She asked me zero questions about what I wanted to focus on or any body pain I was having & just started with the laziest most basic of massages - my massage during my masks during my facial was a million times better - but a lazy massage would have been fine- good enough for me - if she wasn't scratching me with either her nails or rough cuticles the whole time, I was in literal pain & she also put something - a pillow that couldn't be properly sanitized on my face right after a facial. All I had done was my hands and feet- the same as I had during my facial & left during legs because I know have scratch marks all over my inner thighs that I'm going to go home & pour peroxide on to make sure I don't get an infection. Before I told her she was scratching/hurting me she did my arms & feet (same as I had in the facial) & 11/2 legs. She did not reduce her price even though I told her I was stopping because of how uncomfortable my skin was. My inner thighs still hurt. More than disappointing- very upsetting experience with her & I left stressed & upset.

Maybe if you go to the two or three people listed specifically in these reviews you wouldn't come out looking like this. However, I wasn't so lucky and unfortunately will not be returning. Trim was okay at best but I have long hair so you can't really notice any inconsistencies unless you're really inspecting. Also, my hair was only half blown out when the stylist showed me the final product and said, "I know it's a little frizzy right now." Really?!? If it were blown out properly with the proper products, it wouldn't have been "frizzy." Oh and last but certainly not least, my face mask was ruined as well - the stylist got dye all over the ear loops. I understand this may be hard to avoid but I feel like I should've had a warning before she just slopped dye all over it. After all, I had disposable masks in the car that I could've easily used instead. It seemed like my stylist had minimal/no prior experience. If you could take anything from this review, if you're going to this salon, ask for a specific stylist that has prior awesome reviews. :)

They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.
