A cute French sandwich and coffee shop. It has a few seats indoors and a few outdoor tables, but I was just buying a sandwich to eat at the park. Got a daily special chicken sandwich with blue cheese and mustard, good portion and loved the combination of flavours. Staff are very friendly too, would love to try a caffe au lait next time.

Had a day off and actually ate breakfast at a reasonable time, so I was excited to treat myself to a yummy sandwich for lunch. I'd passed this place recently and thought it looked so cute and yummy. I had the Marie Antoinette - I lovedddd it. The baguette was delicious but definitely crusty/chewy in a way that I felt it on the roof of my mouth the next day haha, but not at all in a terrible way. The meat was deliciously cured. I did eat it at home, so I added a little more salt and honey. I also had a almond milk cappuccino, perfect. Would definitely come back! Also, if you mention you're an NYU student, you get a discount!

Stopped in for a treat. Nice feeling place. Had the Foie gras, fig confit, organic sea salt sandwich. Most expensive sandwich on the menu at $36 for a mid sized sandwich. I deliberated and did it. Mistake. Fig confit too sweet, too much like jelly. The foie gras was good but like 6 medallions. Not even close.

Wanted to grab a sandwich and compare to what I experience in Paris. The restaurant decor was pretty cool; newspaper was used to cover the walls. Ordered the Le Parisian sandwich which is comprised of ham and butter on a baguette. Overall the sandwich was good but not as good as my Paris experience. The bread was good and crunchy but the sandwich could use some additional ham and butter.

That hole makes me think it's boars head ham.

Good bread, terrible jambon and no butter. The ham is just thick sliced deli ham. You're better off going to Whole Foods to get a quarter pound of their European ham , a baguette and French butter if you want something closer to a classic jambon-buerre

Perfect spot for a French favorite! During my time in Paris, a great joy was enjoying a simple sandwich made on fresh baguette, topped with fine ingredients so ubiquitous there. These baguettes in EV don't have the same allure as eating them at one of Paris' many magnificent parks, but taste quite similar to ones friends and I would pick-up for picnics there. LPP's baguettes are good and crusty, and their ingredients simple but harmonious in flavors. Gainsbourg sandwich was delicious, with thick-sliced cooked ham and comté cheese. We added whole grain mustard to give it a bite. I love a good veggie sandwich and the Brigitte Bardot was a gem, with artichoke, goat cheese, kale and tomatoes. There's plenty of other sandwiches that all pay homage to French legends. Better to get a couple to share a few varieties, which you'll want to as c'est délicieux!

Came to grab a sandwich in store, after ordering delivery previously and loving it. The ham sandwich was divine, especially with the buttered baguette. Wish I could have tried them all. The coffee selection here is also awesome.

I'm using this quarantini time to learn French. I am immersing myself in the culture. From Alain Delon movies to French cuisine. I've been to Paris once and basically all I did was walk and eat. Somehow the jambon beurre escaped me. Such a basic lil sammich. Baguette. Ham. Butter. I was gonna try to make it at home but heard it was some uniquely French butter and the ham used can't just be purchased at my local supermarket. When I Googled "best jambon beurre in new york", Le Petit Parisien popped up! While I was in the Village thrifting with my offspring, I decided to drop by and get my sammich. Upon entering, I felt like I should be speaking what little French I know. The environment was charming and the gentleman working there was so niiice! Got home, unwrapped that baby and... MMMmmm!! It SMELLLLLED FRESSSSHHHH!! This is the first time I can recall having a cold sandwich that smelled so delicious. The baguette was perfect. Crunchy on the outside and savory and soft on the inside. The ham was nice and thick but light, if that makes any sense. The butter provided the right amount of flavor. I never thought of using butter as a condiment. But I will now. That was a bomb a$$ sandwich. Thanks, for steering me in the right direction, Google!

I was in a daze wandering around Bowery, and in real need of a decent coffee and a small bite. Enter le petit Parisien. I swear, there are some places in this city that just nail what it means to server "Parisien" style bites. This place is one of them. What does it take? good bread, quality meat, good coffee. this place does all three very very well. Starting with the bread; omg it was perfect, crusty, flaky, held up cheese and meat perfectly. Speaking of which the ham and gruyere that came piled on top was superb. No cold cuts here, this ham was prepared fresh in house or nearby. Finally, the coffee was perfect, we had an Americano and a Nutella Americano (because why not that's why). Come here, cozy up to the small space they have to sit, and split a sandwich with a friend. You'll be happy you did.

I was in search of a burger after visiting McSorley's across the street, but I stumbled upon this quaint little sandwich shop. Awesome, crusty baguettes with various meats and cheeses. I opted for the standard ham sandwich with butter, and only finished half of it. For $9 I was very happy. They have a small assortment of quiches and croissants, which are not made in house but look great. The gentleman that waited on me was friendly and helpful. Nice small space for indoor seating and a bench out front. Overall, this is a nice little sandwich oasis.

Went to the Flatiron store both times and didn't have to wait long to order. The staff were great and packed all of the little cakes nicely so that they survived the trek back to our condo. Mango--all around favorite, wound up buying like 4 of these cause half my friends preferred it and I liked it a surprising amount Blueberry--very mild, no tartness, not too sweet with good blueberry flavor Orange--fresh and orangey in the middle, loved this one Pear--reminds me of cinnamon apples (I guess this was cinnamon pears), which isn't my favorite flavor but others enjoyed Banana--made me sad cause I LOVE banana flavored stuff and this just... wasn't? It had old tasting banana paste in the middle assuming because it's real banana and not artificial, is tiny, and didn't taste good Yuzu--nice yuzu flavor and disappeared fast Cloud--forgot the actual name and apparently didn't take a picture, it had chocolate/hazelnut mousse with some sort of caramel and something crunchy, also delicious All of the petit gateaus were on the mild side which is a big plus for me. Appearance was top notch and the balance of cream to filling on point. I'd like to try some of the other pastries next time for sure.
