We bought the house recently and I have no idea when was the last time they had gutter service. I showed him the areas where I saw issues and he made minor repairs within the estimate that he originally provided me. As an added bonus he blew off pine needles off my roof. I had very little on the roof but I appreciate that he took care of that as well. I plan to contact him in 12 months to get my gutters ready for the raining season. I carefully checked his Yelp reviews before I contacted him and he provided the excellent service that's highlighted on his Yelp page. I am glad to get this off my to-do list.

After they started the job, they noticed that some of the fascia boards were rotted, and said that it would cost an extra $260 to fix the fascia boards. I agree to that. Then, the foreman said that there were fewer fascia boards than they thought, and it was only going to be $200. I said "Cool!" Finally, after they were all done they realized there was only one board that needed to be replaced, and they only charged me $50. The thing I loved was they were honest, and lowered it to $50 even though I had agreed to pay the $260. Love these guys!

I was able to send them to my rental property in Tacoma while I live in Seattle, without having to meet them at the property at all. This made things easy for me. They quoted me 1/3 of the price my property management company was trying to charge and allowed me to save quite a bit. There were a few hiccups: 1. They did not show up on their scheduled day or call me to let me know, but the office staff was very apologetic and promptly rescheduled me 2 days later. 2. The crew left behind tools, which confused my tenant quite a bit, but they returned to the property to retrieve them a few days later. All in all, I appreciated working with Lincoln Gutters to clean out the roof and gutters at my rental and will likely use them again.

One thing that really impressed me: I originally reached out for a quote back in July 2023, but ended up canceling at that time. When I recently contacted them again for a new quote, I was shocked (in the best way) that the price was exactly the same. In a time when everything seems to cost more every year, that kind of honesty and consistency says a lot about a company. It's hard to find businesses like this these days. I highly recommend RainTech Gutters. Bonus points--they're car guys too, which is always a plus in my book!
