It used to be where the Chipotle across the mall is. Then I believe it was inside the mall. Now it's beside Jack in the Box, the one near the mall. The inside of the store is very clean and soothing. And they have a large counter with so many delicious chocolates on display. They also have loads of already-prepared boxes. What I love is that they will allow you to sample a candy if you want. Staff there is always friendly and do a great job at explaining the candies and helping you make a decision. Probably my favorite candy is the Milk Bordeaux. Other candies I like are: Dark Scotchmallow, Milk Mocha, Milk Molasses Chip and those chocolate balls they sell for special occasions.

This place was huge compared to the other stores in downtown. It was filled with locally-made items and food from the area and county. There were so many unique gifts and items here. We spent over an hour in the store browsing! My friend and I spent over 5 minutes talking to Patty in the food section listening to her talk about each vendor she personally worked with and knew. You could hear the passion in her voice when describing each item. The scones mix, she explained, took the chef over a year to perfect, the hot sauces, she knew every little detail. She was so knowledgeable and welcoming. In fact, all the employees we interacted with were so helpful. I've had Lundberg organic brown rice many times as they used to carry it at my Costco but I had no idea they made rice chips. One of the other employees said she went to high school with the Lundberg's kids! There were so many things I wanted to bring back home but couldn't. Everyone has to start somewhere BUT should have basic math skills for reproduction work. He also had a very minimal knowledge of the equipment he was using. He made me wait for 45 minutes while he produced unacceptable copies at the wrong scale. He waited on other customers when he should have been finishing my job. Second, after getting the set and finding the usb charger & battery were defective, AMain sent me an upgraded charger/battery free of charge. Shortly after, I called to inquire about hosting his birthday. I was told they were just starting the planning phase of hosting birthday parties and I would get a call back. My son was over the moon excited when we got the call back from Shaun to book the party. Come to find out we were the first birthday party they hosted and it was down right the best birthday party ever! Much to our surprise Shaun made custom personalized stickers and a giant banner for my son (that we even got to take home). They had the party area reserved for us to decorate with our party decor as soon as we arrived. They had all the cars charged up and ready to go right on time for all the guest to use upon arrival. Shaun and his team gave great instructions and after everyone getting to test out the cars for a bit Shaun got over the loud speaker and announced a couple races, personalizing it just for our son. After about an hour of racing we braked for pizza and doughnuts (my son's preference over cake) while Shaun and his team charged up the cars for the second wave of racing. We had all ages of racers for the party from as young as age 8 all the way up to age 85 and let me tell you, this is so much fun for anyone at any age! I don't expect others to cater to my own short comings, but I don't think the employees at this location understand certain social cues. I was with my mom who was kindly treating me to some new outfits and I had 4 employees all walk up to me one after the other asking me the same question when I kindly explained why I didn't want to try anything on. I became overwhelmed due to my social anxiety and just wanted to buy my stuff and leave. When I got home I noticed that a pair of Jean shorts I was about to try on had a decent sized neon yellow stain on the side. I'm assuming maybe it's from a security tag? So I went in a week later (today) to do an exchange and felt like I was treated like I stole them. I gladly provided my receipt but and when I went to look for something to exchange it felt like I was an annoyance or something. While I was grateful for not being bombarded like last time, the cashier was pretty rude. She just looked at me and expected me to know what she needed and I fumbled over my words because I didn't know what number she was talking about since all she did was say "T" and look at me for my response. I assumed they were going to scan the barcode. When they did the transaction at the end there was a refund amount and since it was on my moms card I didn't have it with me. I asked if it had to be the exact card and explained it was my moms card used, the cashier responded again with a tone that seemed like I was trying to steal and maybe get money on my own card or something? Which is funny because she was able to just send it through automatically to the card even though I didn't have it...why did I need to provide it? I don't know if this was her intention, but it really came off that way. I know what it's like to work in retail and it sucks...but I never would've treated someone that way when they had a receipt right when they walked in... I will most likely be shopping at a different location or online.
