This month was pretty run of the mill for my experience here, absolutely wonderful. I typically arrive 5-10 minutes early, and the person working the front desk greets me by name. They show me to their comfortable waiting nook with nice plush chairs. The bathroom is right down the hall if needed. Right on time, my massage therapist comes out, and walks me back to the treatment rooms, which have always been comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. After a quick chat, I'm left to undress and then I get an hour of pure relaxation. I've seen a handful of therapists at this location, and while they each have different skills, I've never been disappointed. When it's time to go, the therapists always offer a glass of water to stay hydrated, and walk me to the front of the building to see me off.

She called them to find out what the charge was and they are telling her they can't do anything because their records don't show a charge. This is disgusting, fraudulent behavior. I was excited to purchase a membership because she'd had such a great experience, but we will never spend money at this location or with this company again.

Anyway, went in for 25 units- which I've been told by other plastic surgeons is what would be recommended. He (poojas husband) insisted I needed at least 35 units which is insane. I could also tell that he was irritated that I was not giving in to his up-well attempt. Syringes were prefilled, which isn't abnormal, however, when done this way there is no way to know how much saline the dr is mixing with the product. Some doctors will try and increase their margins by adding more saline than is recommended, which will make the product less effective or not last as long, which is what I suspect is the case here. Results looked great at first, but faded within three weeks. Botox that is mixed correctly should last around 3-4 months. Would not go back.

The Dr was adamant 25 in glabella and 10 in the forehead even after I explained I've never needed that much & I dont want the frozen look. I offered it was even ok if there were still some wrinkles I just wanted to shave off a couple years. Long story short, I've ended up with a droopy eyebrow, both eyebrows frozen and facial pain (in the injected areas) for months. Some of these are noted side effects but I've never had them happen with other places. In reading reviews, doesn't HIPAA prevent discussing patients medical records.

Full review: The salon decor is . You come in, they tell you the price, and you sit down. The chairs don't get wiped between clients. The salon madam ( a stern, short-haired older Asian lady with bad plastic surgery) comes by immediately and starts upselling you the service. She quotes two prices, one in the beginning of the conversation, and the other one at the end, and then, when it comes to pay, you pay the third price which is even higher. The technique is terrible. The nail prep is worse than what I do for myself at home with my Amazon-bought tools. The manicurist uses the same ones, only with far less care or skill. The nail file is rough and had been used on many clients. I am now terrified that I was infected with a nail fungus from whatever clients they used this file on before me. In normal salons, the file is one-use. But these people don't care. When the manicurist was filing down my nails, on some nails she held the file at such an angle that she was digging into my skin and ignored my groans. Her approach to removal of regular nail polish was to grind it down. The same motorized tool was used on the cuticles. This is not how normal salons prep cuticles. Then it was time for cuticle clippers. I had a couple of bleeding spots from them. Then the manicurist used the cuticle clippers to cut corners of my nails. No wonder these clippers are so dull and rip the skin. The nail polish application was professional, but the lady doesn't know how to operate a magnet on the cat eye polish. Some nails look ok, others look like I have big dark blobs in the middle. Not a good look. Ah, and get this: in the middle of this service, the lady tried to upsell me on another nail service. But since she didn't speak English or know how to use Google translate, it was an awkward "conversation". I used Google translate to tell her I have a flare up of a skin allergy in the area she was trying to sell me the service for. I showed he the cracked and borderline bleeding skin and declined the upsell. The lady dipped a cotton ball into acetone and proceeded to rub the nail right next to the cracked skin. I winced and pulled away, and I think she only then understood that I wasn't needing that other service. Ah! The data collection at the check in point was completely unnecessary! The manicurist doesn't speak English and doesn't know how to use Google translate. But she uses the phrases like "You are beautiful" and "you have nice nails", and "it's a nice color". So I know this is part of the service, not an actual authentic sentiment. I get it. This is a service industry. The massage is terrible. The scrub is awful, and it doesn't get washed off before they apply that greasy lotion later on. I will not be a repeat customer.

Her bedside manner is wonderful. She is warm, attentive, honest, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She also has such a gentle hand. The treatment was so much easier and more comfortable than I expected. Anyone considering Botox for the first time should not feel nervous about going to her. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and makes the whole experience feel relaxed and approachable. The office itself is also beautiful. It has such a calm, welcoming ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. Everything feels thoughtful, clean, and elevated without ever feeling intimidating. What I also really appreciate is that she never tries to oversell you or push treatments you do not need. She listens carefully, gives thoughtful recommendations, and is genuinely focused on what will look best and most natural for you. I am so happy with my results. Everything looks balanced, refreshed, and still completely like me. You can tell that Seema approaches Botox with real precision and an understanding of the entire face, rather than just treating individual areas.
