Which we very much appreciated and would have understood if they were unable to do. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, our server helped us choose between drinks and entrees that we were stuck between. We shared the brunch board which was lovely, the pork belly really stood out. Myself and one other person at our table got the burrata which was absolutely amazing. It was a very generous amount of food, and everything was very fresh and the flavors were so well balanced with sweet and savory elements. I also got the Paloma which I enjoyed. My husband got the sausage gravy, which he liked. He said the flavors were more complex than your usual sausage gravy. My other friend got the French toast which she enjoyed very much. She did ask for extra syrup as she felt it didn't have enough but that's a personal preference of course. All in all we were very happy with our brunch and would come back in the future. I found the selection to be very good. There was something for everyone, and the service stood out.

The view was great, got to watch the boats come and go, people coming to and from the pool, and just watch life pass by. The food was very tasty, if a bit on the bland side, but I enjoyed it. I had the conch fritters, hush puppies, and the buttermilk chicken and eggs with a glass of the red sangria. It was tasty yes, but wish there was a bit more flavor to it. We were taken care of by Ryan and while he started off a bit reserved, by the end he had opened up and made the meal delightful. The only concern is the parking. In a word, horrible. I circled the lot once, there were several cars waiting, so I went down and parked about four buildings away. There isn't room to expand the lot, so give yourself time to get there.

So, we enjoy trying the resort restaurants and tonight was no different. Olivia's was very disappointing. The atmosphere is very down scale like a Denys with a Key West theme. The Food. The bread (coconut & pineapple) bread was terrible. Whoever thought of that recipe should be demoted. We had the prime rib and southern fried chicken breast. Both were just ok, nothing special. We had to ask for au jus and it arrived 10-15 minutes after our food so the prime rib was cold by then. The server was nice but overwhelmed with too many tables and she could not be very attentive. Too high priced for the atmosphere and the mediocre food. I suggest trying Saratoga Springs restaurant, The Turf Club if you want great atmosphere and great prime rib.

We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, a pork sandwich, and the sampler platter... and not a single thing was left on the table. Everything was genuinely really good--flavorful, filling, and exactly what you want when you're craving solid barbecue and comfort food. The ordering setup is a little different at first. You hop in line and order like a walk-up spot, then they give you a pager and have you grab a table marked "reserved." It sounds chaotic, especially when it's packed, but it actually worked. We found a table pretty quickly, and once we sat down, it shifted into more of a sit-down experience. A server came by with sauces, checked on us, and brought out the food and drinks. It's one of those places that looks busy (because it is), but runs smoothly and delivers good food without the stress. Definitely worth it if you're in the area.

Great spot for special events and celebrations. Our server was great (wish I could remember his name right now, started with an A and he's been there 10+ years). A seasoned pro. I will say the one downside was we had a very poor experience with the hostess (name started with a Z) and I sincerely hope she is no longer employed with the company, such a poor reflection of Disney. When we arrived, another host was ready to seat us and the other rude hostess (Z) snatched the menus away and said the table wasn't ready. Mind you, so many tables were empty & they were not busy so I'm not sure why she created such a fuss in front of the guests. We did eventually get sat but such a poor way to start off a very expensive dining experience. I later told the manager on duty about this and he did not seem particularly surprised which leads me to believe this happens regularly, but he always wasn't particularly sympathetic, so I'm not sure he cared really. Overall, a good experience minus the interactions with that hostess.

This is above what a Disney luxury hotel offers in amenities. The resort offers a beautiful and gigantic pool, fitness center, rock climbing, bicycling, pitch golf, mini golf, pickleball, kayaking, canoeing, water bicycles, peddleboats, trails, a huge beach with hammocks and lounge chairs. The waterside is big and not just for children. Movies and smores at night! It's a stunning property with lush gardens and several restaurants. It is a short 2alj to the corner roads where there are also an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. Disney springs is 1.5miles away by car or a 45min walk. The service is excellent and I enjoy the poolside foid and drink service. They have implemented a towel system to scan your room card and return when done using or if not returned there's a $25 fee per towel charged to your room. The cabanas are huge! There are 2 hot tubs, and 3 interconnected pools. The shallow pool towards the rock wall is quietest and warmest. The pools tend to be on the cooler side. Bid say for December they should be heated to at least 82. It felt like it was between 75-80. When the weather outside is around the same it gets chilly stepping out of the pool. We used the kayaking, golf and bike rentals. All which are included in your resort fee of $50per day. Such a fun place. I recommend to spend a few days to soley stay at the property to relax and enjoy all it offers. You never have to leave the resort.

The carpet in the room majorly needs an upgrade, as do the bathrooms. Two bed rooms come with a queen and a full which is interesting - I wish it was just two queens. The queen feels more like full size and the full feels more like twin size. It's a tough share for two, even with littles. Rooms are also really small, like hard to find floor space for your suitcase small. All rooms are advertised to have balconies, and I think this is false advertising. It's a juliet balcony, just wide enough to step foot on. But otherwise, this was a solid hotel stay. If you opt not to do valet you can still park on hotel grounds and it's only a few minutes walk to the car. The pool area is very large with several different pools, a splash pad and a slide. There is also a lake to take boats out on. We didn't try this, but it's a fun amenity. You can also rent bikes, and there was a rock wall! The highlight of our stay was the hotel parrot, Merlot. My kids got a huge kick out of this on our way in and out each day. We didn't try and food or drink here, but they do have a few restaurants on the property. Overall, this hotel is nice enough. Especially if you are using Hyatt rewards. Oh, and most importantly it's only a few minutes drive from Disney, AND we saw the fireworks from our 'balcony'. Big win!

LetterPress is the Hilton Buena Vista's marquee restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a family friendly setting with nice touches. We made a reservation well in advance just in case but the place seems large enough where walking in shouldn't be much of an issue. After sitting down we got right back up as we opted for the breakfast buffet, which at $30 is an absolute steal. Let's get into what we got: We started off with carbs: pancakes and waffles. Both of which were okay with there being. A decent wait on the waffle machine. Unless you're craving either we would say it's not the best bet to stack up on. For meat they have a lot of options from bacon to pork sausage to chicken sausage. The bacon was alright and the pork sausage was the standard small ones you find just about everywhere; the chicken sausage though was delicious, a nice sweet flavor to it and large. They also have eggs and breakfast potatoes alongside the meat, the eggs being meh and the potatoes being pretty good. The better egg option is the omelette bar which is fantastic. There are probably about 20 different ingredients you can toss into them and it is well worth the wait. Oatmeal is another carb offered and that's self-serve so you can make it how you like. Many different pastries are also available so you can get a fix on your sweet tooth (all were pretty good). Last, for drinks we got chocolate milk, coffee, and juices from their self-serve juice machine. For that we got mango and apple juices. Again, for the price of $30 this is just an unbelievable deal, especially for families looking to get growing kids fed in as quick and convenient a place as possible. The added convenience of it being close to the pool and just downstairs adds another layer to it. While we can only testify to their breakfast buffet this does also look like a great option to take up on their actual menu. An excellent option for a quick, filling meal before exploring all the Disney Springs area has to offer!
