White asparagus with eggs. Lobster ravioli.

Pleasant bistro. Young and energetic staff. Excellent food - limited menu. Mixed crowd of tourists and locals. Lobster raviolis and white asparagus with eggs for appetizers. Both excellent. Veal stew with rice and baked chicken with morel sauce for entrees. Both also excellent. No room for dessert. Everyone having a good time.

It has high ceiling, tiled walls and ceiling. Pretty quaint and neat. Again, English is spoken more than French. The area is on the expensive so you're paying for the real estate. Good service but food is average. I like the decoration more then food they service.  One of desserts is Lost french-toast ... sorry didn't try. I don't think everything has to match but the handles of this tea set are all different. The tea pot's handle is the easiest to use.

Cute resto in Paris, the food was really good, a little bit pricey though. We shared the gazpacho soup + the ceviche and the cod fish as a main course. The deco is elegant and French. Lindo lugarcito en paris, la comida fue muy rica aunque un poco cara. Compartimos la sopa de gazpacho + el ceviche y como principal el cod fish. La deco es elegante y bien francesa.

Just go. The food is top notch and the staff is professional and polite. Not much English but no matter. The decor is very charming 1930's original. It is next to La Coïncidence, another very good choice.

Cod, so good!

Trés bonne! Absolutely loved this place. We were actually headed to a restaurant down the street while we were in the area and they didn't have space to accommodate us and we happened to stumble upon Le Petit Rétro. The waiters and owner were very friendly and the food was delicious and fairly priced. I highly recommend the cod, absolutely amazing! Probably the best fish I've eaten and the best food we encountered while in Paris! With the exception of the French couple next to us who couldn't stop staring at my family lol..... we had a wonderful experience. Merci beaucoup á tous! P.S ouvre un restaurant en Los Angeles lol.

This was recommended to us by the concierge at our hotel, Le Metropolitan as top notch French food for a good price. Absolutely insane. The decor is very old world and the staff is extremely nice. It's located on a one lane street in the heart of Paris. My wife and I ordered the 3 course menu and added snails as a appetizer to share. I've had escargot once before, but this was ridiculous! I told Gregory, our host, to pick for me what he would eat and he did a great job. The entree of guinea fowl was my first time and it's basically chicken if it were prepared for a prince. I'll let you decide what you want from that statement. The only drawback of this place was that much of the food had bones in it. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be that way and maybe someone really high class would look down on me for saying it, but I just think that's annoying. I rather just eat my food with no risk of having to give anyone the Heimlich maneuver. Other than that, Le Petit Retro can hang with any great restaurant in NYC I've been to.

The place is small, but had several tables and it seemed to be a bright and cheerful place. We sat at a table next to our friends and given menus. We ordered beers and Sake. The menu was full of Sushi and other Japanese food items, but as soon as I saw Robata on the menu, I was sold! I ordered Edamame, Gyoza, several pieces of Sushi and some rolls; as well as some Robata. You rarely see Robata on a menu, and when I do, I always order a few skewers of delicious grilled food. Our server brought our drinks and Edamame, we all cheered each other and ate the hot and tasty beans. A few minutes later, our main courses showed up, and it was plentiful. All the food was fresh and delicious, I was very pleased with this quality of Sushi, especially at the decent prices! Now, the Robata was excellent as well perfectly grilled and served hot, as well as large portions. Overall, a great experience, I tend to shy away from Sushi in Europe, but this place is excellent!
