During the order they didn't ask if it's for stay or to go, I assumed it was to go. So when the order came out few minutes later, I had to pack all of it myself. They also forgot my mango drink, I had to remind them. There's only few times in ages that I was scared just looking at a dish, the duck bao and poke bowls were one of them. The duck was so plain, it looked ghost white. The poke bowls had some rice, meat and sauce, looked so unappealing. Sure enough none of them had any flavor or real taste. I was glad at least the mango twist was good enough drink.

We made a reservation well in advance just in case but the place seems large enough where walking in shouldn't be much of an issue. After sitting down we got right back up as we opted for the breakfast buffet, which at $30 is an absolute steal. Let's get into what we got: We started off with carbs: pancakes and waffles. Both of which were okay with there being. A decent wait on the waffle machine. Unless you're craving either we would say it's not the best bet to stack up on. For meat they have a lot of options from bacon to pork sausage to chicken sausage. The bacon was alright and the pork sausage was the standard small ones you find just about everywhere; the chicken sausage though was delicious, a nice sweet flavor to it and large. They also have eggs and breakfast potatoes alongside the meat, the eggs being meh and the potatoes being pretty good. The better egg option is the omelette bar which is fantastic. There are probably about 20 different ingredients you can toss into them and it is well worth the wait. Oatmeal is another carb offered and that's self-serve so you can make it how you like. Many different pastries are also available so you can get a fix on your sweet tooth (all were pretty good). Last, for drinks we got chocolate milk, coffee, and juices from their self-serve juice machine. For that we got mango and apple juices. Again, for the price of $30 this is just an unbelievable deal, especially for families looking to get growing kids fed in as quick and convenient a place as possible. The added convenience of it being close to the pool and just downstairs adds another layer to it. While we can only testify to their breakfast buffet this does also look like a great option to take up on their actual menu. An excellent option for a quick, filling meal before exploring all the Disney Springs area has to offer!

The staff were very friendly and very kind very attentive. The restaurant has a beautiful view over the lake, which is beautiful in the morning as well as at sunset. At dinner time, it was very slow not many guests I guess because of its location next to Disney Springs. But the dinner was delicious so if you are visiting the palace, definitely give Letterpress a try.

It is incredibly fast and truly makes dining in the park a "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" experience. We were able to find a table with ease, despite the hustle and bustle of the galaxy! A "Mouseterpiece" of a Meal Since we were looking for a light bite to tide us over until our evening feast, we opted for the Children's Meal, and it was practically perfect in every way: Chicken Tenders & Mac & Cheese: Fresh, hot, and exactly the comfort food we needed. The Standout Broccoli: It's hard to pick a favorite, but the broccoli was cooked to perfection--bright green, perfectly crispy, and definitely earned the "Mouse-Approved" seal of quality! They should improve depth of flavor in hot dishes, biscuits, gravy, and pastries. They missed the opportunity to showcase local flavors like Latin favorites, authentic-tasting southern classics, key lime treats, and fresh squeezed OJ. Oscar's fills up fast. Getting there early is ideal for a quieter breakfast with a better choice of tables. Outdoor dining (with a pool view) is available. Noisy families and groups converge between 9am and 11am, putting together rows of tables and filling up on carbs and protein before heading out on their Disney/Universal adventures. Children eat free, and there were quite a few families. Children were well-behaved -- no fingers and faces in the food. Clean restrooms located in the hall across from the restaurant. Pastry & bread tables: breads, bagels, croissants, milk buns, small apple turnovers, chocolate brioche, donuts, etc. No rich flavors. Not worth the calories. The only bagels Waldorf makes in-house are raisin bagels. Our server toasted my raisin bagel and brought it to our table. It was good. She served cream cheese, packaged butter from France, and strawberry preserves. She also served cute individual containers of hot sauce and ketchup for savory dishes. Drinks are included in the buffet price: coffee, water, fresh juice, OJ, etc. The buffet had fresh green juice, carrot juice, and watermelon juice. Carrot was best. Coffee stayed piping hot and fresh-tasting in a huge metal carafe that remained on our table. I love that. I don't like flagging down servers for refills. We were offered coffee in to-go cups with the check. Buffet was fine, service was outstanding. Next trip, I'll try ala carte options.
