A light crispy pastry with just enough strawberry cream cheese filling, not stuffed but enough to give you the creamy flavorful taste you want. Strawberries on top. The perfect light pastry you are looking for. Has interesting combinations of toppings on a variety of donuts. I understood he will be introducing Abel skiver pastries soon. A Danish style, of both baked cake style ( lighter than fried) and a filled type of round pastry. I am hoping for a dark chocolate covered yeast donut with crispy bacon pieces and smoked sea salt sprinkles. It will be awesome!
