Since having extensions I've noticed a drastic increase in strangers hitting on me, the execution was absolutely seamless, and I've been to other professional hair stylists since getting them (just for hair styling) and none of them were able to tell I had extensions until I explained that I did. Not only that, but I've also seen a tremendous improvement in the growth and quality of my natural hair underneath. The price was also very reasonable: $600 ish for the hair weft itself (this is basically a once a year cost) $200 for installation (every 8 weeks or so) Sarah also cut, toned, styled, and did a conditioning treatment on my hair to perfectly match the extensions. It all really made a difference so I would recommend these add ons each time !! Truly there's nowhere else that will match this amazing quality, beautiful style, and low price point.

I was respectful to you throughout your appointments, even when the conversations were difficult. Please stop contacting me. If this continues, I will take further action." WORST STYLIST! STAY AWAY! On August 28, Lindsay quoted me $300 for a haircut and color (a "mini"). On September 5, she convinced me to pay $375 for what she called a "FULL" service to achieve the look I wanted. What I received were three or four uneven, thick, damaging highlights and a haircut. She curled my hair before I left to make it appear presentable, but the next day the reality was clear: 3 highlights on the right, none on the left, and a harsh line where brown met blonde. I sent photos to other stylists, who said it was nowhere near a full service or even a mini service. On September 11, I paid another stylist $228 to fix Lindsay's work. The second stylist confirmed that Lindsay's highlights were too thick and any additional correction would only cause more damage. Lindsay never provided a receipt or documentation. She denied a refund and offered only a "touch-up." I initially requested a full refund, then suggested a partial refund or a respectful resolution, acknowledging she had used time and products. I was not comfortable with her working on my hair a second time. She ignored my calls and texts, and later blocked me when I asked her to remove my photos from her social media. These posts misrepresented the work as complete and successful. I was not a happy client and I did not consent to her using my images because it was not an accurate representation. I'll ask again as I did before: "Hi Lindsay, I was really unhappy with the service. Please remove the photos. Thank You." From the start, Lindsay displayed unprofessional behavior, even commenting, "Wow, I thought the girl before you was bad," in reference to my hair. She also knew I was on a budget, yet when I suggested a partial refund, she made a dismissive comment about finances, showing a lack of professionalism and respect. Her site notes she charges 95% of the quoted price for late cancellations (72 hours) yet she pressured me for more money despite knowing my budget. Red flags were present from the beginning. She lacks professionalism, respect, and transparency, and will not complete the job as promised. I am not the first unhappy client she's had. I don't think I'm the first one she's blocked or removed. DO NOT HIRE LINDSAY BALAYAGE Words from other stylists who reviewed my hair: * "It looks maybe like a half-done partial." * "It looks like it's still all untouched underneath." * "She didn't do enough foils, leaving it dark and uneven. Well, I got a referral, and my first session with my friend's hairdresser was great--however, six weeks later, the same stylist utterly destroyed my hair; I left her chair after 4.5 hours devastated, and completely lost confidence in the profession. Then I met Kalea. She pulled out all the stops to rescue & recover my hair. She fixed my cut, restored the color (it took two sessions), and set me up with a routine & some incredible products to bring back the texture of my hair. Her work was/is nothing short of miraculous! It went from a total nightmare, to looking and feeling good again. It'll be a long road of trimming & deep conditioning before it's back to 100%, but I absolutely trust Kalea (in her beautiful little studio!) to get me there. I've had her do wet and dry cuts and they have all turned out fabulous - recently I had her add some highlights to my wintry blonde hair and those too look absolutely amazing. Before I came in for the color she made sure that I bring pics to show her what I had in mind. Price wise, she is very reasonable and competitive. I've been to several other local establishments that do the "dry curly cut" as Emily does, but it just doesn't last or look half as good as hers. Emily's cuts will last and continue to look great even after you leave.

She corrected the color with highlights and low lights and cut the worst of the damage off the bottom and conditioned it and it looks beautiful, healthy, and natural now. She also taught me how to condition and care for it and carefully explained each product. I bought recommended hair care products from her and they were expensive, but so far my hair is still looking (almost ;-) as good as it did when she styled it. She uses all natural products and the color did not smell at all. My boyfriend loves the smell of the conditioning products and cannot stop sniffing my hair. I love how soft it is now. She was also very accomodating (I booked the wrong length of appointment because I didn't know) and stayed late with me on a Saturday evening to finish everything.
