decent amount of roast beef, so don't let the bread fool you
    Tom V.

Wandered in here and took a chance on a late lunch. Selecting your choice in food was simple and we (the better half and I) both selected the same meal - the hot roast beef sandwich. I chose the bagged potato chips and she the tiny side salad. I purchased a beer and she chose a fountain drink. The sandwiches were actually pretty good and filling, at $14 apiece. The wife did not like the dressing on the salad and declined to eat it after a bite (it was so small 3 bites would have finished it off anyway). The beer was a tall boy and cost $10.25 which is cheaper than at a sporting event, and it was nice and cold. The fountain drink soda was a ripoff, like all restaurants these days, at $4.79 I am attaching a photo of the beef sandwich. It had a decent amount of meat, so don't let the bread fool you as it was pretty airy and soft. My visiting sister chose whatever they call their chicken rice dish, that did not look inviting to me. She said it tasted like a Lean Cuisine and was okay with it, but she doesn't cook much so was satisfied. The place was clean, as per the usual WDW standards, and the staff friendly (also per the usual WDW standards). Overall I would probably eat here again if the family wanted to, but I personally would not chose it myself; especially with all the other options available at Epcot.

We have been coming to WDW for 20+ years with the kids and have never been able to eat here because of picky little eaters. Finally got to try it and it is sooo good- probably my favorite counter service of any Disney park. We got the caprese sandwich and the hot roast beef sandwich along with the seasonal milkshake - all so good! The roast beef sandwich was 1000x better than the one at Earl of Sandwich - no comparison really. The entrees come with a little side salad which while it doesn't look like anything special it was actually really refreshing and good- the tomatoes were awesome! Definitely plan on returning when we hit Epcot again before we leave.

My friend picked to eat here, this is located inside World Nature area, i Love this area it's where they grow all kinds of fruits and veggies, you can take a ride where you see all they are doing! At first glance i thought the food looked kinda boring! Usually I'm going for the different countries to eat, but I agreed to eat here, and guess what everything was delicious! We got half a roasted chicken with ratatouille and mashed potatoes and kids Mac n cheese with green beans. When I say everything was seasoned just perfectly, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the ratatouille was amazing! I was thinking maybe they use the fresh veggies they grow here? But awesome lunch!

Very disappointed with lunch today. We come here for lunch whenever we visit Epcot because the chicken with beans & rice is delicious. Today the chicken was not moist, and a little overcooked. The beans and rice were good. This is a location where we usually find easily a place to sit. Today we found a corner table away from screaming children. It's a little noisy because of high ceilings, but it's okay. Bathrooms are around the corner and up the escalator on your way out.

This is a quality food court in the Land Pavilion. They use the produce grown in their greenhouses, which you can see on the Living With The Land ride. There are a few stations with many choices. We got the Birria tacos which were crispy on the outside, tender and tasty filling on the inside. This counted as a Quick Service meal on the dining plan. Order at the counter, pay at the cash register and then take it to a table. There is a lot of seating here and it is blessedly inside in the air conditioning, a rarity for quick service restaurants in EPCOT.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the food on the menu, there was nothing exceptional about this place. Pepperoni roll was ok, but would have been much better with some marinara to soften up the hard bread. The birria tacos look NOTHING like the picture. They are anemic looking and flavorless. Certainly a one and done for us.

Sunshine seasons is a cafeteria style quick meal. There is multiple choice from noodle, chicken, beef, mac n cheese, kids meal, plant based option, burger, many deserts and snack and more. For a quick meal and if you have picky eater, everyone should be able to find something to their liking. We just stopped by this time for a small cookie and a drink that's mostly a red velvet cake mixed in a chocolate shake with coffee. It tasted a lot like chocolate syrup and it was good. I took an m&m cookie cause I wanted some treat (drink wasn't mine) and I felt it's bland. It's a sugar cookie but beside them&m, the cookie taste next to nothing. Not like other cookie I had in Disney. I'm giving this place 1 star for the choices, 1 star for the big seating area in Ac and 1 star for the general quality of the food. A good place to stop by for something quick or on the go.

Food (5/5 stars): We had lunch at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot because of their wide variety of food options. The Rotisserie Chicken with Beans and Rice was a yummy bang for your buck meal. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. This meal filled me up for a jam-packed day at the park! Highly recommend! Experience (5/5 stars): * Price: very reasonable. Huge portions! * Wait Time: minimal on a Wednesday * Service: very good and friendly * Ambiance: it's a huge cafeteria with a variety of options. All seating is indoors

Have always passed by this place and been attracted to the grill smells. Finally tried it Baked chicken, rice, ratatouille This was such an amazing dish for a great deal. Definitely made it to my list of foods I'd continue to get Roast beef sandwich cold sandwich Pretty good. Was topped with American cheese that I took off. But I liked the baked chicken better because it was warm and had more food to it. I chose the Mac salad and that was pretty refreshing and delicious

While looking for something quick and easy to eat we ended up at Sunshine Seasons. There were a bunch of options, but we had heard the pizza roll was the hot item, so we grabbed one, a bag of chips and a soda. We were able to quickly find a table, but I imagine as the day went on it might get more crowded. The food was good, but that's about it. It filled me up and it tasted fine, but I'd compare it to just about any frozen pizza that you could make at home. Just good. Normally that wouldn't bother me too much, but considering we were in Epcot it felt like a wasted meal when there's seemingly endless delicious food options around. However, if you're visiting Epcot with some picky eaters or little kids, this is worth looking into.

Sunshine Seasons is one of my favorite quick service stops at Epcot. It's a large food court with lots of different options, so everyone will be able to find something that suits them. I enjoy it because there are quite a few healthier options like salmon, fresh green beans, and a plant based stir fry. Once you have your food, you enter into the seating area which can be a bit of a free for all during the busy season. I find eating outside of peak mealtimes makes for a more peaceful experience. Even as an adult, I like to get the kid's meals. They usually have the same options as the adults, just on a slightly smaller scale. Each kid's meal comes with 2 sides and drink, so it ends up being a pretty affordable way to eat in the parks and lets me save room for the most important meal of my Disney day - Mickey shaped ice cream.

Quick service option in The Land Pavillion - with lots of healthy options! Rotisserie chicken: 8/10 Green beans: 5/10 (prefer them not to be as crunchy) Black beans: 6/10 Mashed potatoes: 8.5/10 Overall: 6.9/10 (3.4/5)

My boss said, "Go to Sunshine Seasons and get the Strawberry Shortcake!" So I did. It is good. She also told me that the salmon is good. Lots of comfortable seating in an indoor air conditioned building. Service is friendly and fast. They serve beer.

This place was an amazing spot to eat at in Disney Springs and had some of the best food I ate…read moreduring my trip in Florida. 4.5/5 We came pretty late to the establishment after a long day at the theme parks. We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.

I really wanted the Seasonal Espresso Martini trio, but there is NO WAY in heck I'm shelling out $30 for 3 extremely small, mini drinks. You have got to be kidding me with that price! We actually had The Viper, Midnight Relic & The Dark Forest Dip. Our bill was nearly $60 dollars! Although the food and drinks did end up being VERY good, the prices are ridiculous, even for Disney. At the entrance to his cave, I had to disarm several traps, including floor spikes, poison darts, and a tablet demanding a 25% tip--with no obvious option to leave no tip. Fortunately, I discovered the hidden button in the bottom-right corner, written in 8-point Times New Roman. At last, I reached the altar containing the legendary treasure chest. When I opened it, I found a shirt that read, "I'd Rather Be at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar," along with flyers for the Halloween and Christmas events. That discovery led me to this wonderfully themed bar. This is a double review covering both the Halloween and Christmas events. These events used to be relatively easy to attend, but thanks to social media influencers, they have become extremely popular. The lines can get enormous, especially from Friday through Sunday. My advice is to visit Tuesday through Thursday and arrive early. The food was great, and the presentation--especially for the Halloween offerings--was fantastic and definitely Instagram-worthy. The specialty drinks were delicious and surprisingly strong for a Disney restaurant, although they do come with the expected Disney price tag. I've also visited when the bar wasn't decorated for a holiday, and it was still a great time. The regular food offerings are just as good, and the portions are fairly generous. The standard drinks are also perfectly enjoyable. If the weather isn't too hot, I recommend sitting outside by the lake. You'll have a beautiful view of the boats passing by, and the scenery around sunset is incredible. A fantastic spot for food, drinks, atmosphere, and the occasional archaeological revelation.
