I've bought the most delicious chocolate+coffee cake from him once. The owner is one of the kindest bakers I've met in Montreal and what i love about his baking style is how he keeps it simple and well balanced with a small touch of the east here and there :) never too sweet, never too shiny or bright, never too crunchy and sometimes, if you taste it carefully, with a little touch of rosewater :)
