I love the welcoming atmosphere. Probably because I have been coming here for well over a year and they trust me and my mother enough to joke around and share some laughs. My go to guy has been John and here are the reasons for my appointments with him. I show him a picture of what I want and he replicates it the best he can. I sometimes bring my own rhinestones for the nail arts (if applicable) or my own stickers. My go to pedicure is with Adriana. In my opinion she is gentle and not too hard on massaging when she is done with your feet. These are (check photos and videos) just the few I fell in love with when John does his magic on the nail designs I want. He is simply the best! Can't wait to visit this place with my next idea! read more

I love this place! I've been coming here as a kid and they always have treated me and my nails right. They constantly give you updates on prices so you know how much your spending, the give you very cute suggestions, they attend you very fast even without appointments. There vibe is very welcoming and relaxing. If your stress and just wanna treat yourself without breaking the bank I 10/10 definitely recommend you come here! read more

My Wife went in and asked for glow in the dark nails and was scammed, would not recommend. :(

I was hesitant to come here based off the reviews however this place is waaaaay better than the other nail salons in the area. They are following CDC guidelines by making you write your name & phone number in a sign-in sheet outside by the entrance, you can either wait outside or in your car (they will call you when you're next) and they will take your temperature before entering. I did a mani/pedi with nail tech Elly which she was super sweet, friendly and did an amazing job. The total was $35. Definitely recommend going here! (Other salons nearby are rude, disgusting, and not following cdc guidelines) read more

Very friendly Michael is amazing and the ladies the Cubans know how to do feet real good

No lo recomiend. read more

They are extremely rude and over priced. Appointment are hardy ever on time and they make you wait endlessly. The owners are extremely rude and down right mean. They are the worst. I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

Katy & Sham were nice but the paint job was so bad & the owner was so rude. They charged me for little things like a "kit" they told me it was an extra $8 after they started doing my nails. They charged to remove my damn polish that I had on before. They never used to do that wtf. Then the owner was rushing me at the end to pay when clearly there was some fixing to do. I wanted to get out of there so bad I didn't even care these ugly nails are not worth $100 plus dollars read more

Made an appointment but was waiting 45 minutes. They removed my acrylics and told me about all these extra charges like $8 mandatory for a nail file and nail brush. They charge additional for literally everything and they refuse to put gel polish on acrylics inexplicably. Instead they make you pay $20 extra for gel powder. They charge $10 extra for 'shaping" the nails too. When they removed my acrylics they were literally RIPPING them off and when I told them it hurt they told me to step aside and then they just started doing someone else's nails. They left my nails looking crazy. Super rude on top of it. read more

very sad to see many people bashing the owner, she was VERY sweet to me and for the very inexpensive price, the nails are worth the cost. If you want to support a local asian owned business and dont wanna spend alot, i 100% recommend! read more

I have been on yelp for at least 15 years. I have never given one star to any business in my entire history. I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. The place is filthy. The price list said $16 dollars for a service. When I sat down, they informed me there was a 3 dollar charge for a safety package which included a nail file and a brush. I asked the attendant to please make my nails a bit shorter and he told me that it would be $5 dollars extra. i chose a nail color, he switched it and they charged me $41 dollars. They were incredibly rude from the start. At the end, they mentioned they do not take any type of card. Most probably to not pay taxes. These are the types of immigrants that have made some kind hearted Americans resent immigrants. Disgusting and disturbing. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because I just love how John does my nails I used to go with Susan but now that she left I found John and couldn't be happier. The staff is also friendlier and I guess it may be just my luck but it doesn't get as packed as before which is convenient. I go during the week so that's probably why. You cannot compare this to the Venetian Nail Spa but it's just a different type of salon I've been coming here for 2 years so this is obviously my spot read more

Okay, so I decided to come here because my friend was getting her nails done at this salon and I wanted to meet her. The staff wasn't nice. I don't even know the name of the guy that did my nails. They shouldn't put to work people with no experience. The guy wasn't mean or anything he just did a very bad job. He would put products in one hand and then not in the other one. He would massage one leg and then forget about the other one. I complained that one of my nails had a bump and he just buffed it out and painted over it. He painted my skin! I chose a light blue color and it's practically see through. When I asked him if he could cut my nails a little bit more he didn't like it. And then to pay $50 for this is really not worth it. It's $25 gel mani and $20 regular pedi but on top of that you have to tip. It's cash only so be ready for that. Also he was very rough. Don't come here. Read the reviews first. I know I should have. read more

This place is dirty, unsanitary, and uses very old nail. They are also extremely rude to the customers and are unprofessional. I received a regular Mani and was left with a huge problem. When the girl filed my nail I thought it was strange she was using the filing machine around all my cuticles. When my nails grew out it left a huge indention on every nail. I went back to let the owners know about my bad experience how my natural nail was damaged due to their technique. However They did absolutely nothing. I would NOT recommend going here. The only nail tech that does an excellent job there is Whitney and she is very courteous. I agree with all the comments about the lady and male owners being extremely rude. I got itchy skin after a pedicure and had to get athletes foot medication, something I have never had. The ambiance there is also very bad, I have seen women on drugs coming into to get there nails done and literally keel over on the counter. It's horrific! read more

I called in the morning and they were really nice. I took a Lyft here there near the airport . Came for a fill nice girl I think rocio or something did my nails. She really paid attention to the details. I really liked that She was fast and nice. They sang loud music but I'm a lil ratchet myself so I didn't mind. Lol I had my headphones on to Very nice and did them exactly how I like them. I'll defiantly be back next time I'm near the airport read more

Went about a week ago for the first time and they had a lady about 80 years old do my refill. Not only did she mess up the shape I had but she did a horrible job painting them. It honestly looks like a 3 year old did it. And I got gel as I usually do where I go in aventura and the gel she applied on me is already all coming off. This place is so loud and everyone yelling. So uncomfortable. To top it off they don't accept cards. We are in the middle of a pandemic and it's safer to use cards but I guess they don't want to pay the fee behind the card machine. I will never go to this place again. First and last time. And the owner some man was extremely rude!!! read more

SCAM ALERT: THEY HAVE BROKEN CHAIRS, INCONSISTENT WORK AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PATRONIZE. SCAM ALERT: If you work hard for your money, don't waste it here!!!! If I could, I would not give a single star. This place is on my "Do Not Revisit" list. I made the mistake of coming here before reading the reviews, because a friend said they were good. Unfortunately, we both had a bad experience. We were already inconvenienced by the cash only policy, which should've been a red flag, but again, I trusted her judgement. The first issue I had was when I sat down in the massage chair, the remote was wrapped up behind it, on purpose. I was confused by this until I tried to adjust it, and realized the chair was broken. The massage wheels wouldn't move from their one position in the chair. The second issue was with the nail technician talking on the phone for an extra 10 minutes before she decided to begin. Then, my final issue was that once she began, she was entirely too rough and nipped my toe nails too much, leaving an area of my nailbed exposed on my big toe! I asked her not to nip so much on my previous foot, so I called the manager over this time. He was rude and loud and said, "I'll paint your nails for you." I tried to explain to him that with my nail in this shape it was not sanitary, or in my best interest to "paint over it," "it" being an open sore! To this he replied, "It's still $18, you stop her but the job is done." However the job was not done, and it was unable to be completed because she hurt me. I offered to pay half, and he said no. I walked out of the establishment and he followed me and harassed my friend by taking pictures of her license plate and yelling at her, saying "The cops are going to pull you over!" He and I both called the cops, but they never showed up. After waiting two hours, my friend paid him (with my money, of course) and made him delete the pictures. I didn't want her to be in any trouble, and she didn't even like her nails. SCAM ALERT: THEY HAVE BROKEN CHAIRS, INCONSISTENT WORK AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PATRONIZE. read more

Where is the absolutely no freaking stars what so ever? This place is such a shame for its employees and costumes. The majority of the staff is great at least the non Asian ones. The prices honestly can't be beat but the horrible treatment and lack of costumer service is not worth the savings. There are two Asian guys that are so horribly rude. I was seating in the chairs by the drying area which was empty and they made me move even though I one needed to use that area. Ok I moved not a huge deal then another costumer walks in and asked if they take cards and his response was. "can you read the sign!" Which said they don't but I just don't think there is any need to treat people like that. Crappy attention! Never going back ever! read more

This salon is honestly the worst i've ever been too. There prices are not up to date and they don't tell you the real price until you're done with the service. Their costumer service is disgusting. They literally sound like they're screaming at you. This lady that did my nails left me with cuts and all my cuticles in pain and she laughed. when my mom saw i was super angry she asked what was wrong and i told her.. as i'm telling my mom she's hearing everything and goes to the manager and tells the manager she did my nails "perfectly fine". The manager comes up to me and asked me what's wrong and i explained that i didn't like how it came out i asked her for longer and squared nails and she gave me choads. As i'm complaining to the manager who is not being understanding to me, the lady decides to put her hands on my shoulder and tell me she didn't do nothing wrong at all. Honestly so much more happened but if you're planning on coming here... DONT. Wish i could give them negative starts... read more

They're cheap, fast, and clean. I give them that, but... You do not want to be with in 20 feet of that place during peak hours! They will rush through your nails, leaving you disappointing and very dissatisfied! What's even worse, they're very careless! Especially if you have a "newbie" work on your nails like I had on me last time!! I didn't catch his name, but he was SO ROUGH, that he tore a piece of my nail leaving my bare flesh exposed. I had to keep telling the other guy that was doing my feet to spray alcohol on my thumb because it wouldn't stop bleeding from how bad it was torn. I'm very upset, especially since I had been going to that place for years, but last week was my last visit. I'm telling you, if you prefer quantity over quality, then go right ahead...but if you prefer good service for your buck like I do ESPECIALLY if you're a good tipper like I am, then look elsewhere. You'll be glad you did! :) read more
