vehicle was lifted onto the rack, the inside frame rail was nearly rusted through and the gas tank strap had detached from the frame rail. I had a discussion with the salesman when I was completing my paperwork when I came across a page that said, "Frame Damage". When I questioned this page, I was told, "Oh, that should not be in there, there is nothing wrong with the frame". I've tried to text the salesman directly and attempted to addressed the concern through their website, but no one has even attempted a response. Oh, and the truck had a recent inspection sticker. I bought a vehicle from the scam artist. One month later, the engine started leaking oil. Call them up made arrangements to Trade the vehicle back to them. Tell me, oh no, down payment will be required because I was a valuable customer. When I got there they informed me that I would have to put 3500 down if I wanted to trade it in. I went to check out their 2012 Maserati GranTurismo MC today with a friend and I'm glad this trip to the dealer was just our secondary choice and I didn't come here as my priority. Just stopped by after visiting another Maserati near by and I literally spent not even 15 minutes here. Parking wasn't spacious and no one greeted us as we walked in the door. Two girls at the front desk doing admin stuff while I saw a bunch of gentlemen lounging around, couldn't tell who was the salesman or guest. We proceeded to look around the show room and found the MC. Great condition for 2012, low mileage, but it smelled so bad inside. Very musty or like cigarettes. Even found a lighter and some Altoids inside the door cup compartment. Minutes go by, no sign of salesman or did I want to go search for one at this point. Enjoyed a nice eye candy since I was looking for a GT not a MC; used the restroom and proceeded to travel home. Update!!!! So in less than 24 hours. one check engine light and $2500 later, I'm updating this review. The check engine light came on about 15 minutes after I bought the car and drove off the lot. I was going to take it back to the dealership, but I did buy it as-is and it came with the powertrain warranty. I was already planning to take it to Mercedes for a multipoint inspection anyway, but stopped at Auto Zone to get it diagnosed. They informed me that it had something to do with the catalytic converter. They also said that check engine light can be cleared and shows up again after 50-100 miles. I'm pretty sure the dealership cleared the check engine light so it would psss state inspection and sell. I'm not too upset about it because I knew the car would need some work because of its age and the price. I could tell it had been well taken care of because of the immaculate interior and maintenance records in the carfax report, but I also like transparency when I'm buying so I can know what issues the car is having. Anywho, I just left the Mercedes dealership where they conducted a thorough maintenance inspection. The two major issues were the catalytic converter and it had oil leaks in 2 places. Original Review: I found a Mercedes GL450 that I liked online and decided to check it out at this dealership. I looked at the carfax prior to coming in so I knew it had a good maintenance history. Rza was my salesperson and he was very helpful and easy to work with. It comes with a 6 months powertrain warranty so I feel very confident about the sale. I highly recommend this dealership. The only reason 1 star was given was because I had to! I was working with Scott (unsure of last name) and was off to a great start. Unfortunately my credit was impacted by COVID and I was so excited to have a place that was willing to work with me and help me find my next vehicle. Not sure where Scott went, but was connected with Victor Mammadov and clearly he's way too busy to care about his customers or potential customer. I sent emails and asked questions, neither which were ever responded to. I am working on my credit, but not enough to be treated like I don't matter. If you're paired with Victor hopefully he will have better customer service Skills and actually care about the people who selected Caspian as their place to purchase a car. I feel like an idiot to have been taken in by these con men. The car looked great, and seemed to drive great. They must have cleaned it up just enough to sell. It started smelling like burning oil 2 days later and leaking oil like crazy. The mechanic says there is oil leaking from timing cover and camshaft covers, oil build-up on valve guides and pistons. He says it is not worth fixing. The 'warranty' is totally worthless, my mechanic says they refuse to pay for anything. There are no lemon laws for used cars in Va to protect you.
