This is a low key laid back resort restaurant option. I took a star off because the parking is absolutely terrible here. We circled and circled for 20min before we got a parking spot. The hostess told us this is an on going issues and people usually come by bus transportation. How are you supposed to know this if it's your first time going to the restaurant and you're not staying here. Regardless the restaurant is decorated nicely it gives the key west feel. The food was worth the hassle. We started with crispy flavorful conch fritters and I got the buttermilk chicken entree, the lunch option. It was so juicy and tasty. My husband got the banana French toast, it was delightful. My husband ordered apple juice and keep in mind that it's not bottomless you pay for every refill. Gratuity of 18% is included. I would come back and try more of the menu.

Banana Bread French Toast

I LOVE Olivia's Cafe!! It's an absolute hidden gem and my favorite place to recommend to folks looking for a good restaurant for their resort day. I have happily tried both breakfast and dinner and both are excellent. I love the Banana Bread French Toast and Buttermilk Chicken at brunch and the fresh catch or salmon at dinner. You can get the Conch Fritters at either meal and they are to die for. With great food, Disney-quality service, reasonable prices and options for everyone, this charming, beachy spot is always a good idea.

The food was great! It came out so fast! The ambiance was comforting... like you were visiting your grandparents at the beach! The cast members are great all around.

We came here for dinner and got the conch fritters for appetizers, prime rib and pork chop for entrees and then I got the mojito for my cocktail! The food was good and it was large portions the only thing was that the drinks took a long time to come up but our server Nathan was awesome and even gave me a cupcake to go that was sweet of him!

POG juice

They've got pog juice which is great. Pineapple, Orange and Guava. Other than that its conveniently located on property of the Old Key West. Breakfast didnt blow me away but it works and service was good and efficient.

Slow-cooked Prime Rib*

We had a reservation but we had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated. The service is also very slow. I got a slow-cooked prime rib which was okay but very salty in my opinion. It just isn't worth the price tag at all. The ambiance is way too casual.

Our meal at Olivia's Cafe was pretty solid. We started with their lovely house-made bread with is divine. The soup of the day was a sort of seafood chowder with conch which we all wanted more of. Other items were also pretty great. Not pictured but absolutely amazing was the Slow-cooked Prime Rib feature. Really our only quibbles were the hush puppies were a touch over-done, getting seated was overly hectic, and the service was a little on the slow side. That said, we would definitely come back again on future visits.

Salmon

At just $39, the prime rib was terrific. The catch of the day was a delicious salmon. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Located at Disney's Old Key West resort, there theming is very south Florida, chill, beach vibes. Don't miss the key like pie and banana bread foster for dessert

My daughter and I had the best experience here for brunch! Our hostess gave my daughter a card for her birthday! Our server, Heather Lynn, was amazing! She chatted with us and even gave my daughter a birthday cupcake! The attention to detail at this restaurant was top notch. I had a basic breakfast-pancakes, eggs and bacon. These pancakes were so fluffy and flavorful. Omg! Definitely one of the best I've had. My daughter had the banana bread French toast-also delish! It was quiet since the restaurant did not have many people there at the time we went. We were able to relax, enjoy our meal, and the little chat with Heather. I highly recommend going there for your meal. You won't be disappointed!

Second time coming here. Definitely make reservations! We tried a couple times as walk-up but they are quite popular. We came for dinner a week before and tried the chicken dinner and it was so delicious!!! We also came for breakfast and our food was very yummy with generous portions. We walked out very full and didn't even finish our meal. I'm sharing pics from both visits. Since we love Key West, we love the decor! Super cute!

Ambiance This is located in a large beautiful resort. The wall is full photos of guests. Very colorful. Old school fan. Service It is reliable Disney service. Alec was so polite in a calm way. Great service. Food Southern Buttermilk chicken comes with eggs, potatoes, biscuit and gravy. This is their trademark dish. The chicken is delicious and juicy. Lemon pancakes Comes with egg and sausage. These lemon pancakes are so good, served with hot syrup. Sausage came cold, just too exhausted to say anything. Cappuccino had perfect foam. Rate food a 4 Rate customer service 5 plus I will return.

Friendly service, cute decor (very key west) and comfortable family vibe. Had brunch here and the food was amazing, banana bread French toast was delicious! Light yet filling in the best ways. Parrot punch was wonderfully refreshing with perfect balance. Not to sweet and not too overpowering of an alcohol taste either. 10/10 recommend!

Can you eat here if you're not staying at the resort?

Yes, it's open to everyone and you can make a reservation, tell the security guard you have one and they'll let you park there for 2 hours.

If I am not staying at Old Key West, do I have to pay for parking to eat here? I am a passholder of that makes any difference.

When we went, we just showed the cast member at the gate our reservation in the app. He let us in and told us where to park. We never paid. (Trip in Jan 2021).

Hey Bill, looking at their website, it looks like the traditional Turkey Feast is $34.99 for adults & $13.99 for kids. They fave other entrees as well. Desserts range from $6 for apple or pumpkin pie to $8 for the Flourless Chocolate Cake.… Read more

We checked out Paddlefish to find it was a 20-30" wait so off we went to the bar to rest our weary feet and enjoy a Margarita on the rocks w/ Black Salt and a Tom Collin's with extra Lemons. My dining companion and I enjoyed them! We waited about 35" and were seared in an upstairs dining room. We were served delicious, warm and fluffy dinner rolls with butter which we thoroughly enjoyed! Then ordered and waited a short time for a beautiful Filet Mignon and my Crispy Shrimp Platter . We both enjoyed our entrees -which were done to perfection. We both took home leftovers for a bedtime snack! Service by Hannah our waitstaff was excellent. We both wished we had saved room for dessert but no way!! The parking wraps arounds and it was very busy and surprisingly finding parking wasn't that bad. When we got into the lobby the wait time was 1hr 15 mins almost 2 hours . They set you up with a text message when the table is ready. We decided to go next door to the souvenir gift shop and wasted some time there and then decided to get back to the car . It was getting closer to time and since at 9pm they stop seating. We were able to walk in and our table was ready. The menu has a lot of different options. We asked the waiter how does it work and they do describe it to you if any questions. We got the cheese sticks to order I would say I wish it was cheesier but it was still good. The house salad with ranch was decent. For my seafood boil I got shrimp headless, snow crab legs, potatoes, sausage , corn. IT WAS THE 10/10!!! I'm not a spicy or a too much seasoning person so I got the garlic butter only. It was very good and had so much butter. For the second round I got calamari , green mussels , corn ,egg, potato. The calamari was so good . And I've never had green mussels and they were delicious! And to finish it off I had a cheesecake for dessert!! Everything was great. It's all you can eat and we definitely enjoyed it to the max! can't wait to come back!! They give you tools just in case if you need it btw!

I would rename it 3-course-meal. That would be a more accurate description. The place was seafood tacky. Just the ambiance you would expect from a crab shack. Our server was AMAZING. I wish I remembered her name because I would absolutely ask for her again if I go back. My bill for 3 lunches was $205. I don't feel like I got my value for the price. We ate our meals with a paper plate and plastic utensils. Again, for the price, they could give us sturdier eating elements. All in all, it was somewhere I'm glad I experienced just to say I did it. I'm not sure I would return.

We thought it was a perfect meal to share between two because each person gets a piece of fried chicken and a doughnut. The chicken is extra greasy and topped with powdered sugar. Ordered a snack item (crab cakes) to share, the swordfish and grouper topped with crab all my with 2 sides, yucca fries and jerk spiced cauliflower. I know the place was busy but it took almost 1hr to get our crab cakes. The server was a little frantic at times as he had several tables to tend to. Once they did arrive we found them to be tasty with a little kick and not a lot of filler. Definitely something I would order again. The grouper dish looked amazing and my colleague thoroughly enjoyed it. As for the swordfish which was blackened and then served in brown butter was okay. A 16oz piece was way too much and even though it was served with brown butter and a crust topping I was not a real fan. There was no real flavor to the dish and I even found the fish to be somewhat dry at times. Shame for the server being too busy to give us the attention you expect from an upscale restaurant where you are paying over $50 for an entree. But the atmosphere and quality of the food was good in general. Therefore the 4 stars.
