Lori than proceeded to tell me to go to the shampoo bowl to get my hair washed. Anyone who knows anything about curly hair knows you cut curly hair dry. I was very disappointed on my first cut with Lori. She chopped the back of my hair and left the top to long. She complained how my previous hair was cut and how bad it was through the whole service. She explained she would style it before I left. Which she did not! Unfortunately, I went back for her to correct the cut. It is now worse than when I originally went in there. I cannot do anything with it not even pull it up in a ponytail. I felt Lori did not take the time to listen to me about what I wanted because she spoke the entire time! I will NEVER go back to her and if you have curly hair RUN! P.S. she made a comment about her one client being Jewish and has blue hair. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Liz received her certification in SMP from them, which means she was trained by the best! I visited Liz for my third and final session and it looks awesome. I used to always be a hat guy ever since I started losing my hair around 22 years old. I was always insecure about being the only one in the room who had to shave his head, and honestly I really hated it. Of course there are plenty of guys out there who don't care at all that they're bald, but I am not one of them. SMP has given me confidence I haven't had in years. One HUGE thing to look out for if you're looking for an SMP artist is the hairline, it's weird but this will make or break the entire SMP and if you are a 30's male like I am, but have the hairline of someone who is Hispanic, it's going to look weird.
