If I could put 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional salon. Owners are extremely rude and talk bad in Vietnamese about you so you don't understand them. They only accept cash so they can hide their profits and avoid taxes. They don't make you feel comfortable and overall don't care if they make your experience a horrible one. I asked for a specific manicurist and they told me she was booked with appointments so sat me with someone else. Lady barely spoke to me and cut my nails too short when I said not too short. Then proceeded to file down even more. I noticed the manicurist I asked for was I'm fact not busy. I did not like my nails at all and left very upset. Owner was rude and yelled at me because I stated I did not like my nails and that the manicurist I wanted was "busy" and if I wanted her to redo my nails I would need to wait however long. I am PREGNANT and left crying and upset and went to another salon where they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel very happy. They took out the garbage nails that were done to me and fixed them. This wonderful place I went to after was called Yodi's Eyebrow threading which they also do nails and hair. I will NEVER be going to Le Nails again. They lost a good customer and I hope they lose many more. read more

Horrible service. Rude people that work there. My nails came out horrible and super ugly. I'm never going back here again. Low class people that work here. I feel an intern nail tech did my nails. Actually they probably would've done a better job. This place is pathetic . And I will tell all my followers on social media to make sure everyone knows how much trash they are. Because people that go there, never come back anyway. Explains why this salon is ALWAYS EMPTY. (Even before covid) now I see why. read more

Horrible place. Do not go here!!!! They don't know how to do acrylics. The service is pathetic.

Very disappointed yesterday with the person that did my gel nails Yesterday older lady paid quite of a bit of money and ugly never again . Don't have people working there if they don't know what they doing or don't have people doing such an expensive job if they are not qualify. Cause is not fair for the customer. read more

Le Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami, Florida

I love it here I get my acrylic and gel done here. They have a wide variation of options for your nails. My only concern is not everyone here pays attention to detail like my nail tech does. I get my nails done with John he's the best, real nice and always gets it right. I don't recommend getting your nails done with the newer ones because they tend to cut you and not do a very good job. Other than that I love it here and I always come back :) read more

5 dollars for eyebrow waxing... Okay it is a little impersonal compared to going to a nicer salon, it's just like ok go in there sit wax go out. Cash only! The manicure/pedicure they do is awesome! read more

Loved my nails every time. I do acrylics. Ask for Tony. He does exactly what you want. Love him.

Worst nail salon in miami ! First time and will most def be my last ! Walked in and the owners greeting was so rude ! It's a cash only place ( most def invading taxes ) they went you to leave your phone or DL to ensure your coming back it's so ridiculous they don't even clean the place correctly with a wet towel they go around cleaning that's all. No disinfect or anything will for sure be calling miami dade to complain in regards to it's sanitary also IRS for there all cash only policy seems a little shady. I highly do not recommend this place bad customer service read more

Called in for an appointment. An Asian man gave me "gel" tips which were actually acrylic with gel on top. He did not push down my cuticles or clean my nails in any way and it's been Barely over a week and my nails have grown out so much since he neglected to push down my cuticles. He also charged me $40 when it should have been $33. Rip off. I regret tipping him and I will not be returning. read more

I hate the cash only thing... however cheap main pedi for 28 bucks. Last a good couple of days. happy happy

The worst experience in my life... Started as I walked in the doors to a screaming match between two employees which made everyone uncomfortable for 30 min. Couldn't understand what they were arguing about in their language but looked and sounded as if it was going to get violent. To top it off my nail technician was paying attention to the two arguing that he scraped my feet so hard and he made me bleed. They don't except credit cards so I had to go next door to an ATM which charged me $3.00 just to take money out. I get mani's & pedi's to feel pampered and to relax. This experience wasnt either. I will never go back. Not worth saving a few bucks! read more

Do not come here, manager Is very rude. No Custer service, they work at there own pace and they do not care to satisfy the custome. If you ask for faster service they will tell you to either wait or come back another day. They are over staffed and they take their lunch together. read more

Way too expensive for such a lousy job. Lady that did the pedicure was mean and impatient. Tables were dirty and they had bad service. Don't recommend this place at all. There are way better places near the area that I recommend. Lady made a mistake and started yelling and I'm pretty sure she was insulting me in Chinese. If she's getting paid she should at least do I good job. Never going there again. read more

Nice place and fast service. But definitely not 5 stars. The nail tech who helped me was nice

Horrible experience for my mother! My mother doesn't speak English and decided to go to this nail salon without me by her side. It was her first time in this salon and didn't know it was cash only until she was done with a mani and pedi. She thought they would charge her $40 as in other salons she usually goes to. Well it ended up being a total of $60! Just for a simple mani/pedi, she didn't have enough cash and offered to use her CC, they said she didn't accept CC so she called my dad to go over with extra cash. My dad took over 30 mins to get there but as my mom was waiting for him to arrive, after just 15 mins one of the Chinese lady started yelling at my mother in English/Japanese languages, obviously my mom didn't understand. But a Hispanic lady that was there doing her nails told my mom the lady was saying... "Where her money, if she was planning not to pay!" First of all my mom was still inside the salon sitting down in their "waiting chair" waiting for my dad! My mom tried to tell her she was waiting for my dad to bring more cash. My mother has never been more humiliated in her life as she was in this salon! These people think everyone out to steal from them and have no respect towards others. My mother is a well behaved, timid lady and was almost in tears when she told me what happen to her. I am so angry with these peoples actions and bad manners towards others. Yes! I understand this is the US and everyone should know English but this is MIAMI where everyone should also know Spanish specially if you're a business owner or an employee who deals directly with the public! read more

They have no customer service skills. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Please don't waste your time or money at this establishment.

They are thieves!!! I walked in with my bag which had my wallet in it and I had it close to me the entire time. The only time it left my sight was to use the restroom and wash my hands because I couldn't pick it up from all the acetone and dust. The nail tech was the only one to touch it and move to the next seat for me. When it came to paying, my wallet went missing and apparently no one saw a thing. I told the owner to review the cameras and conveniently for them, the cameras didn't record. They held me hostage because I couldn't leave without paying. How the hell could I if you stole my wallet??? I would never step a foot back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there either. read more

I waited for 3 HOURS and still did not receive service. The owner Cindy told me to come back tomorrow and her husband,Tony, who kept on telling me I was next was completely clueless. They will only take care of you if you are doing an expensive service...acrylics. After expressing my concerns publicly they decided to sit me down. I refused. Do not waste your time or believe them if you do decide to try their service because they will string you along (they talk in their own language too so you won't understand. Cindys tone/ body language whether it's English, Chinese, Japanese, gives away that she talk bad about the customers who aren't please or voice customer service experience). I wouldn't be writing this if I were the only person who had issues today. Terrible customer service. I encourage anyone with a bad experience to place their comments. read more

If I could rate this nail salon zero I would. I went with my friend to this nail salon because it was the closest and it was open. When we came in, there was only ONE nail technician working there. And only me and my friend were there, no other customers. There was no AC, the place looked very worn out and ghetto, and the atmosphere in the room was not calming nor peaceful at all. She told us that we to wait 15 minutes but ended up waiting 30. Then when I went to get my nails done when it was finally my turn, she made me bleed on 5 fingers and it burned. Then once I left i quickly noticed that my nails are all different lengths, and they're very thick in width when i specifically told her i didn't want them to be that thick. On the bright side, she listened to me when i told her what colors I wanted. Now on my friends behalf, her nails were also all different lengths, lumpy, and the lady peer pressured her into buying the nail dip powder when she clearly didn't want it and stated multiple times that she wanted just gel. It was overall not the best experience ever. I will NOT be coming back and do not recommend for anyone to go to this nail place unless you want to waste your time, money, and dignity. read more

Terrible experience! I don't even know how this place is still in business. The owner is so rude. They only accept cash but the salon next door has an ATM which is okay I guess, but the owner won't let you go out unless you leave your phone or some sort of material stuff because he thinks people won't come back. Seriously? No costumer service whatsoever and the job is horrible. I paid $28 for a gel mani and removal of two acrylic nails plus tip. The lady who did my nails was nice but that does not makeup for the bad job she did. This is not my to go salon but I desperately needed to cut my nails so, I went here. I wish I hadn't. I am no nail tech but drilling the hell out of my natural nails to take off a gel polish isn't the most healthy way to do it. They don't even wrap your nails. I had two acrylics nails and the lady grabbed a piece of took and forced the acrylic off my nails. I am left with very unhealthy nails and paper thin. I wish they would take their reviews in consideration and as far as sanitation, I go agree with other people. It's dirty....! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

$5 Wax and the $10 Manicure are the most popular services here. However... the trick here is, WHO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. Most of their employees talk too much while working getting distracted and making mistakes. Make sure your tech is not distracted. Also, this people are not used to be "nice". I dont get sensitive about it because more than half of the nail salons ive been, they are mostly the same. Anyways i just go for the service not to make friends. BUT! They can be rude. So if you're an emotionally sensitive person... dont go. If you receive a great service from someone- STICK TO THAT PERSON ALWAYS. Because 1 out of 10 are really good. I used to have my gel nails by Cindy (owner), her husband or Tony. Thats it. They DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS cash only. They sell snacks (candy, chips, soda and water for $1). Parking is accessible they have a/c & tv so it's not that bad. About being sanitary or not, I've seen their steam sterilizer in use, but i never seen them washing the tubs or dispensing the tools they use after a client. So i dont know how by-the-book they are. Cindy multi-task: talks w people, answer the phone, set the tv or music, answer pricing inquiries from walkins and closely watch her employees- (WHILE WORKING) until she cut me twice my cuticle and i bleed. After that i just visit the pedicure section just to get a cheap massage. Lol I've been coming to this location for about 8 or 9 years but when i want a REALLY good job like for a special event ... I pay a little extra and go to a salon by my house. read more

Have never been a big fan as this place isn't very clean, it was late and I really needed a polish change so decided it shouldn't be too bad to go. Everyone seemed a little busy so I wasn't upset about the long wait. When one of the ladies finally decided she was ready to take care of me she started taking off my polish and told me to finish taking it off while she went outside. Realizing that I'm doing half the job of the service I'm paying for, I walked out. I then called and asked to speak to the owner or manager and he told me that I was wrong, she would never tell me to do that and to also understand, they're busy and she needed to finish eating. Usually I wouldn't have a problem with this but the fact that she told me to take off my polish and just walked outside, instead of asking, was pretty bad. Also, don't start with a client if you're still busy or eating. As for the owner, he needs to learn customer service and manners. Will never be back. read more

I went to Le nails today to get a full acrylic set. The nail tech that was helping me started off being very disrespectful. She continued to become side track with her fellow coworker beside her and cut me repeatedly and caused me to start bleeding. I spent over $30 to get my nails for an event and ended being more disappointed coming out the shop. I've been to this same location multiple times but with other techs and i was satisfied until today. My tech was a older lady that seemed pretty new and under experience. Not only do i not like my nails but i have acrylic glue all over my finger tips and the nail itself crooked. My coffin shaped looks more like a free willing shape do to the fact it has no absolute shape. When she asked what length i wanted i was not sure so i told her i will tell her when to stop.... instead of her stopping she did her own mumba jumba both hands has completely different lengths , none are equal at all. Her attitude itself was off the hook... i moved my hand out of her way and she said " Baby girl what are you doing , put your hand down." I personally feel that because I am a teenager she didn't give me my full respect as a client ! It will be a possibility that i will go back BUT absolutely not to that tech !! if i knew her name i would say it so no one would get the experience i went through. I am currently taking off my nails to re-do them over tomorrow with a totally different nail salon. WASTE OF $30 !!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO HER .. smh read more

We were around the area and decided to come to this place. WHICH I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. First they are very unprofessional. They have poor sanitation , the tools they use aren't dipped in the blue liquid for sanitation. The person who did my pedi only took 10 minutes to do my toes. I'm so sure it's IMPOSSIBLE to remove the accumulated nail culticule in such a short period. And my mani was shaped incorrectly. Save yourself and don't come here. Go somewhere that actually cares for its customers and has all the modern styles. This place lacked that too! Super outdated!! read more

I have been coming here for so many years, only for one person: Tina. she is a very solicited nail tech and the best overall. she takes care of your ingrown nails and relieves pain, if its your first time just tell her your nail issues. Ehh...went in for a pedicure and it was mediocre at best. She cut down the nails on one foot and forgot to cut the nails down on the other foot down. And when I went to tell her, she didn't speak English...like, at all! Then proceeded to put on her headphones on to listen to her music. It wasn't that sanitary either. After she clipped my cuticles. She just put her nipper back into its case. Without even removing the excess cuticle...gross. When she went to polish my toes. It was such a sloppy job. I had polish all over the skin around the nails. And the polish they use are super cheap. Paint started chipping the next day. And once finished, no drying option. She just put my sandals back on and directed me to go pay.... Parking wasn't an issue as it's in a strip mall. And the prices are reasonable. But I doubt I'd go back. I'm too scared of them accidentally cutting me and have to get my foot or hand amputated because of the lack of sanitation. read more

I went here this week and I loved the lady who did my pedicure. However, there's a blonde chubby Chinese lady who was very rude doing my acrylics. She was always getting distracted and before beginning doing my nails I warned her about my nails being sensitive and she still went along as if I told her nothing. She used smaller sized nails which you can see my real nails and didn't even paint the sides on some of my nails. She even tapped slap my hand repeatedly as if I'm a toddler to rest my hands when she was filing when it wasn't even bothering her or getting in her way. She couldn't speak like a normal person instead of being physical I wanted to slap her for that but I kept it cool. Such a nasty attitude I'll never go back here again. read more

The very worst customer service experience in a long time... my wife went to get her nails done a few days ago here, for the 1st time. She received a gel coat. Within a few days, the gel coat began to peel. First time she has seen a gel coat peel so quickly. Usually lasts much longer (That's the point of the gel coat). She went back with a kind attitude to ask if they could please fix it. The owner told her, "it's not peeling. You just want a fresh set of nails for Christmas" & "you don't want my workers to make money". My wife told him, "that's not true; it's just the first time a gel coat peels so quickly on me". The point is he humiliated her so bad, she began to cry, while all the other workers looked on and did nothing. She ended up walking out, in tears... and no one from the shop was gracious enough to say, "I'll help you"... unbelievable.. no heart. If you would know my wife, she is one of the sweetest souls on the planet; she's not cheap; and isn't out to take advantage of anyone. This has to be one of the worst businesses in Miami. read more
