I took some decorative pillows in to have zippers put in so that I could replace the dacron stuffing with down inserts. I also asked her to make 2 additional pillows with fabric I brought. I wasn't sure how they would come out, but I am SO happy with the results. The new pillows look just like the ones that came with my sectional and everything looks much nicer with the down inserts. Le Tailor was one of only two positive replies (out of four) I got to a request to turn, or flip, a frayed collar on two denim western snap shirts. The quote was identical to the first respondent, who was a bit closer to me. I plan to honor each artisan with a shirt to mend. It took a such long time to find any crafts persons to even be interested in such a mundane task that I am grateful to both of them. She did a very professional job--very high quality workmanship. Even the knits were hemmed with the stitch that stretches and not everyone does that as you have to have a machine that uses 3 spools. They are really nice ladies but they charged me twice and then tried to refund me and ended up charging me again... they worked on my riding pants and the seams all ripped out as soon as I put them on. I was extremely impressed with their work and would highly highly recommend them to anyonehow is looking for quality work. It was for a very thick back pack zipper. I was extremely impressed when they thought they got the zipper fixed and didnt have to replace the full zipper reducing the price. That right there shows how honest they are with fair pricing. The full zipper did have to be replaced for the full quoted price. Looks brand new part of it had to be done by hand. I was extremely impressed they took the time to do that and the tailor work was impeccable. Only place I will go if I need future work. read more

Super happy with the work and the turnaround time, but was sad to see the sleeves on one of the jackets was too short. Unfortunately I'll have to get rid of the jacket, so make sure to take your time while doing measurements and it'll turn out great. read more
