I was charged $95 for gel manicure, gel pedicure, and eyebrow wax. According to their price list, it should have been $65. THEY CHARGED ME $95!!!!! This was during coronavirus so they were definitely price gouging. I am going to contact the state attorney general about the $30 overcharge. The guy filed my finger nails again after they were dry. I just went today (9/21/22). First of all they tried very diligently to get me to get a gel manicure. I told them I was only interested in all natural products. The owner then brought over a gel polished and told me it was organic. I asked what was in it she said, "I don't know." This is the worse manicure I have ever received. Once I went to dry my nails three of the nails on my left hand were compromised therefore, the manicurist had to redo them. Under her breath she said, "that's why you should get a gel manicure." I was going to tip her but, her attitude and poor workmanship said, NO! Not to mention I was charged $25.00 for a very lousy manicure. The polish was too old and sticky. You can see it is not a smooth coat of paint on the nail. This is why you can see lines or string on the pointer finger. I will never go there again. If you don't opt for a gel manicure which is $40.00 you don't get the same customer service. I guess they want to have you to keep coming back. I'll never come back! I have done a better job painting my nails. And...... No hand massage! What a gip! Save your money and go to a more credible salon that appreciates all customers and not those who spend $$$$$$ on fake nails and gel polishes! SMH! read more

So sad about my acrylics. I have been going to Le Nails for years and more recently I've started to try other nail salons because the quality at Le Nails isn't what it used to be. The owners do a great job whenever they do my nails but I've been getting stuck with newer(?) people the last few times and they completely jack my nails up. $40 for my nails to not even be filed correctly? The good thing about this salon is the gentleman is super friendly. Got nails and feet painted $32. I think it's a bit pricey but maybe I missed something. Didn't like how my toes were painted by the young girl. She made it look like my nails had grown out. She seemed to be annoyed. Otherwise, I would have given this place four stars. read more

Just got my nails done. Gel mani-regular pedi. After finding out my normal place closed because of the renovations of he gallery I had been searching for a new salon. The salon owners called my mom to tell me on of our favorite nail techs is working here until the salon reopens in its new location. So I called and Amy was there!!! She did an amazing job as usual!! I will return here even when the new salon opens when my mom and sister aren't free to go so I can keep up my nails. Let me tell you how nice it is to find this nail salon. It turns out the salon I went to and this one people are related to each other which is awesome. Let me tell you a bit about why I'll continue to visit this salon. They have liners in the pedi bowls the massage chairs are new or newer. They have the sterilization machines visible so I know the tools are cleaned properly. The other two techs I talked to were lovely as well. I was greeted when I walked in and asked what I wanted today. It was so nice to find a clean well maintained salon they get five stars from me!! read more

The owner's are very rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a business owner. I called ahead of time to see if they could work me in and the owner told me to come in but there would be a wait because there were 5 in front of me and they were closing soon. I said that was fine. I was willng to wait. I left an appointment in Benton because they were overbooked, due to Homecoming, in order to come there. When I got there about 10 minutes later I was told they couldn't do my nails and I would have to come back later. When I decided to sit and wait anyway they made a scene in front of other customers and called the local police to come and ask me to leave and then denied that they had told me to come and wait. This isn't the first time they have acted so rudely but it will be the last time. It appears other customers have had bad experiences with the owners too. They are beyond rude. If you want a place that treats their paying customers with courtesy and respect then this is not the place to go! I would give them no stars but I didn't have that option.
