Staff was great but food was sub-par! I was expecting a more French style and it was a terrible Denny's. I was looking forward to the sweet cream stuffed French toast and I got rubbery French toast slathered with chunky/ watery ricotta cheese with powered sugar in it. My family came here for brunch and while most of our food was fine, the Eggs Benedict was was not done properly. The hollandaise sauce was simply done done correctly-- the eggs were slightly cooked and there was oil separated on top. Additionally, it came with ham which was not specified on the menu. The service was fast and helpful, bringing us a new plate once we saw the ham. Overall this was okay and the service was good, but we would not come back. If you come here, do not expect good eggs benedict. read more

LePeep is our favorite place for breakfast, which is served all day. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The owner and waitresses find out your name and refer to you by name every time you come in. They remember our preferences too so that all we have to say is "Bring me the usual!" And there it is! Today was my husband's birthday so they brought him out a "pancake cake" for dessert after our breakfast. LePeep in St. Joseph is much more like a local restaurant than a chain. We'll definitely be back.....at least twice a week! read more

This is our favourite breakfast/brunch spot in town! The service is always fast and friendly and the food comes out hot and delicious. Even when it's busy, which it usually is, the food comes out without delay. The restaurant is clean and it has a nice, laid back atmosphere. The menu has a wide selection of reasonably priced items, and the portions are very generous. It's probably less expensive than Ihop or Perkins and in my opinion, is better quality and tastes fresher. The coffee is always hot and fresh and the flavoured iced teas are great. If you like pancakes, theirs are huge and very good! And if you go for lunch, try the reuben, it might be the best in town! read more

This was our first visit. It was a crazy busy Saturday morning. They seated us right next to the register, so we had a constant stream of people trying to squeeze past our table during our meal. I ordered the gypsy meal, with the eggs sunny side up. The potatoes were good, but the mushrooms and green peppers were raw. The eggs were so undercooked the whites were still slimy and transparent. I was sorely disappointed in a restaurant we'd only heard good things about. Going to Denny's next time we're out for breakfast. read more

This restaurant is an amazing place to go eat breakfast. When you first show up the parking is not bad but when its really busy then it starts to get crowded. When you walk in you are greeted from the nice Host, or Hostess. When they seat you there is already a big glass of water to drink out of and if you want another drink then they bring out a separate glass for that drink. There customer service is great! Now about the food, the food is delicious! I recommend getting the Belgian Waffles with hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon. The belgian waffle is nice and warm, it's very fluffy and light and it's not thick. The hash browns are very crispy and hot, its very good. The eggs are very fluffy, I feel like they add milk to it to make it fluffy, it taste really good. The bacon, it's not greasy, and that's the one thing I don't like about bacon, but this bacon is incredible. It has no trans fat, its crispy, big and thick, I just think it's all good! And the syrup!!! OMG it's hot and delicious it makes the waffles or pancakes like 100 times better! The prices are excellent! I get the Waffles with bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns for $10 but it is a big portion! My dad gets the breakfast burritos and it's like huge for $10 too, without tax.The total bill for 2 people to that feels like eating a thanksgiving dinner is like $20. I think Le Peep is a fantastic place to go and eat, I eat there about once a week, and I would recommend people going to try it out! read more

My husband and 2 granddaughters were headed home today and after googling and looking at a few places we picked LePeep. WE PICKED RIGHT! To start with our waitress was awesome. She was there shortly after the hostess seated us. Asked for drink order in which I asked for water as well as my juice and she pointed out the container of water with lemon on the table. BIG PLUS! Never been anywhere that gave you a container of water. Then we read about their awesome cinnamon rolls and YES THEY ARE AWESOME AND BIG! The 4 of us shared one! Then we got our individual breakfasts and it was super good. Our waitress checked back with us but wasn't at all to in our face. Exceptional service. The cashier and hostess even told us about a festival that was going on in town. Exceptional food. We will tell everyone who heads that direction that it is a must stop. It was very enjoyable. Thanks for the good food and service. Reasonable prices. We will be visiting them again. read more
