I was very disappointed on my first cut with Lori. She chopped the back of my hair and left the top to long. She complained how my previous hair was cut and how bad it was through the whole service. She explained she would style it before I left. Which she did not! Unfortunately, I went back for her to correct the cut. It is now worse than when I originally went in there. I cannot do anything with it not even pull it up in a ponytail. I felt Lori did not take the time to listen to me about what I wanted because she spoke the entire time! Liz received her certification in SMP from them, which means she was trained by the best! I visited Liz for my third and final session and it looks awesome. I used to always be a hat guy ever since I started losing my hair around 22 years old. I was always insecure about being the only one in the room who had to shave his head, and honestly I really hated it. Of course there are plenty of guys out there who don't care at all that they're bald, but I am not one of them. SMP has given me confidence I haven't had in years. One HUGE thing to look out for if you're looking for an SMP artist is the hairline, it's weird but this will make or break the entire SMP and if you are a 30's male like I am, but have the hairline of someone who is Hispanic, it's going to look weird. First they booked me a 30 min facial even thought I made myself clear that I wanted a proper facial, not a grab and go facial which somehow I was booked for.
